I ordered a Jefferson Mailbox from this company. It arrived about 2 weeks after I placed the order. It came in three parts. Two of the parts were black and the post was bronze. I called to complain and they said they would mail the correct color. Five days later I called again, and they said they were just starting to paint my post that day, then it would need to cure for 3 days then they would mail it out. They said all of their mailboxes were custom painted and that was why it took so long. I ORDERED A BLACK MAILBOX, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? By the way, my account was charged the same day the order was received. I sent the parts back, and it cost me $69.35 to do that. They would not reimburse me for it, and I am still waiting for my credit. I ordered a mailbox from addressesofdestinction and it was delivered and installed in 5 days. Yes, it did cost more, but with mailboxes and beyond, I still had no mailbox three weeks later. Do not ever do business with these people, they must be operating out of a garage.

Do not trust this business. First I called to check the price on mailing a large package. The price over the phone was a little over $20. sounds great so I go there to mail the package. I offered to pay the money but they said that since the item i was returning was a warranty return that they could bill the company I was shipping it to. Sounds great so I gave them the package to ship. Now about 2 weeks later I get a bill for about $90 dollars. I ask them to help me with this situation but they refuse to help and offer no apology. I recommend that no one do business here.

Very dissatified. This place is a rip off. & its over-priced so be prepared to pay well for the privelige of of utilzing their less than stellar services. I wouldnt even recommend this business to people I DIDNT like. No stars.
