I dropped off a UPS box for a return with the label, and it never got scanned for pick up. They were not helpful at all and said they don’t keep any records. UPS told me BCS would have to file a report on the package, but they refused. I was very disappointed at their service.

My go to copy, print and ship center. They do it all and do it well. Usually have most jobs done while you wait, and reasonable prices. The place feels like a true Mom and Pop business where the employees enjoy their job and aim to please their customers.

Work has been great and professional. Do not leave any decisions up to the operators as they will print B/W pages as color for the sake of a page number. I asked the documents to be printed in color if they were in fact color. Instead, 2 112-page documents cost me $114.28 instead of $29.16 because the page number at the bottom was red. Seems to me no one was paying attention and someone could have said, “Is the red page numbers worth $85 to you?” I expected different service. Likely will not go back. I have experienced this type of consideration from others businesses who were paying attention. Just not from Bentonville Copy and Ship.

Owner Todd Thomas talks inappropriately to female employees. I quit after a couple days after I saw him doing whisky shots in the back room. He tried to screw me out of my pay but I threatened to call the cops.

I'm relieved to have finally found a print/ship shop in Bentonville that's easy to work with and fast. I've recently switched to getting light print work and shipping packages through these folks. Each time they were happy to help and super fast to communicate. Definitely recommend giving them a shot.

The woman that answered the phone was VERY rude. I asked her for an estimate on a certain amount of copies and she comments back with, just times the price by 100. Like seriously! Poor customer service and rudeness. Worst ever. It's lucky to even get the 1 star, cause I didn't wanna give it any.

My company uses this place mainly for small jobs, because we don’t print much. They are speedy and polite, and just good people. They also ship via all the major carriers. They even pack it up for you and store freq used addresses.

I just made a third trip out, the first time was to bring by a booklet that I needed printed for a visual reference. I left a copy of the booklet and specifically asked, can you replicate this, I was told yes. I came back the next day to pick up and noticed that the cutting on the booklets was crooked, I asked if this could be fixed and he said no I’d have to see if someone else could cut them evenly because that’s how their machine cuts. Needing to mail these out same day, I had no choice but to try. After trying to find a fix with my one year old in tow, I ended up having to have all reprented somewhere else and wait another 24 hours to get them back so my submission ended up being late. I returned today to see about getting a refund because not only was I promised something he knew his machine couldn’t handle, but I was then sent on a wild goose chase. The lady I just spoke with couldn’t even look me in the eye after I politely explained the story. She told me I’d need to come back and speak with a lady named Holly and Holly might or might not be in today or tomorrow. Luckily this time my child is sleeping in the carseat, but I’ll have to make a fourth trip up from Rogers to get this straightened out. I will never have anything printed here again after this experience. I merely got a grin and a blank stair out of the window as I was spoken to today, like the business I have brought here for my company doesn’t matter at all. I will take my business elsewhere, to the company that was actually able to deliver upon my original request.
