I just made a third trip out, the first time was to bring by a booklet that I needed printed for a visual reference. I left a copy of the booklet and specifically asked, can you replicate this, I was told yes. I came back the next day to pick up and noticed that the cutting on the booklets was crooked, I asked if this could be fixed and he said no I’d have to see if someone else could cut them evenly because that’s how their machine cuts. Needing to mail these out same day, I had no choice but to try. After trying to find a fix with my one year old in tow, I ended up having to have all reprented somewhere else and wait another 24 hours to get them back so my submission ended up being late. I returned today to see about getting a refund because not only was I promised something he knew his machine couldn’t handle, but I was then sent on a wild goose chase. The lady I just spoke with couldn’t even look me in the eye after I politely explained the story. She told me I’d need to come back and speak with a lady named Holly and Holly might or might not be in today or tomorrow. Luckily this time my child is sleeping in the carseat, but I’ll have to make a fourth trip up from Rogers to get this straightened out. I will never have anything printed here again after this experience. I merely got a grin and a blank stair out of the window as I was spoken to today, like the business I have brought here for my company doesn’t matter at all. I will take my business elsewhere, to the company that was actually able to deliver upon my original request.
