Rude old hag at the counter. They sent my package back to sender after I asked UPS to hold my package at that location and no they made no contact with me to tell me. Don’t use the store if you know whats good for you.

I have a eBay store and so from time to time I have shipping needs. Ms. Candy and staff are by far the best thing in the shipping business. Check with them first before packing up your gift, package, or carrier delivery. You will be pleased with their answer.

Rude staff member at the counter. Treated my husband like a dog over the phone when we asked for info about tracking. She somehow put a completely different address in, and we didn't think to check the receipt before we left. Silly us for thinking someone who was treating her coworker like an idiot would know how to read. This isn't the first time they've lost an expensive package of mine or our friends'. Thank you very little.
