YO THIS PLACE IS OFF THE HOOK!! i took my wife there and omg did she fall in love with it , definitely go for latin nights as i saw it got the most pumping, the vibes were amazing,, drinks where nice and cold too! Definitely would go back

Now that it’s, Ibiza it’s kinda lame. I felt so disrespected, multiple times by the staff. We couldn’t park in the open parking spot that had no sign- staff literally came running over and told us to move. They were letting certain people in free then charging others $10 cover fees for each person, the drinks were also pretty pricey. I’d pass and go somewhere else downtown.

Finally a clean Ultralounge! Miami in SLC!!!! Clean, the Sound is unreal super clear and powerful, lighting and video is refreshing, but best of all service was on point. Just watch out for dress code is strict. But that is what you spect in New York, Miami or LA. Congrats.

Last night I went with my friends to have a good time. Upon arrival we realized the place was empty but they were charging a 10 dollar cover fee which 4 of us paid. The fifth one didn't wanted to pay to enter en empty venue. We were willing to buy bottle service which is about 300 dollars which on their website States that they would include free entry. Well they didn't want to honor that and I said, "if they didn't wanted our business, let's just go some other venue" immediately one of the owners by the name of OSCAR CONTRERAS pulled me out, yelling at me in front of my friends, bar staff and security about how I wasn't welcomed anymore to that venue because of my comment. As a paying customer my experience was horrible. Have no complains on security, or bar staff but definitely, you can't treat paying customers like that, specially when you're building a brand. He forgot he is in the customer service industry. I know this because I am in the same industry.

Employees were drinking alcohol and vaping (not the hookah) inside bar when first arrived. We also were over charged by a lot on our tab. Don’t leave your card to start a tab, we made that mistake. PAY AS YOU GO! We were charged for 6 drinks and “extras” when we only had 2 drinks total. We told them it was wrong, they didn’t care and still charged us of course. I’m pretty sure this is how the staff is drinking and keeping clickers accurate is by adding it on customers tabs. Won’t come back
