Karin saved my loan closing! I brought a cashier's check to close because the escrow company did not tell me that they only accept wires. Because she's thorough, Karin called the escrow company to tell them she was en route to fedex the documents along with the check, which is how I found out about the wire. If she wouldn't have called, I would not have closed on time and they would've held up my loan! She is a sweetheart to work with and the only notary choice for me! Thank you for having my back!
