This guy is a god dam crook , tried charging me 34 for sonething usps does for 14 n lied to me, everytime ive gone tgere hes tried ripping me of , i tried shipping a bike n he quoted me 300, , then when i said ya right, gave me a lower price n said thats tge cheepist anyware , wrong ,,, 75 , at shipabike,com , what costs me 2.50 at usps , he charges me 8 , last time i dod ship something , he made a mistake n my package never made it n me n ebay and the buyer got n a big dispute so i went to mesa mail n asked about it n it got returned cause he screwed up n tried making me pay again , for his screw up , someone outta turn this dude in to bbb, i siggest anyone who goes here to cheak usps , 100% itll be cheaper , ive lost so much business because no one will pay his cost n back out , this guy needs to be put out of business , ya he comes off all smiles n is nice , , bout tge nicest robbery ive ever had done to me ,,

Been going to this store for several years. The last two visits have not been pleasant. The owner has been cranky and impatient. Will not go back, not the only UPS store in Mesa, but the owner must think so.

I work for the city of mesa and i have to say this place is a complete Waste of time .don't even bother going in on here just take your packages to a real ups or mail store. Save your self the trouble.

I cant say enough good things about both the gentleman as well as the woman that I've encountered the numerous times I've visited the store, they're both extremely friendly and go out of their way to help, I package my own items & print most of my labels at home but the the few times that I do need to have them print a label for me its hard to get them to even accept payment for doing so!

Everyone makes mistakes William. Give him a break he just started the UHAUL, you're not a pro the first day. He's a very good man and he's fare which counts. Yea it's 20% more but you're in and out quickly. Plus he has cute stuff to look at in the store. He's there to please the people.

Had to pick up a U-Haul from this location. The experience was horrible and it started with the incompetent trying to issue the U-Haul. He didn't understand the system and tried to cover his mistakes and charged me for items I did not receive and just claimed he couldn't take it off the system.

Took the money without correcting the doc for me and i went back to his office to be able to fix or at least send me a clear one cause the one he sent it wa a horrible image and he refused he asked for more money,He was so rude and call the next customer while i was still talking to him and didnt finish my conversation.
