Above and Beyond service. Contacted Jamie at 11am from a state away about an emergency notary case on that same day at 1pm. He showed up early, waited while some complications were ironed out, and got the job done and didn't hammer me for the extra effort.

He was extremely rude on the phone with my 88 year old mother who just moved into assisted living and needed a notary for the closing of their house, a fairly common event. He made it sound like he would be doing a favor to drive the 1 1/2 mile to the assisted living apartment. Then he wanted to know how many papers there would be. My mother said she hasn’t received them yet but probably 50 to 60. My mom could sense he clearly couldn’t be bothered with this job, so she thanked him for his time. He asked incredulously if she was going to go with another notary. If you are an older women who wants to be verbally berated on the phone by someone you are about to pay money to, then this is the guy for you.
