I generally don't give bad review but this really annoyed me. Brittany said that her fee would be $40 for a single file notarization. Also, I texted her ahead of time that I will arrive at her office 6-6:30 pm, she asked me to be earlier, and I said since I couldn't leave work till 4:30 pm, the earliest I could do is around 5 pm. I arrived at 5:10 after rushing a 40 min drive, and she was not there. No show, no call, no text, and wouldn't answer her phone when I called. It would be OK if she had said in the first place that she couldn't do it, but it is absolutely NOT OK to just ignore people like that. It is unprofessional and rude.
