This place is the best! There is a woman, Jennifer that works there who is wonderful. She calls me when I have a package or emails me. She even tells me if she likes certain clothing that I order - she has very good taste. The owner is very nice as well. It’s a pleasure going into this intimate but very efficient post office.

I've gotten my mail here for years and love the staff and service; they're my one-stop-get-everything-done shop, from shipping to holding my mail while I travel to mail forwarding to passport photos to Amazon returns to notary and notarized copying. They're accommodating, thoughtful and utterly reliable, and Jennifer's sunny disposition is always a welcome break from the impersonal world of Burbank.

Very polite but unable to print shipping labels as per advertised. I had a paid shipping label and was instructed per the UPS website that they were my closest authorized store and could print the label there. If you have a UPS label they will be unable to print at this store. Seemingly not the fault of the store but rather UPS. Regrettably not as advertised and the instructions will be most aggravating if followed. I would recommend not going to this store if you use UPS as a shipping method.
