If you need a notary quickly outside of normal business hours that is reliable use an online service and save some money. The advertisement of 24/7 is misleading and unreliable. Lack of communication and confirmation forced me to find another service. Any received communication was unprofessional and rude. When I needed a last minute notary at 6am the next day I called this company because they advertised a 24hr service. The woman who answered the phone at 11:30 PM was clearly annoyed. She stated she would check if they could make it and someone would call me to confirm. No one called. I called at 4AM with no answer, left a message and had to make alternative arrangements. At 5AM I messaged the company stating I no longer needed their services. 10 minutes before 6AM I finally heard from the same angry lady about how I was being inconvenient to the 24 hour service her company provided and I would have to pay a cancellation fee that is not disclosed on their website. The cancellation fee is understandable and I paid it for the notary that was dispatched. The lack of communication made the service unreliable and unprofessional.

Called Notary on Wheels after another Mobile Notary failed to show or call. They were able to schedule a Notary to come out to my house in under 3 hours the SAME DAY the other one failed to. The Notary who showed up was nice, professional and caring. The man who answered the phone was upbeat and nice. Great service that you don't see much these days - I will be using this service again without question.

Expensive normal notary costs $5. I get they come to you but they already had a person here for someone else. I think I'll just drive and save my money. Guy was a bit rude in the phone.
