There are so many options on their menu so there is something for everyone. The decor is fun and the place is clean. A great alternative to fast food!

We came to Uno in the Dells today. My sister and her family, along with my brother in law and his family came too. Other than myself no one in the group has had Uno before. I explained food will take around 45 minutes to arrive after you've order, to help set expectations. There are a few top pizzerias that make deep dish. Uno is close to those top 5 but head and shoulders above your large corporate pizza stops. They have great children menus and grilled foods too. Everyone was blown away by the flavor and enjoyed the visit. The deep dish 10" does serve two hungry and the thin crust is good for 1 person. The crust on this Chicago deep dish isnt like your domino's, you'll enjoy it immensely. Enjoy Uno.

Was greeted by 4 different people upon entering. Once seated we were welcomed by our waitress and the manager. Waitress brought our drinks and dropped one of the glasses. Luckily that person that would have been in the seat was running late. The appetizers were very good and a decent price compared to the rest of the dells for what we received. Pizza came out hot and was delicious.

Besides one other Italian restaurant next to mall of America, this is probably the best food I have had. I had chicken spinnocci, with fresh steamed vegetables and broccoli. It tasted homemade and was delicious..and healthy I may add! Only 330 calories plus the veggies. Strongly recommend!

I would love to be able to review the food however it took them over 5 minutes to actually try to find us a seat even though the restaurant was empty. We just left. I don't think we were actually waiting for 5 minutes but it did feel like an eternity.

OVER PRICED!! Asked for light sauce, I think they doubled it! Good selection of food but Quality of their food has gone downhill. Longtime manager had major attitude when discussing the prices of their food. But this was to be expected. Ive been a customer since they opened....No more. No loyalty reward or discount. They will never get my recommendation for a restaurant again. I work locally now...I have been asked regularly by custo.ers where I work now for my honest recommendation for food..This Unos only want to take lots of tourists money. Very sad for local business to not treat locals better!!

I had a late lunch here yesterday with my dad and husband and needless to say, I was not impressed. If I was just rating the food, I'd probably give then four stars, but service really does make an impact and our service was not good. The server gave very poor service. She "forgot" my drink and served the others. Took me 15 plus minutes to get an iced tea. She hardly ever came over and when she did, her attitude was mildly unfriendly. Then she also "forgot " to put an entire pizza order in, so my dad had to wait another 15-20 minutes after we got our food to get his. Another lady came out to let us know (the manager I assume ) and apologized and took the pizza off my dad's bill. The waitress's attitude was more of "oops". Not impressed, at all. She also didn't bring my dad's change back. Her attentiveness, attitude, and accountability were unprofessional. If you forget order items, own up to it and apologize like you mean it. Then you try to make up for it with better service. You don't let the customers wait and wonder, never checking on them, and then have a manager be the one to say that you screwed up. You also don't have "oops, my bad" attitude. Won't be back any time soon.

We arrived late thursday night 1-3-2019 to be greated by a very friendly face. Carly was our server and she was terrific! She had a friendly smile and wonderful personality. The food was excellent! Traveling for two weeks Carly was the first great waitress we have had on this trip. Great place great service.

Will not be returning. Listening to wait staff complain about customers was the highlight of our experience. The chicken was obviously precooked and frozen before it was breaded so the breading was undercooked then covered in a jarred sauce. The menu was very large and apparently too large for the kitchen to prepare things correctly for a very slow lunch service. They are apparently famous for their pizza but I rather not waste my time and money to find out.

We went there last night to celebrate a birthday and the service was really slow. They weren't even that busy. We didn't say anything about the birthday because it was getting late and we just wanted to leave. Never did get any refills. Not sure what's going on there now, but it'll probably be awhile before we go back again. We've probably been there at least a dozen times in the past as we're locals.

Great delicious food and wonderful service! Never been to an Uno Pizzeria before and I was impressed. Very nice interior and for a restaurant in the Wisconsin Dells area - I would like to note that this place was a lot cleaner than some of the other restaurants we went to in Wisconsin Dells vicinity. I'm sorry for only giving 4 stars but the reason why is their take out menu doesn't transfer over to dine-in (take out was cheaper) and when we got out of our car in the parking lot we walked all the way around 3½ sides of the building before we got to the entrance. I don't know why but we just got a vibe saying that the entrance was the way we were going and soon realized our mistake. Would still go back, great place!

Don't order from uno pizzeria and grill. They forgot two of our French fry orders. My bacon me happy burger didn't make me happy. It was raw all the way through. The buffalo chicken mac and cheese didn't have chicken or buffalo sauce on it. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Oh god..... Uno Pizzeria left Toronto some 20 years ago and I've missed their deep dish pizzas. I was very pleasantly surprised to see one in the middle of nowhere. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly

Overall a good place to get pizza. The Chicago style deep dish pizza is not really Chicago style deep dish. It's more like pan pizza with larger tomatoes in the sauce and a thick crust. The food did taste good but not really Chicago style deep dish. My kids enjoyed the thin crust pizza the most.

Food is fantastic. I reccommend the Hog burger. I ordered it with no bun and had so much flavor. Someone in our group ordered buffalo chicken quesadilla and 4 people tried it and could get enough of it. Very friendly staff.

This was tough because I get that we had a crying baby to start but she calmed down and everything was okay. She was happy again the service was slow my medium well steak was dry and after I cut into it no one ever came back to check on me. I'm not sure if it was the crying baby that kept Craig away but I do know that I was not satisfied and we spent a lot of money there

Ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks for takeout and food was just okay. Wasn’t overly impressed, but it wasn’t the worst either. I was hoping the crust would taste better for it being deep dish but it had more of a cardboard consistency. They did prepare it rather quickly so for a Saturday night on a holiday weekend, it was great it didn’t take as long as we anticipated during the standard dinnertime.

Had a Bachelorette party last Weekend and the service was amazing. We tried to go to several other places around, but there was an hour plus wait time. If been there only once, after hearing great reviews of the Uno in Chicago. Called in for pick-up, guy one the other phone, made us repeat order multiple times. Went to pick-up, food wasnt ready, missed two orders of large fries, pizza for large sized was pretty small. Customers were complaining inside as we waited.

Food and atmosphere was as great as I expected. I've been to Uno's throughout the Chicagoland area, and the food meet the Chicago standards I expected. Disclosure, I had a 3 year old with my wife in the restaurant on a Wednesday night. My son is an average toddler. As such, keeping him entertained is important. My only issue was that they brought the food for the table 5 minutes before his meal. Anyone with a small human knows that logic and patience are in limited supply. The staff was all very polite and helpful, if a little relaxed (slow) in services. Again, the food was great, but a few things could have greatly improved the experience.

Worst service ever and never even got to take a drink of our drinks. Well we got there like 10:45 15 minutes before they opened, so my boyfriend, his friend and I were sitting in the parking lot wait for the doors to open, and they didn’t open until 11. 11:02 came around and this very rude old woman came up and asked if I had plates, (just bought a new car so I have temps) so we said we only had temps which is only one on the back, right after that this old women threatened to tow us if we didn’t go inside that second. Mind you we were finishing our cigarette before we went in. So we got over it went in and the waitress was very respectful got us our drinks in a reasonable time and everything. But I noticed a manager so I decided I was going to go say something about the old women outside and this manager was 10x more rude then the first one so I went back to our table grabbed my boyfriend and his friend and we left. But once we got into my car I noticed this old women take her phone out and Started taking pictures of my car. I will NEVER EVER bring my service there again.

Server was very pleasant however everything else was not. Food was overpriced for the quality. Quantity was more than enough to satisfy all persons. The pasta was cooked properly but the sauces and flavors were poor. Tasted like everything came out of a can or freezer, nothing was fresh. The steak was cooked to well done instead of medium. Flavors were ok but cooked improperly and served with loaded mash potatoes that were poorly done. Pizza was ordered Chicago style and was clearly not made in house and very dry.

OK, pizza, which should have been great. Meat pizza had very little meat found in the deep dish special. Service was adequate, though there were few patrons in the place. Had to wait until the end of the meal to be able to get a water refill. Bartender was very helpful with the beer choices.

Long wait for our waitress to get to us. She seemed a little scatter brained. Had to ask multiple times for a plate and she would forget to bring our refills. Would just forget most of our requests and would have to ask again. Food took a while too but that’s expected for a pizza place. Thin crust was very good. I tried some of my mom’s deep dish pizza and it was alright. Have had better. Sweet potato fries were yummy nice and crisp.
