The gentleman who assisted me has a pleasing demeanor. Overall, good experience, and strongly recommend.

Absolutely terrible service. I went to this location today and the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude. I had two forms that I needed to notarize for my employment. The front desk lady would not even read the instructions with me to determine exactly what she needs to fill out. She then accused me of soliciting. I walked out immediately and went down the street to Dollar 4 Notary Public services on Lawrence expressway where I received very efficient, professional service. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Man at the front desk was very rude. Did not had the patience to answer customer queries.i was the only one there and just no patience. I requested for an out of state apostille and he came with rough estimate of 218$ . Glad I stepped out to aa neighboring store I got it done for 100$. Even if you go here make sure you are not overcharged.Please avoid if you can day spolier place.

Do not go here thinking its only 5$. They will cheat on the number of signatures. They charged us for 5 extra signatures. Although it was our mistake that we were not very well organized with our paper work before we went there, the guy deliberately took advantage of the situation. It was only after going back and recounting the signatures that we realized we were cheated. Very unprofessional.

This review is for the following services that I used at this place - Notary, Passport Photo, Apostille, and FedEx shipping. Notary price they charged me was $5, and Apostille was $59 for 1-day service. I got a call today morning that my documents were ready for pick up. When I went to pick up I had my photo taken to paste on the power of attorney and ship it to India. FedEx service was $64 to Hyderabad, India using International Priority. This was actually cheaper than the actual FedEx place across the street where they quoted me $79.75. It was a bit crowded when I went in the afternoon but staff was very well on their toes and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended.

Never ever go there. Front desk is very rude. They won't even help you to take out non required papers and put signatures on all you take. They know what all papers need notary for passport renew but won't tell you. Just rude folks. Don't ever go there. I had an equally opposite experience with nearby notary. These are jerks. I just hate to even put reviews but will not let this go like this.

We visited this place recently for taking fingerprint. We asked for an accommodation for our special need. Staff acted rudely and refused the service. On our side, we forgot to clarify our situation in advance. Nevertheless, staff should not have acted like that. On top of that, their rate was quite high. We got it done for half price in UPS store.

My wife and I had to notarize a Grant Deed regarding the real estate transaction for our house and we stopped by this place in the evening around 6:00 pm. we were 3rd in the line and they moved fast, so we had minimal waiting time. The guy helping us out with the notary was very engaging, and even before we had realized the notarization was completed. All in all, a great experience, we would not have any second thoughts to visit them again.

Avoid this place!!! Staff lied in order to charge twice as much. Once I discovered the scam, they refused to refund my money, and were completely unapologetic. Went there to get ONE "apostille" document to use it in two countries. The stuff there insisted that I couldn't do that, that it was my obligation to get two because each document was made for one specific country and could not be used in another. When I went to pick them up I realized that the two documents were exactly the same, the staff that was there at that time told that indeed I only needed one for any country. I explained that they themselves insisted me that I had to get and pay for two of them. So I ask for a refund for one of them, they refused, and change back their story saying that I needed two, I checked online and the real answer is that I don't need two, one is enough Still, they will not return my money saying that it was my mistake to get two documents, these people have no shame!! Completely dishonest!!

I visited this place of notary and fingerprints. Person, there, told me first get notary done and then will do fingerprints. And after Notary process, he simply mentioned that there is no ink/pad to do fingerprints. This is unprofessional. Not recommending this this to anyone.

I was in for Notary, and Apostille today after confirming they will be open during lunch time. Parking was easy to find, there were just a few people in the line, and I got attended within 5 minutes. They charge $5 per notary, I will be back again in 2 days to pick up my Apostilles. All in all it was a very smooth experience and I will have no hesitation to come back again for their service and recommend others about their business.

My friend referred me to this place I am so glad for his referral. We had several documents to be notarized for passport renewal, staff was courteous and explained to us in proper manner what exactly we had to do. It wasn't too crowded when we were there around 3:00 pm. I took us less than 10 minutes for all the notarization work to be completed. We paid with credit card, there was no extra charge. We had to drop off the documents via prepaid label provided to us and we could drop it off here. That definitely saved us a trip to another FedEx location.

Very Rude. There is no chairs to seat & dustbin to through waste paper, no glue stick. Most negative is the way he speak . I asked him charges for photographs he replied read on the wall . Ha ha . I was shocked when he allow me to use his stapler free of cost. I will never ever visit this place again.Hopeless Guy!!

Worst Service ever experienced! do NOT go here. you will find worst people and worst service ever here is my story with them. I used their notary and FedEx service to send a document to another state.I paid the full service charge right there. Few days later I started getting Invoice/Payment Bill from FedEx continuously. I called FedEx and told them I already paid for the service. FedEx guy said it is not paid to them yet. FedEx cannot the bill to third party and I myself need to fix by making the third part where i used the service from to pay them. I went to this place to get help. There was a guy he told me to come again with Bill i get from FedEx because he needs invoice number . I drove back again another day and gave him the invoice from FedEx. He said he will take care of it. But i keep getting the Bill again. I went to the place again told him i am wasting my time and he does not look like doing his part what's why i am still getting the payment Bill. It was the same Guy there ..he was RUDE. he said it is FedEx mistake. i said what FedEx was saying. He was mad at me and YELLED at me to leave otherwise i will be TROUBLE.. hahaha!! Oh hell this guy is so stupid. he is so MEAN. I walked away saying "if he does not pay this time he will know later who will be in troubling". I used his service and paid his service change and now when it comes his part to take care he is not helping. i don;t recommend any body to go here. People are not helpful instead yells at customer..

I brought in a document to be filled out and signed by a notary. I realized after leaving that they never filled out or signed the form, but they put a stamp on it that means literally nothing. I don't understand how they could take a form from me, do nothing with it, then give it back and charge me as though they had fulfilled my request. I tried to call to find out why this happened, because I don't know what their procedures are, and I thought maybe I had made some kind of mistake. The person on the phone was incredibly rude. I truly could not believe that someone operating a business could be such an ***hole to his customers. Truly a terrible business.

The worst ever customer service in my life. I should have read the previous reviews carefully. They say it's hit or miss. If it ever works at first try, congratulations. Looks like you could save a couple of bucks. If not, all the 1-star reviews will become reality -- rude, dishonest, incapable, worst -- and you'll waste time and money to deal with it. My advice in such case: forget it and move on, they won't budge. Avoid unless you want to try your luck.

The guy who does the notary is hopeless in people skills. He didn't even try to explain us his point of view of what is correct, moreover he was rude. He has to at least has some patience to explain what needs to be done when customer didn't do it correct!!! I would never go to this place again!

This is the WORST service I ever had in my life. They do not even deserve one star - the man in front desk was super rude, when I filled something uncompleted on the FedEx form (it’s not wrong, just uncompleted), he didn’t explain to me but just grabbed the form and tear it off!!!! He explained later that if I filled the form incorrectly he’ll have his certified Fedex shipping license cancelled - which I understand, however he could just simply explain to me and I can fill up the rest of the form. I was totally in shock because this was so unexpected and horrible service. I will never come again and I will let Fedex know my experience in this place.

This review is about the notary service and passport photos that I experienced today at their location. Very Good is all it is about. Quick, and Efficient, they move you quickly. Friday evening around 6:30 pm it was still pretty busy but not too much of a wait. Staff was very courteous. I am definitely coming here again without any hesitation.

I should have listened to some other reviewers here, but I decided to try this place since it is nearby my work place. Bad decision! Avoid this place if you can, and don't be fooled by $5 price tag for notary. In fact, there are even $4 notary places in Sunnyvale if the price is your concern. The guy, looks to be the owner and sitting on the front desk, does not know what he is doing. I am even questioning how he even got the license to practice this. He notarized my legal document, and it was rejected right away by the law firm because he did not do it right. I went back, and he keeps refusing to correct the error (and ask them to contact him), keep insisting he is right. Well, no lawyer has time to call the guy and try to correct it. It is $5 notary! They just asked me to do it somewhere else and save time. Thus, I went to other notary place (charged $8), and she has no problem doing it correctly. So, do yourself a favor and save $5. This guys is just not worth visiting. Plus, he has no sense of business. All the threatening signs hung on the wall say "I want your money." The guys is extremely rude too. Just don't get fooled by $5 price tag. you will end up paying 2x + all the time you waste.

I had a whole bunch of closing documents to be notarized, the notary staff at this office was very friendly, knowledgeable, and co-operative. They took time to explain the docs to me, made sure all of them were properly signed and initialed. Price is very reasonable at $5. I have 2 more closings in the next month, will visit again.

I had to notarize and Apostille a document, after searching and calling around a bunch of places I finalized on $5 Notary. Everything went well for me. I submitted my document on Friday, and received a call on Tuesday morning that the Apostille was ready for pick up. This was super fast compared to some of the other places that were asking for 5 days or more to process the Apostille. After doing the consular attestation, I came back to them to ship via FedEx and was surprised to find that their rates for FedEx were actually lower than the actual FedEx place that I checked out earlier. My document reached the final destination in 2 business days since I used international priority service. I am a happy customer.
