So far I haven't had any problems. ..signed up 10/12 ...did the notary course that weekend filled out the paperwork. ..sent it in mon 10/16 ..saw on the 10/24 on my acct...my notary commission. ..so now just waiting for the stamp..certificate. ..ect...so far everything is good. ..update...received my stamp and embosser (I ordered the embosser extra )... all arrived excellent.

I am a proud member of The Florida Notary Service for 1 year now. Delivery takes a bit, however, I ordered 1 week before my expiration, and literally received 3 weeks later. So that's really not too bad, considering the time I waited to order. Once you purchase supplies, FNS allows you to use their logo and offer special discounts going forward. Lets turn their negative score around, and make them do better. I am sorry everyone had a horrible purchase experience, however, my experience went over all well! I applied for a notary kit from this company. After 2 months of waiting I contacted the office and spoke with a Mrs Hamlin. I give customer service a big fat 0. Customer service stinks, follow up stinks, go elsewhere.

Total SCAM !!!!!! Paid my $$ and what was supposed to be a "1-3 day turnaround" has now been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive ANYTHING that I paid for from them. RUN the other way !!
