Deb is the Bomb.. I have not been in here for about 3 years I walked in and Deb remembered me. Talk about an amazing experience!! During the day they had some amazing beer specials you don't have to spend a lot of money to hang out with some great friends.

Bartender was pretty cool and patient. Ordered 2 chicken strips at a $1 a piece, plenty big enough for a light dinner and a glass of water. They only had unsweeten tea and boose. Don't drink alchol anymore and besides driving company van. ..! Chicken strips were really good. The whole purpose was to get a cheeseburger and shoot pool. Well no cheeseburger but the pool is free on Sunday nights so that was a win win.

This has become my "go to" club/bar. Although it is on the smaller side, it is not small. Perfect layout for great time. Great Food, Drinks, Pool Tables, Karaoke, Lots of TV's, Separate (Yet attached inside & outside smoking areas, Fire Pit, Great STAFF & Clientele.

This is a great pub to come to. I have been coming in for three and a half years and have left more than happy every time. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere feels like a family. The bartenders are fast and make delicious cocktails consistently. This is definitely a great place to come visit!

This review relates to daytime service, taste and quality of food, as well as pool table amenities. I visited this establishment today around 2. I ordered their daily special which was the prime rib dip served with au jus and I also ordered five of their wings with their "fire sauce". He said the rings were cooked very well. Not well as in overdone, but they tasted great, with a very nice exterior crisp. Tender and juicy inside. They happily substituted a side salad for the fries. The lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber tasted very fresh. Wings being my only regular non plant-based vice (other than cheese), I have to say that I do wish their fire sauce was hotter. I have yet to find any place in Salt Lake that serves wings with a level of heat to my liking. That being said, the service was friendly and quick; I waited less than 10 minutes for all of my food. Pool tables were clean and while a little old, seemed well taken care of. No rips or issues with being unlevel. Wednesday's are also free pool day, which would have been a clincher to visit this place earlier. I'll definitely visit again.

Garth might have friends in low places but I'd expect to see David Allen Coe here before Id see Garth. It seemed more a place to go after a rugby match then after golf. But the beer is cold and it gets loud on Karaoke night ... and when you wake up next morning there is a 50% chance she'll still have her teeth.

If you're looking for a good karaoke spot, DON'T COME HERE! We got there at 1130pm and asked if we could see and the DJ said he "would try". The same people sang over and over and around 1245am one of our friends finally got called up but when she didn't want to get up and told us to sing the DJ told us we couldn't. I've never experienced that by any other karaoke DJ. He had his tip jar out and was pretty much just letting those who tipped to sing. So if you have fat pockets and want to throw it away at a dick of a DJ, this is your spot. Waitress was really nice tho :)

Reece Snow The real reason "pat lost it" is that you had a 54 dollar tab, and didn't pay. Then when you were called out, you gave him 50 bucks. So, not only did you try to walk away from your tab, you didn't pay in full, nor did you tip. This bar is my second family, and possibly saved my life. I love the highlander.

My friends and I went to karaoke for a bday. The DJ didn’t call us up for 40 minutes but the regulars were in rotation twice. Finally went to request a song & the bday girl/singer was too drunk to get up on the stage & the DJ no one else could sing in her place. We were then told, as we left, that it might have helped if we tipped when we initially put the song in. If you want awesome karaoke in the area, don’t go here. Leatherheads is awesome in Draper. Old Towne Tavern in Midvale is even better.

It's a good place, pretty fun atmosphere. The smoking area has heaters for the winter and are covered. Only drawback is if you like doing karaoke for fun. A lot of people take it way too seriously here, like they are auditioning for The Voice.

The kj on Saturday let's some people up to see 2 or even 3 times when I only go up once this has been a trend. Noticed this a lot recently it's usually girls even when I offer to tip him he says you might be last but won't promise anything so maybe don't waste my money. Wow can't believe that the owners are okay with this. Guess my money isn't the same as the kj's friends or girls he thinks he might have a shot with. Probably should take me and friends somewhere else. Don't expect to sing more then 2 songs unless your staying all night. They skip you for newcomers. There is no line. They will put others inbetween you and your date regardless if you ask them not to so you can leave after you both sing.

Same old bar, same old scene. However, this place is a touch different, & that comes from the people. The bartenders & servers are top notch. Fast, friendly, & VERY good at their jobs. Also, the drink prices are great! Those are the reasons for the 4 stars. The complaint I have, is the same as every other karaoke bar. WHY IS IT SO DAMN LOUD!!! When you sit 25-30 feet away from the microphone & stage, & still have to yell to the person sitting next to you? There is a problem! Turn it down, JUST a little, & it would be a much more pleasant experience.
