The servers were absolutely rude. Stood at the bar for 20 minutes waiting for a drink, passed up several times and when confronted about it she admitted that she passed us over. If you’re African American and looking for a drink, don’t go there.

The calm before the storm. Here a before Cheyenne Days. A man would not go thirsty here. Multiple bars within and outside. Slot machines, pool tables, live music, and a friendly staff. Lot bigger inside than you would imagine. Would recommend it if you are in the area.

It can be a fun spot. Its a HUGE place. 4 different bars to get drinks, they have live concerts or bands, mostly country sometimes some rock. You can smoke in this bar, which I personally hate. I don’t like to be about cigarette smoke, so I don’t like that about this bar. Upstairs (it’s 2 levels) they have slot machines and I believe two tables for card games and gambling.

Driving thru and try it out on a Wednesday night. The live band suck and the cover was 5 bucks also two beers was 10 dollars. Even if the band played any country music the dance floor wasn't very big like the web site said. It might be better on the weekend but in a college town you would think they would have better band.

By far the most expensive bar in Cheyenne. The atmosphere is filled with cigarette smoke but that isn’t the bother. 4.25 for a coors light? Absolutely rediculous. The music selection kinda sucks too. They play some off the wall songs for sure. Got a jack and coke next. Swear it has half a shot. And it’s warm. I won’t be coming back to this place. The service is also questionable. Waited 15 minutes to get my second drink. I shouldn’t have to wave down the bar tender. Just a bad night here. Explains why there are like 4 people here. Went to town and country across the street instead and spent 20 bucks on a 24 pack of cold beer. Sorry outlaw. Lower the prices so you might be able to keep the doors open

This place is pretty great if you like country music. It's a bit too big for a regular bar but awesome during Frontier days when it's packed with a couple thousand people. The prices are way too high and they really shouldn't charge a cover most of the time but I'll pay for live entertainment.

Their gambling machines took my 40 dollars in 10 min.Not much of a crowd there.Its the place to be if your from Cheyenne and like that type of bar.If your looking for a Denver type nightclub,Cheyenne has none !Everyone knows everyone in Cheyenne and the women are fast and loose ( The ones that frequent bars I mean) If your looking for a hook up I think the place is a good spot for that.wrap it up tho,STDs are as plentiful as meth up here.If you want something with some class and some quality,take the 40 min drive to Ft.Collins,where the women are hot and the vibe is chill.Just my 3 cents. I dont go to bars anymore,thank god! Alcohol destroys lives!

The Lady Bartender was not attentive or aware I sat down to order ... did not greet me like most Bartenders do . After I finished my first Beer she did acknowledge me when I attempted to get her attention to order another which was like pulling teeth ...she took a couple of drinks from her own beverage before she I could ask for one more. This place has no wifi and there is a 10 $ drink minimum for providing a debit card .. won't come here again ohh and no Beers on tap wow!!

We drive from Colorado about an hour drive and every time we come we have a live band!!! We love to dance and it's always a great time. Pool tables, live music, food, indoor smoking is allowed here, a souvenir shop, free RV parking! All around great staff. We will keep coming back. Thank you!

Had a great time. Callie, Alicia, Trish are amazing. Put a 20 in a "horse racing machine" bet 5 and won 80, first pull. Night continued the same. Went and played hold em and won a few hands in the $300-$400 range. Good band played country favorites all night. If they had a kitchen I think it would be even better. Great staff that really work hard. If you want to have fun this is the place.

The owner, Mitch, was friendly and attentive. Fun place for live music and great cocktails; however, in order to use a credit card you have to spend at least $10, which necessitated buying three drinks instead of one. They allow smoking inside, near the open wall to the patio area. There are gambling machines where you actually win cash! Overall, great bar!

The margaritas Were awesome .. It was pretty depressing in side . They were playing pop (Michael Jackson) music . It would had been nice to hear some Christmas songs. The slot machines are a joke . Nobody wins I looked around and saw really sad people . Nobody was laughing and having fun . I decided to try the slots lost 160.00 in less than 20 mins . I didn’t mind losing the money . I just had to get out of there it was very depressing.

If you're in to paying $5+++ for cover and crappy cover bands, smelling like a cigarette ashtray when you leave, this is the place for you!! 5 stars when there's no bands and no smokers..... it happens.......and it gets 5 stars during frontier days, as it's better than even the carnival at the park! So one week a year this place is really worth it!! Put a DJ instead of cover bands and it would be the best bar from here to Colorado!! I do give the bar staff, much props, they are very great at there jobs!!

To me, this is what a western country bar should be like. Smoking, dancing, gambling and a lot of drinking!!! I’ve seen this bar expand to what it is today and every time I went there I had a good time. Of course Frontier Days is when it gets packed and the place is in high gear. I have also seen some great singers there and of course your local bands that are trying. Although I don’t live In Wyoming anymore I still remember this place. Not once have I ever had an issue with the staff and just great memories.

Better take a lot of funds if you're going to drink at the Outlaw. I think they're trying to get rich by tomorrow afternoon at 3. You can smoke inside the building though, if that's any consolation. If you bring a few extra $$ you can use it to gamble with, because they do have slot machines that are more than willing to take your money. I think I'm in the wrong business. They also have live bands almost every night, and of course the music format is country. But if nothing else you can sit and watch the indoor fountain, or check out some sports channels on the TVs.

I want to give this place 5 stars. I cannot because of 2 reasons. They charge 5 dollars to get in even when the place is Dead. Also none of the bartenders know how to make mixed drinks. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri and a round of Alabama Slammers and ended up with fruity mixed drinks that were honestly overpriced. I think they should have to either keep a recipe book at the bar or go to bartenders school. Only reason it gets 4 stars is that I like the layout and there is ample parking.

Had a great time tonight. Hats off to all the help they all done a great job keeping up. We sat under the big tent out side and them ladies done a great job. Would of went inside but with no fans to move the air it was way to hot in there. I did feel relay sorry the help in there. With the money that was being made it looks like they could get some fans for the ones working that can not get out side to get air. Other than no fans inside I give it a 5 Start Keep up the good work team you all are for sure awesome.

Honkey tonk worthy of whatever effort it takes to get there! We love coming to Cheyenne for Frontier Days. Rodeo, concerts and some awesome vendors, but we'll always carve out time to dance, drink and sing along at this gem of- a bar. Tonight; two bands, the casino, too many bars to count and some very talented boot scooters propped up the shining reputation the Outlaw enjoys. Get yer cowboy on!
