All American Mail Center assured us that it would be refrigerated along the journey and that ice packs would be placed in the wine to assure it remained cold on the last leg of the trip. We received the wine today and as promised the ice packs were still half frozen and the wine was cold. Excellent service shipping wine from Napa. We collected two cases from various wineries and shipped home by All American. They have the cases with styrofoam inserts, and can ship FedEx. They were very helpful walking us through the process and letting us know exactly what would happen. Got our liquid delight safe and sound a couple of weeks later. They were the most economical service in Napa and provided great service.
