We had a very pleasant loan signing with Don yesterday. His in-depth knowledge of real estate and loans was very helpful during the process for my wife and I. We would have never have gotten through it, or signed most of the stuff without his help. Now I understand the importance of using a real estate person and Loan signing agent regarding refinances and any type have real estate documents. A regular notary would have been a disaster. The prices for travel were more than reasonable and he was very professional and friendly. My animals took right to him when he walked in the door which is very unusual because they don't like anybody. LOL. They say an animal can or tell a lot of about a person. In my experience, you often don't know you need a notary until the last minute...and then where do you go? I found Arden Notary online a few years ago when I had a situation just like that. I called them, and Don came to my house at the time I requested. He was prompt and professional. He knew just what to do and wrapped everything up in just a few minutes. All for a reasonable price.
