Had the famous crab cake. It was very tasty. My friend had the shrimp and grits. Had a slight problem with the meal and it was corrected on the spot. And quickly. I will always return for the perfect customer service. Love their food and drink!!!

Great experience, fun date spot, enjoyable difference! The concept is unique and the food is good. There is a variety of meat entrees including duck, sausage, chicken, and steak as well as vegetarian meals & pasta. The cheese fondue appetizer is amazing with dipping vegetables & bread & fruit. The desdert fondue is phenomenal! My date and I both had four-course meals that included incredible salads and four different entrees. Cooking at the table is fun and we were able to share & try each others selections. Rachel is a great server and I appreciated her careful explanations and personal recommendations. Will be back!!!!

I attend a charity event at this location and our waitress was nice however she was very absent most off the time. Her service was slow and the food was not that good.

I attended a Breast Cancer Survivor comedy show in mid October with a few friends and we had a great time. When it was time to pay, I used my debit card. How disappointing and unnerving to find out that it took 3 weeks for the transaction to go through!!! (Side note, I got paid twice since the event happened, so it wasn't due to insufficient funds) I never heard of any establishment that waits 3 weeks following an event to collect their money!!! With so much fraud and identify theft going on, I highly doubt I will visit Zuri in the future.

The watch party was lit both DJs were of the hook good music. The only problem I and my out of town guests had was we were all in the VIP section and not one waiter showed up to check on us or serve us. None of the VIP section seemed to get any service all night, we JUST left not even 30min ago and this was our first time there sadly to say the experience could of been better far as the customer service. We even went to the bar I don't know if they were taking advantage of the game day or if their prices are always this high, for a tiny 4oz plastic throw away cup of cranberry and vodka they charged 10 dollars and for a regular plastic 10oz throw away cup the lady said 20 SMH. Me and my crew ended up leaving and went to Daq Depot to have drinks and eat SMH then came back to finish enjoying the party. I dont think anyone from my group desires to return, for the extra high overpriced drinks and food, the service could of been waaaaay better!

This lounge is a very good looking place.. server was very nice. I had my birthday gathering here in Aug. On a Friday. Do not go here on a Friday. The crowd was not at that spot. When my guest complained about their drinks were not good the manager told waitress if they don't want them and won't pay it will come out your check.. DJ was pretty good, but don't you dare ask for request, he will have attitude.. The food was tasty..

I've been here several times on Saturday night and had a great time. Music, drinks , and food were nice!! For some reason Fridays are dull/empty...this particular Friday the music was great @ 12:30 am, the kitchen was closed

Went here for the Cowboys v Saints game. Restaurant area and outside was nice but there was a 3 hour wait for food. The bartender was great and attentive. She made the whole 1st experience better.

Stayed at the hotel there one night. At the bar for 5 minutes, 3 people working, and never got a drink. One other guy sitting at bar complained that he either wanted another beer or his check. Would have been faster to go to the liquor store and buy a bottle.

Checked in rhe bar and restaurant early this evening, the young waitress was so nice and attentive, ordered a margarita on rock, a fish fillets and fries, it was bit pricey, i think a lot to do with being in a hotel's.

Looks are definitely deceiving. From the outside, it looks spacious but once you go inside, there isn’t enough seating. Everything was always “reserved” which I get, but at the same time, why isn’t there enough normal seating? It wasn’t a true lounge in my opinion. Good vibes, but be prepared to stand the entire night or get there extremely early.

Seems like a nice place. Its a bar/club kind of place, with several booths and higher tables and bar stools. The wife and I reconned the place for a future dance/date night. It's great having the pool just outside the front door, we will have to try and spend a weekend here to give it the complete once over. The menu has reasonable prices for drinks and the lady servers were very helpful and had great smiles!

This is a grown folks joint, not young and 20, its on some 35 and up. It was cool, they had two different types of music(inside and outside), the place is attached to a hotel, and the drinks aren't strong but if you just want to have fun with you friends and chill (no drama) go check it out.

It was my first time been in this place early Saturday evening, there were only a few people in the lounge, when i walked in met a couple waitresses standing in front of the bar, one of them was approaching , then i had my order right away - a margarita and fish fillets come with fries. The foods and drink were good, but a bit pricey, perhaps due to inside the hotel, and my server was very attentive the place also clean so i gave it 4 stars.

I had a great time at this venue. They have begun a Soul Line Dancing workshop by "Ziggy" every Wednesday at 6:30pm that is awesome. Fridays is "Lady's Night" from 4pm until. Plus they have Moscoto Wine, awesomeness.

This place is adorable. I went for a celebrity bday bash and really enjoyed myself. Although I am fairly young compared to the crowd, I still felt comfortable dancing with my girls. Bartender was nice, and FRIDAY NIGHTS are THE nights to be there. The Live Band and singer that performs there is amazing!

Very underwhelming. I don't leave reviews very often but I would not recommend this restaurant at all. My wife and I sat ourselves at a table and waited 15 minutes. Still no service. We then watched two people come in and got a waitress right away. The hotel staff was amazing however the restaurant staff was terrible.

I have been to Zuri and I have always enjoyed my time as well. I have attended a fight party in the past and enjoyed that to the fullest. This experience this time was not the best. The table that we had reserved could have been clean before we sat down. Also, with the amount of money that they were charging to reserve the tables, it would have been nice if they would have decorated a bit. Also, it would have been nice to have some food and drink specials during the fight. A few of your waitresses need some serious training. We waited for a while for our food and we did not get our drinks until almost 15 minutes after our God arrived. Not being able to rinse my food down while eating was not cool at all. She disappeared and came back maybe only once, we reached out to another waitress who said she couldn't help us. I was floored by that one. As you can see, I was not very happy with this visit. I will definitely contemplate if I return. Thanks
