Super rude lady who does the notary service. First, she asks us if we parked backwards and said that they would block our cars in and won’t remove it until the tow company comes, which by the way no sign can be seen from any parking space saying this is a rule. Then while we are standing right there, she calls for some sort of security to go do something to all of the cars who are parked backwards. So we run outside to move our cars. When I came back she tells me it’s $20 for one document because it has to sections to be notarized ok fine, but she has signs that says she takes credit cards and then tells me it has to be cash. I told her I didn’t have cash and she should of told me beforehand. She tells me “it’s ok it’s free for you lady, I lose money it’s free for you don’t ruin your day over it”. As if you could ever ruin my day!
