I had a problem with a UPS delivery. Even though this location is not just a UPS shop Sue went out of her way to help me and make sure I got my package. The customer service was awesome!

This shop juggles a lot of shipments at once and you can tell when it's a pickup day for several carriers due to the amount of boxes that can stack up close to pickup time (not their fault really...just limited space). Even with all that going on I was still helped almost immediately and given priority to have a simple receipt printed for my outgoing package. If you want it done right the first time then come to these guys!

I almost didn't get packages who were to be delivered at home. Because sender put PObox. Before permanent address. Post office will send back to sender instead of putting noticein PObox. Wow
