I applied to renew my Notary through Huckleberry back on August 9th, here it is the last week of October and I still have not gotten my package. The application process was not easy, as the part you need to print up does not print up correctly. Had to do a lot of finagling to get the application just right so it could be read properly. Once I FINALLY, received some information and submitted it to my county clerk and paid the $10 fee, sent it in and still do not have what I paid Huckleberry for. If you have 6 months, I might recommend this company, but if you are applying and need your notary right away, DO NOT go through this company.

I paid for my application online, took the 3 hour course and sent in my printed application. (I highly, highly recommend sending it to their office Certified Mail via. USPS.) Within two weeks, my notary stamp was mailed to me! Very pleased with how smoothly everything went!

Applied, never received application to send to state, blaming me saying I did not give them Suite #, I am looking at my application and it clearly shows my Suite #. They said they would email me the document to fill out and send to the State, still have not received it!!! Very frustrated!

Somehow my app didn't get to the right people, didn't figure that out for about a month. When it came time to finally send my stamps, the stamp was all wrong. Called to have replaced, they replaced with it still all wrong. This will be my third stamp and they are still not offering to overnight. I have had my commission for about a month and cannot do my job. Better off else where

I have had my notary for 20 years and have renewed it many times. I completed and mailed my renewal application and paid the renewal fee online back in April 2019. Since it is August and I have never received my renewal or heard back I called Huckleberry today to follow up only to be told my app was not received. It seems in reading the other reviews I am not the only person who's application was lost or mishandled by Huckleberry. Since I've already paid, I have no choice but to complete the renewal through them otherwise I would not. I am going to fed express it today.

I started this back in June, my fault I didn't stay up on it. Here it is December and I did everything they sent me my bond and it had 2105 to 2109 I didn't catch it, sent it in and of course it was denied, I will be dead by that date. However when I brought it to huckelberry attention they sent me a rider immediately and I had to wait for my state to send me everything back, so it just took a lil more time.

My commission was about to expire (and even though they have been sending me reminders all year) I dropped the ball and of course waited to last minute. I called them and let them know that my commission was 3 days shy of expiring and I had a wedding to do in a little over 2 weeks. Yikes! They did everything they could. I got my commission and supplies 2 days before the wedding ( I had to pay 2 day shipping). So, with all that said Thank you Huckleberry for helping me to get it done so quickly and saving me from an angry bride!
