I've been coming here for some years now and I couldn't be happier with the services they provide. I have my own small business and often have to ship larger packages both nationally and internationally and they always help me find the best price and/or quickest service. Very friendly, very helpful. They offer Fed-Ex, DHL, USPS, they send faxes, you can have prints/photocopies, they sell boxes and packing supplies, they also will pack your shipment for you for a small charge and add on some extra tape if they feel your package may need it. Professional, courteous, friendly, so helpful. I highly recommend.

Wow after 10 plus years doing business with this local owner today I experienced her kids. I have never had such horrible service or customer interaction in my life. When a 20 year old says things like “this isn’t the post office” and then tells you go ahead and talk to my mother but we don’t want your business it’s time to move on. I feel very sorry that the kids think they are entitled and don’t know how to interact with customers. No sweat. I won’t be back.

There are more than enough postage/shipping options in the Riverview area. I appreciate the personal customer service and willingness to accommodate that Lynn and Sam offer. I'm always personally greeted when I enter the store :-) They have solved some convoluted shipping challenges with ease. Small town service, coupled with major-league logistics options make this my only choice for shippers.

Helpful, nice, but when I kept asking questions, he attempted to answer my inquires with a summonion of one answer. Then when he realized I realized it wasn't sufficient enough, he said have a good day & hung up.

I came here for a month or two as I was getting my online selling business up and running. Everytime I came in to bring them packages, they progressively got more rude. I have never felt such disrespect at a local establishment until I went there last week. I went in with a few packages to send off. The lady at the counter told me that she wasn't the mailbox and that we need to go. The proceeded by saying that they just haul it to the post office as one of their services, and that we should just haul it there ourselves. I'm disgusted with the way this local business treated me and I bet I'm not the only one. They obviously don't want my business as a start up business owner. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Have a nice day. Thank you.
