I had used this store before and thought they were really nice and friendly so after going to a UPS today because it was near me and being told that they can not ship the item from their store but i could take it to another UPS store across town that could. I decided to just stop at Shipping and Postal because they were on my way and have them ship my package. I was told it would be $46 and some change. I had just left UPS and they told me $24 so I told the man I would just take the package to UPS but thank you. He very nicely and convincingly told me that he had prices for UPS, FEDEX and other stores and that was the cheapest price. I then let him know that I was already given a cheaper rate and took my package and left. I went on to UPS HUB customer center and shipped my item for $18.50. I was glad I didn't fall for his charm and sad that I had probably paid too much in the past. I don't mind paying a little more to small business or for great customer service but I felt taken advantage of for using them once I discovered shipping was so much cheaper than he was telling me through those companys. I will never go there again. Sorry that I ever did use them.

Over 100 dollars paid for next day shipping of perishables. Package arrives 6 days later, spoiled of course. Company blames it on a hurricane 600 miles away that hit two days after their internal tracking showed the package had reached to within 10 miles of the destination by day 1 (also no where near the hurricane). We had paid for guarenteed shipping. Despite multiple questions, routing slips, receipts, we never got a call back, let alone any money.

Very Disappointed. I asked to ship a approx 50lb Box the cheapest way possible. Was told Fed Ex such and such for $70 and some change was cheapest.... Which I paid but couldn't stop thinking that it was very expensive. Sure enough I found online that that size box and weight could be shipped FedEx Ground 3 business days for $47 and some change. Do your research folks, don't trust this store to give you the cheapest rates. Lesson learned, trust is even further down the crapper, guess I can thank you for the lesson as sad as it is.

I needed a document shipped over night..l was told $61.25. I did this on a Friday afternoon (noon) and was told would get there next day. My package didn't arrive... (mind u a document that was very important) oh and.the tracking number that I was told that would be emailed never did show up. No tracking number no document delivered. I can't be more disappointed for $60.00. Really.
