Absolutely horrible customer service! We made plans with Ajah to do our wedding at 9:30 Sunday morning she called at 11 o’clock the night before after were sleeping and left a message that she wanted to reschedule for 6 o’clock at night can you imagine how my fiancé felt! I of course left messages asking her to give me a call immediately and confirm whether she would be there at 9:30 or not I finally reached her at 8:15 the next morning and she didn’t like the fact that I was upset and said she was not going to show up these people are incompetent uncaring and the rudest people I have ever met in my life. When we set the appointment I called her at 11 am and then she text me to hold on she was going to check her schedule two hours later I asked her and she said to hold on she still didn’t know she was with a client it wasn’t until 6 o’clock that night that she said she would be there at 9:30 in the morning that was before she left the message at 11 at night wanting to reschedule our wedding for six pm she said she had plans with her family what a poor excuse for a human being how inconsiderate and how rude!
