Not only do I recieve OUTSTANDING customer service, but they actually GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me and my business when I need it. I know ALL the employees, and the owners (which is family owned) and I can honestly say that they are NOT theives. I've had hundreds of thousands of dollars in checks mailed to me over the last ten or so years and not one has gone missing. I've had valuable items sent to me by both FedEx and UPS with never a single issue! Expensive laptops, knives....many expensive items, where they knew what was being sent and nothing ever came up missing or even late. For those of you reading the negative reviews, please don't take those for who these people are. Check my reviews on google, you will see I don't write too many of them but I assure you that I am not related to them in any way or work for them. I am the owner of a Window Cleaning Business in San Diego. Please find out for yourself and don't take to heart those other reviews, as you will see as soon as you walk in their door that those reviews are probably phony.
