David is very professional and is a subject matter expert in the notary/authentication business. I needed an oversea Power of Attorney (for Hong Kong) notarized and authenticated by the Chinese Consulate quickly. He explained the process in detail and reviewed my document carefully to ensure everything will go smoothly without delays. I have used the Hollywood Notary Dot Net service for the past several years. Hollywood notary service is run by David Ransom. I first used his service a few years ago when I needed apostilled documents and diplomas for a teaching job in Korea. His service at Hollywood notary is excellent. Everything is handled in a highly competent and professional manner. If you need documents notarized, authenticated, legalized, or apostilled for work overseas, this is definitely the place to do it. Recently, I used this service for a diploma that I had to have notarized and legalized for work as a teacher in China. I am living in Thailand and I needed this diploma notarized and legalized by the Chinese embassy in the United States. David Ransom’s notary service did an excellent job with everything. I mailed my diploma to them from and they handled everything. The process was smooth, fast, and efficient. A short time later, I was mailed back my legalized diploma. Unethical,Unprofessional, Thief who will not take responsibility for his mistakes Don't get ripped off, his working out of his filthy apartment building His mistakes ended up costing me over $1,700.00 and will not acknowledge it. I am reporting him to the California department of Licensing Board because he will not acknowledge his mistake. Bad business practices.

Be ware , Horrible service/ should not have a notary license Some may have good experiences with this guy bu I can say I didn't. He seems as if he's guessing at his job and had to do three different trips for the same document. Bad attitude , I ended up going with some one else because he always wanted to meet at Starbucks . No thanks , will not recommend
