Fantastic performers - what’s not to love about dueling pianists?! But on this Wednesday, despite only a few tables they still gave each song a 100% and got the crowd singing. Great priced drinks (this night : beer on tap $5 - plus specials). Overall great times!

This place is lots of fun. The dueling pianos are great plus they play a few extra instruments if the song require it. The nachos are pretty good. If you want to get a song played you will have to put at least $20 on it because so many people put $20 and more on songs (one person put $100 on a song.) In all it was a great time.

Atmosphere was fantastic. The performances did very well. Drinks were lacking in alcohol. As a bartender I understand how to mix liquor and juices to create a pleasant flavor. The drinks we were served lacked liquor. Very disappointed. Ex. I ordered a cosmo, which is basically vodka with splashes of cranberry and lime. I received cranberry juice with a lime in a martini glass. My father sent his craft cocktail back in hopes to have the drink made properly. It came back to the table with less alcohol than the first time.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and environment at Keys on Main! It is extremely lively and all different genres of music are played. Because it is a dueling piano bar, you can definitely pay to keep a song playing or have it die! While Keys on Main is great and the service was good, I was a little unimpressed with the vocals. The female vocalist was very good, but the male vocalist was not as strong as I would have preferred. Nonetheless, it was truly a night to remember!!

Truly it wasn't for me. We were there on Halloween weekend, the employees were dressed up which provided a super fun atmosphere. But I don't enjoy paying people money to play my song. Also the food was freaking awful, pretty sure I could find a better pizza in the freezer aisle for 1/3 of the cost.

The idea of it is awesome, but if your not looking to spend 100 bucks on your people don't go. I also feel like the people intentionally play bad music so they can try to get more money. 20 bucks for a song request? No thanks. They will tell you that you can put whatever you want 5-10. But they make it very clear that didn't work. After two hours it was still only people that had 20s songs being played

Love this bar. The atmosphere is great and you will find yourself laughing and having a good time. I have been two times this year and each time gets more entertaining and worth my time. I love hearing how well they can do hip hop songs. Don't worry they play a variety of songs from multiple genres. Remember to bring your money so you can contribute to the song choices.

After a lovely evening of drinks and laughter, we were disappointed to be served a drink that was an inch short on liquid. We politely asked for it to be filled up (soda perhaps, not looking for more alcohol...) And we were greeted by a glass full of extra ice. After $100+ in drinks and a pleasant conversation with the waitress, why the "middle finger?" This behavior really soured my experience here. The drinks were weak, but I could have looked past this if our request for a full drink wasn't treated so rudely. Disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic if you want something different than your standard bar experience. Live band with requests that they build a weird concert filled with laughter and jaw dropping moments. Be sure to reserve your seats and be prepared for loud music

Our group had a great time at Keys on Main for my friend's divorce celebration. We reserved a table in the general section and they called to verify our reservation earlier in the day. Morgan was our server and she did an amazing job. It seemed she knew exactly when to stop by, right when the drinks were running low. There were no complaints.

One of the greatest bars in town! The atmosphere was incredible. The pianists are extremely talented. It blew my mind how well they could switch from song to song or improve while they were playing. The wait staff and bar tenders were also incredible and extremely attentive. I never went thirsty once!

Incredible! I've never experienced anything like a duelling piano bar before, and this one was one heck of a way to introduce myself to the concept! Special shout out to all the pianists who, unbelievably, knew every song requested of them by heart- Eminem and Coolio were particular highlights- even I don't know all the words to Gangsters Paradise! When I make it back to SLC I will absolutely be back here.

My first time at a dueling piano bar and I honestly didn't know what to expect. We got there a little early since we were nearby and the show started at 9pm. I didnt know you had to reserve a table earlier in order to sit because it gets really packed. We were able to snag 3 of the 5 only chairs at the bar and watch from there. (Also $5 cover charge) When the show started I was blown away. The musicality and talent on stage was amazing. The crowd participation was great especially when everyone is singing along. The musicians getting into character and singing was fantastic as well. I can see why people would want to have their bday or celebrate special occasions here, it was a blast.

I’ve always really enjoyed going to Keys on Main. However, I went for my birthday tonight, and saw a man get in a verbal assault and his friends walked him out before they reentered. Then, he got on stage multiple times and asked to get off by the pianist. Then continued to get into other verbal assaults and back on stage sloppily and was never asked to leave. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, along with my family and friends that were there with me. Not sure we will go back again or recommend this place we were once very fond of. Please be more aware and respectful of your patrons.

Food was overpriced for such tiny portions. Also if it's advertised as a live music bar there should be live music from open to close. We paid the cover charge to be extremely bored. Not to mention as soon as more people showed up, we were basically ignored despite several employees just standing around.

Every time's a good time! Come on the weekend if you want a lively crowd with a great dueling piano experience, come during the week if you just want some great dueling pianos and a conversation. I've been to quite a few dueling piano bars around the country, so far this is my favorite. The pianists are great at getting the crowd involved and keeping a great atmosphere and don't skimp on their performance even on slower days mid week. The alcohol prices are reasonable and even the cover isn't too bad. Over all I've only had positive experiences here and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a pretty good bar. The bartenders were friendly with great drink recommendations. The entertainment was excellent. Salt lake City has a pretty good nightlife scene, but live music is hard to find. This is a really great place for it. This was the place I discovered tequila shots that with cinnamon and orange instead of salt and lime. It is a whole new take on it, and is great around the holidays. Definitely a place I'll return too.

Love this place! Always enjoy coming here! The staff are on top of it, and friendly. Drinks are good and so is the food! Dueling pianos are fun in general, but all of the artists here really make for a great atmosphere and entertaining night! If you want a table on the weekend though, make sure you reserve one, or plan on standing. If you have a song you really want them to play, get there early, or make sure you have a good amount of cash with you, including smaller bills. Usually if we are there at 8pm we can get something played with $5-$10 but as time goes on and more requests come, you either need to be willing to wait a while, or add more cash to your request.

Keys on Main is always a lot of fun!! We got a standard reservation for a bachelorette party, which was awesome and it worked out really well. My only recommendation would be to have special request cards for people who do make reservations to get their songs played closer to the start of the show or a even just a shout out of their celebration? Realizing that the reservation is free (bonus!) but we requested a song for our event (with cash, of course) and it was never played. It was kind of a let down.

The bartender, Benny, was so nice and the performers, Missy and Mitch were so engaging and tried playing all of our requests, even when they didn't know the song. One of the most fun and unique bars you can go to in Utah. There are two pianists/singers who will perform just about any song you give them. The atmosphere is energetic and fun. The drink options are also great and spunky. Weekends are particularly busy but the crowd makes the music more exciting.

Very upbeat, fun piano bar. Usually crowded from the time they open until around 11, when most people leave and you can actually get a seat. Drinks are on point and employees are friendly. Is recommend making it a later stop in your night so it's not so crowded, but if you're looking for a crowd, go early. Lots of people celebrate their birthdays or special events there.

The idea behind Keys on main itself was SO FUN. The dueling pianists were amazing! I’m only giving 3 stars because we reserved a table online, paid our cover fee. Online it says the reservation is FREE. Okay cool, assume they just want to cover fee paid in advance. Get to the door, and you have to pay a cover fee again? I don’t quite understand. We had fun, but I really don’t think paying $40 for a table is worth it, because to get any songs played, you have to tip! Which I understand. And then obviously food and drink is a want. My group of 4 paid $150+ dollars for the evening.

Keys on Main is a fantastic bar with the BEST in entertainment. Really good food, you can't go wrong with their mountain of nachos or just regular chips and salsa. I’ve never being to Keys on Main before, although I live around the corner, and had a fantastic time!! The pianists and hostess were very talented and knew how to engage the crowd, and once late night hit they knew how to dial thing up a few notches. Drinks were very reasonable, less pricey than the surrounding bars I think. Only minor issue is there are only 5 bar seats but hey, why would you wanna sit anyways? Great first time experience.

It was a blast! Excellent entertainment for a Friday night date. Piano players take turns playing requested songs on the two pianos. A unique experience! Great drinks, great crowd, a lot of fun. If you're sensitive to dirty humor, don't come to the piano performances. After 10 they play a lot of songs you're not going to like... And it's a blast! I'll be going back soon.

Very unprofessional establishment. Erica was assigned to a our table of 20. 8:50PM I ordered a chicken pizza, paid $20 cash and had to ask 15 min later for my change of $10. Erica acted very put out and gave me attitude that I was asking for my $10 change. Pizza came out of the kitchen 9:20pm and they used canned chicken that was still cold in the center of the pizza. I asked for a new pizza and again Erica seemed put out that I asked. Friends had nachos come out at 9:45 that were cold through the entire thing, cheese was still refrigerated temp. No attempt at quality. I asked Erica for my money back for the pizza and I don’t want to wait any longer for them to make another one. I talked to Brandon the manager and he said he would take care of it. I explained the event with Erica and how unprofessional the situation turned out. He said he would take care of it. 10:15 rolls around and I’m still waiting for my cash return. I have to get Erica’s attention yet again to ask where my money was. She again is very put out and gives me attitude in front of the entire table. She asks if the manager Brandon has come over to give me the money, I said no he hasn’t. 4 min later I get a crumbled up $10 bill thrown on the table over my shoulder with no explanation. This establishment has gone down hill severely. Brandon did not seem concerned about the actions of his staff. As a business owner I don’t understand the arrogant nature in which Brandon gave us. They use plastic Lifetime folding tables with black linens to cover because they can’t seem to afford wood ones that match the rest of the establishment. Proceed with caution.

Very fun atmosphere, wonderful entertainment, but the appetizers aren't worth the money. We booked a reserved table two weeks in advance, as the place is packed on Saturday night. This is free and highly recommended. The show doesn't start till 9, but it's important to get there around 8 to secure your table. Reservations can be given away if you don't arrive before 8:30. When the show starts, it's very fun, with dueling pianos playing requests from the audience. The whole crowd joins in on the songs, as the selection is almost all well-known hits. After 10, the tone becomes more 'adult', with explicit lyrics welcome and invited. As this is a bar, no minors are allowed, so innuendo is prevalent. However, the food offered is poor in quality and definitely not worth the price. My buffalo wings weren't spicy, and my soft pretzels were hard. You receive a handstamp when you enter the building, so there are other options available if you're willing to walk. Overall, Keys on Main is a very fun place to go, if you avoid the food.

Dueling Piano Bar, the dueling part means if they are playing a song you don't want to hear, simply tip more than the original tipper. The entertainers are awesome. The staff is friendly. Decent food menu at very affordable prices. Drinks are reasonably priced. (8 to 10 bucks)

It is SO fun! Great party place. We went on a Wednesday and there was no cover charge and no crowd. The musicians/performers were terrific. They can pretty much play and sing whatever you want.
