I have been using the store for years now to avoid the Eustis Post Office. I always get straightforward help. I usually come in with 10-15 packages at a time, and I am patient while I watch 2 or 3 employees help everyone that walks in the door. The staff is funny and feels like a family unit. And the owner? I see people say she "does not know what customer service is" and that couldn't be farther from the truth. She knows so much about lacking, will answer any questions, and pack almost just about anything! I will gladly come and wait my time out in this store before ever going to the USPS Eustis, because of the staff here!

Exceptionally helpful staff, showed me all the possible solutions for a packing problem. I arrived 5 minutes before closing, on a Saturday, and got their full, friendly attention. Also, Supportive of the community, and our military and first responders. They will be my place for packages that need special care, for sure.

They discriminate me in this place because I'm Hispanic or latino. When they ask me about my race and I told them hispanic or latino. The manager Donna Fraioli start yelling America several times when I was there, and the associate that was helping me at the time, Mariah Lester told her to, do not say that, several times she said. The owner saw and heard what happened at the time and did nothing about it. She remained silent and preferred that the manager continue to insult and discriminate against me. I left the place almost crying, nobody should go through this. My children and husband were with me at that time and had to see and hear the humiliation that I passed in that place. Nobody ever apologizes to me. I went to the eustis police and made a report of what had happened. I do not return anymore to this place. That's racism against Hispanics and Latinos!!!

What an amazing place. They are postal miracle workers. Anytime I am stumped on how to send something I just take it to them. They pack it and make sure I get the best deal possible. Highly recommend them!

I was chastised for coming in for fingerprinting by 2 women who hate their jobs and let me know and feel it. There is no time element on their web site to tell you they have specific times for it but they couldnt help but gripe and complain about my employer sending me over to them at the wrong time. However they took care of it begrudgingly in as little as 5 minutes meanwhile complaining loudly how my employer knows this and they made an immediate call to them to whip them into place. Cost to my employer is $73. There is a free fingerprinting at Eustis police department as well as a UPS that does it for $43. I will never come into Pak N Ship for any of their services ever. The owner should know his employees are representing his business in such an unprofessional manner because certainly others have had a similar experience.

NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE... The customer service is bad and the worst part of the case is that the woman who claims to be the owner is the one who treats clients badly, she has a bad attitude all the time, the lack of respect to the clients and her excuse is that she it's like that, she it's "strong" and she it's from New York ... Even a client told her that she was also from New York and that that was not a reason to be rude. I do not go back to this place anymore and I suggest to all the people who do not enter that place. That woman has no respect or embarrassment ...

I went in because I was originally advised my FedEx package would be there. Right off the bat this black haired girl was rude and short. I was in no way rude to her. She had a rude, short attitude. I left before I stooped to her level. I'm new in town and this place will not get my business. Clearly she has no idea what customer service is. She could have found another way to tell me I was misinformed.

I have been a loyal customer for a few years now. All the staff knows me. It's so much fun and enjoyable doing business with them. I laugh with the staff everytime I go in there. Their hilarious. They definitely enjoy what they do. I get everything I need done quickly, and the employees are alwsys helpful. I would never go anywhere else. I definitely recommend this business for all your package needs. So much better than the Post Office.

My family needed a large banner shipped overnight to a special event. The ladies there took such special care to make sure it would not be damanaged and would arrive when needed. We will definitely be back and highly recommend them to everyone we know. They also have great last minute gifts in their store.

I was in your store today at about 4:20pm and I realized I was too late to have my finger prints done. I waited only about a min when Donna approached me at the counter and informed me that they didn’t do the prints at this time but she was going to make it happen for me! Cain took my finger prints he was very nice and personable. The atmosphere in this store is amazing the people are amazing and I would recommend it to everyone! Thank you guys again!

I have done business with Pak-n-ship for years and continue to do so because of the service I receive. The staff have always been pleasant and responsive to my questions and solving any shipping needs I may have. I've not had to wait more than a couple of minutes at any time to be taken care of and, in those times, have found plenty of interesting items for sale from local artisans to peruse.
