Kyle Russell was a very professional notary. She allowed me to perform my step-son's marriage ceremony because my certificate and seal hadn't arrived on time. She notarized the marriage certificate following the ceremony and submitted it to the Miami-Dade Clerk of the Court. I've used her services before and will use her again.
