Unfortunately I used an online legal website and ended up paying for some forms that ABC legal docs has for free on their website and their forms were the correct Colorado forms where the other ones I paid for were just generic and not just for Colorado. I will use ABC from now on.

Just got off the phone with the gentleman...I hung up on him actually. I called to see if there was a notary available because my husband and i need one on a Saturday urgently. I told him that our banks didnt have notaries available and neither did the ups stores since we've already called them. He seemed to ignore me completely. He said he is a notary...good news...he can meet my husband at an appointed time and place...good news...but then he started pushing ups harder on me. Even went online to find ups locations, told me a location and I asked if he could guarantee a notary to be at that location. I figured since hes pushing it so hard he must know them. He snaps back at me, "I'm looking at ups, how can I guarantee a notary!" Ugh...wow, "sir, if you dont want my business you could have told me." Click. Really sucks to be that person to put a negative review on a glowing review board (which had lead me to make the call in the first place )but I dont know what his deal was but it was anything but professional.

I called the company for a notary service and had little idea about how much it should cost. Instead of just taking my business, I was advised to go to a public notary in a nearby plaza Since I have no problem move freely, it was much more economical for me. When I arrived at the notary store, unfortunately, the person there didn't know exactly what to do....so...I called the gentleman back and he gave me advice for free. Since he is also a trainer in the area for notary issues, he suggested the lady to take a refresh training :) Overall, a very helpful and nice business to work with.

I called him the night before I needed a PA noterized (if thats a word). He met me at my mothers skilled nursing facility the next day, right after the meeting we had with the staff about my mothers care. The convenience was, at that point, life saving. I had been running around for weeks getting paperwork for medicade and all the horrors that go into this type of situation. He also has the PA doc downloadable from his site. I had downloaded one from another legal site, but it would have required my mom to initial about 10x and that was not going to happen. I just printed his out incase, and those are the ones we used. I droned here, but when you're dealing with this stuff, someone meeting you where and when you want can be a life save.
