I came here last year and just felt like i was irritating them and it wasn’t very welcoming but their office is small so you’re pretty much in and out right away. This year, I “filed” my taxes with them again over a week ago. Someone from their office calls me on a Saturday afternoon while I’m at work and says, “we need a pin to file your taxes. We close at 5” I thought it was weird they contacted me this late. The IRS office isn’t open on a Saturday! Even online they’re only available 9am-4pm. I had to wait til Monday to get my pin. I sent them an email and didn’t get a response back so I start to worry. I call them and the lady puts me on hold... then i get passed to the older man that acts like he doesn’t want to accept the fact that he’s latino. He’s just completely rude on the phone and has a nasty attitude. Why are you working there if you’re just going to treat customers like garbage? This place is a rip off, bad business and unprofessional. I wouldn’t be surprised if their business closed down. Their lack of customer service is unbelievable.
