We were very pleased with the customer service we received. We called on Friday the 13th at night and expected to be told no. My husband needed to have paperwork for his Cook County power test notarized before this 7am Sat morning. We were stuck and could find nobody to help us. Even though they were already close and outside of their business hours we left a message. The owner personally called us back and met with us to complete the paperwork needed. They need to know WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED and WHAT you need notarized. This is a mobile notary service that comes to you. They do ask several questions because they charge for time and travel not the notarization at all. Payment is due even if they arrive and you told them the wrong info about your documents so I appreciated her taking the time to cover everything over the phone to be sure we were prepared. If you can not share that information then do not expect to have service. We highly recommend this company! AAAAA+++++

This company is very profressional and service orientated. The review below that says she is rude are totally out of line. She does ask a lot of questions because when notarizing legal documents details are important. We needed documents notarized with short notice and she dropped everything to accommodate us. We didn't have a printer so she even offered to print 50 pages for us and didn't even charge us a print fee. We then were going to Uber to Fedex and she offered to drop the documents off for us again without charging us. Service wise she goes above and beyond. The reviewer below (Amy) if you look at her Google reviews everyone of them is negative. She just sounds like a miserable person. Ignore these people who post negative reviews because she asks questions. I am glad she asks questions because we weren't properly prepared and because she ask questions we were able to be successful today in getting out documents out. A++++ Service!

I called to get some information; both of my parents are in a nursing home and I needed some documents to obtain the power of attorney; the woman (who I learned was the owner) was so rude to me over the telephone. I am very surprised that someone would speak to a prospective customer in the manner she spoke to me. I would recommend using another notary service that shows respect and courtesy.

4 stars! What a great service! We found ourselves stuck at the airport after running the Chicago Marathon. I needed a travel affidavit for our children because their father was not traveling with us staying behind in Chicago. The notary went to him for his signature at the hotel, notarized it and brought it to us at the airport. The hotel concierge recommend her to us a year ago when I was here on business so glad I saved her numbers. Second time is the charm! ● On time ● Reasonably priced ● professional

If I could give it 0 stars I would! The lady( if I could call her that) was so rude and unprofessional. She really needs some classes in customer service. I have never experienced a "professional " talk to me in the way she did. She made me feel like everything that came out of my mouth was stupid. I do not think that any person should be spoken or disrespected in such way. Seriously they might deliver service to your door, but I'd rather give my money to someone who treats me with respect.
