Here we offer you all the feddbacks of people like you who purchased the services of United Club Terminal E (Night Club) in Texas area.
At the present the firm has a rating of 4.1 stars out of 5 and that rating is based on 856 reviews.
You must have seen that it has an average rating is really high, and it is based on a very large number of opinions, so we can think that the valuation is quite credible. If many people have bothered to give their feddback when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to place opinions when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Night Club belongs to the category of Club.
Good for families with little ones. Plates and food not cleaned and removed regularly. You have to ask for clean out and team does it promptly. Food is ok, typical United lounge, could be much better.
Very cheap compared to the Centurion lounge; and both annual fees are pretty similar. Cereal, oats and fruit. Flimsy blue plastic cups that they serve you on the flight. Not sure why I’m still a United club member. Take notes from the Centurion lounge United.
They don't have really comfy seats where you could take a good nap, which I really needed. But the food was great, very tasty. Different places to sit, eat or work. Special space for families. And the bar was very good, the bartender awfully nice. Would love to have an opportunity to go back.
Hard to find a place to sit .. snacks were good.
Totally worth it if you have a connecting flight with at least two hours minimum in between. They have a bar alcohol for purchase. All other refreshments like water and coffee are free. Salad and soup bar. Sweets like brownies cookies and hot chocolate also available. Fruit and mixed nuts as well. Private bathroom so you don't have to deal with the crazy packed restroom in the airport. Friendly customer service! The best part is you get to eat at whatever seat you are charging up your devices! Comfortable seating for you to sit back relax and charge without the hassle of fighting for charging ports!
Other clubs are all inclusive, where United clubs have airport pricing on everything above the worst quality options. At least the bathrooms are clean and the power outlets mostly work.
Ok for a layover. Rough toilets and no showers. Decent bar but minimal food. Was quite social when I was there so made it hard to get work done. Better than being out in the terminal though.
Somewhat crowded but people tried to provide good service.
good drinks, decent enough food... it's only missing a quiet spot for a nap, it got quite noisy at times!
Good, can get crowded during peak hours Restaurant style dining is great, limited menu.
Good place to rest and get something to eat , excellent ambiance. Good snacks.
Great location conveniently located in the middle of the terminal well maintained space food item's we great as well as the beverages the staff was very friendly and helpful from checking in to the service staff who serviced the food area. Restrooms we clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend any travelers who want a quiet relaxing location this is it
Remodeled recently, more seating with large lounge chairs that have chargers. Good place to rest but other airport lounges are nicer.
Clean and nice. Good place to stop off while awaiting a flight.
Great visit. Enjoyed great snacks on long layover.
Not a bad place to hang out between flights... Make sure you tip the bar tenders as some people think because some of the booze is included with their membership it means they don't have to tip... Saw that happen twice. "It's not about tipping... It's about over tipping" (mbh ;-)
I still think the club could do better. Here are only snacks and no soda machines. It needs a lift up. In comparison the Chicago club has entrees and the multi flavor soda machine that lets you go crazy. United, you can do better.
Its really pretty good. Sports options especially for home teams during playoffs are limited. Surprisingly they have the games in the air on direct tv but not in clubs. Food ok, bar service leaning towards pay extra sadly. I'll be back
Great lounge in which to await your flight. Comfortable seats with privacy and recharge ports. Meals served throughout the day. Courteous staff. Clean facilities with showers. Open 530a to 1000p daily.
Medium sized lounge that has soup and salad as the main food options and a range of house beverages. Got my wife in for free and paid $59 to get my kids access (Premier Gold). There are no water bottle fillers but they will fill them at the bar.
Very nice experience all the attendants where professional and helpful
Went to order a drink, sat at the bar, batender approached we casually spoke about the weather ect..but did not ask if I wanted a drink instead went to next person in line and said "yes what would you like to drink" I hung my head in disappointment knowing that again I would have to wait again to order and this time ask more assertively for a drink but I walked away. I walked away.
This is the only location that the family and I have problems with. Found myself a small corner to stretch my spine. The chairs are very uncomfortable for me due to a spinal surgery and they don't offer support for ur head or neck. I was then told I couldn't lay on the floor which there was nobody around me nor was it even busy. For as much as we pay and continue to use ur services I feel like this shouldn't have been a problem. I love love love the Denver clubs. Food selection always seems a little healthier then other locations They've always been over friendly and very helpful. In fact I'm sitting here now and have counted 3 people stretching or napping on the floor and nobody has said one thing.
Always a nice place to relax before a flight. The finger food has gotten better over time. Atmosphere is always pleasant. You can actually get some work done without interruption from colleagues. Makes getting to the airport early worth it.
Much better than LAX. Our flight had been delayed on the West Coast and we we had to abandon our first class flights for economy. We ended up with a 3 hour layover and were willing to use our club passes.... but the concierge looked up our previous reservation and let us in! “It’s not your fault the plane was late.” It is very large spread out so you don’t feel crowded. We arrived at 5am. And maybe the food improves for lunch, but breakfast was continental style. No proteins anywhere. At other lounges that have eggs and sausages or even protein bars. The USB ports in the seating is all wore out so if you don’t have a brand new cable it probably won’t charge so remember a plug in charger. Hence the 4. Otherwise a nice respite from a hassle of a Redeye.
Great escape during a long day of flying!
Nice and clean , comfortable chairs, great staff and nice location. DEFINITELY a nice respite during my travels.
There is no effort made to keep noise down in this lounge. I find it quieter to make business calls in the terminal. There is no kids zone so kids run wild while parents drink. I have never seen a manager walk around and try to mitigate this.
Very roomy, expanded food offering, free basic beer and wine, and courteous staff combine to make in an enjoyable experience before a trip, around the state or around the world.
The United Clubs are slipping as it would seem more attention is being given to Polaris. No toasters at breakfast. Cold croissants and a bowl of oatmeal. Yogurt with frozen strawberries. Yes, it's better than sitting in the terminal, and the staff is very nice and the lounge was clean, but you can see the penny-pinching in the food offerings. Why can't domestic lounges take a cue from their European counterparts? I often picture Europeans walking into a lounge like this and saying, "Our breakfast at Comfort Inn was better than this, and it was terrible."
Full bar and service, a nice variety of non alcoholic beverages plus food & snacks that include healthy options and desserts! Many places to charge devices and desks to work at as well. Comfortable overall.
Was there all day yesterday and it was packed. I luckily found a quiet spot at a table in the back where I could plug in my laptop. I didn't opt to sit in the comfy lounges with people next to me and facing opposite me hearing all their conversations and chewing noises, had enough of being around people on my flights. There was a full service bar. The house chardonnay that was complimentary was nice. There wasn't much in the way of food. Having spent a lot of time in Delta Crown rooms I expected more options as United lounges are double the price. Some crackers, sultanas, carrot, celery sticks, vegetarian chili, corn chips. I still went elsewhere to buy myself lunch since I had been in transit for 24 hours. I paid the $60 day pass because I read a blog post that said it had showers. Now, level 3 is reserved solely for "polaris" club members so I wasn't allowed up there. The lounge was kept clean all day as were the restrooms. Next time I'll just opt to wait in the terminal for 9 hours, it wasn't really worth that fee when the terminal was much quieter and less crowded. The coffee was great though too. All the staff were friendly also.
Great place to hang out before your United flight. You must be a United club member to enter, but it is definitely worth it.
Nice relaxing atmosphere good food friendly staff. Great views of airplanes
It is always nice to get to the airport, and check in to the United club, and relax before the next flight.
Very well put together was pleasantly surprised at the service and spread of food offered.
A nice getaway from the noisy, crowded terminal. The food was quite good with lots of options on the buffet. Also many house drinks were complimentary. Free wifi always a bonus.
The agents were very helpful in addressing my questions and concerns about getting admitted to a partner airline's club at the European airport where we had a long layover.
Superb dining; all-you-can-eat buffet is so good!
Super spacious. We used the family room which was very convenient as we have 2 kids and I had to nurse the baby. Food was good.
The Club is nice. Good location in E terminal and lots of space.
Good but no TV room!
Crowded most of the time. Food quality dropping. Should raise prices of entry and improve product.
Have slots cheapened the experience down to nothing more than a place to sit and eat little squares of cheese. Bring back Continental
I haven't been in this club in a while. The amenities are still great, food snacks, drinks and etc. It used to feel exclusive, but now it feels super crowded. It was hard to find a spot to seat. Also it's loud. Food is gone before you know it. Not sure if they are managing any sort of capacity control when allowing people. Also there should be areas for adults only. It was hard to attend client calls from there.
Cool but not much to eat.
Need to go to the bar just for a coke... Then the bar staff continuously serve everyone else first. Definitely lives up to the branding as a US lounge
Service is getting better. Need more food options for the price you pay for membership. Staff was unusually helpful today.
My only complaint is that they don't have cream cheese or something else a bit more savory with the breakfasts, but otherwise it was great
Nice lounge located in concourse E. Area is nice and spacious but was very lacking on breakfast food items. Plenty of plugs to charge your devices was a nice bonus.
Great respite from a weary day of travel. Good wine, snacks and service!
Staff were very nice. Food was pretty good. Overall, a very comfortable experience.
Great lounge. Light food, soup, salad, cookies n such. Alcoholic bevs, coffee, tea. Large size not crowded.
I did not get to injoy all they had to offer a traveler. I was working there on the third shift.
Comfort place to wait for your flight!
Always delightful. Good and drinks. Seems less crowded than it was for a time.
Nice to have access while waiting for next flight. Food was appreciated and ok. A bit surprised they wanted to charge for most of beer other than Bud and Miller. Not what I expected.
Nice clean terminal with nice amenities. Gates are roomy which is very nice when boarding.
Good food and drinks. Very relaxing.
Very nice airport lounge at IAH. Great place to relax or catch up on work
Very average compared with other lounges and United's London Heathrow lounge which is several times better
Lounge with quite basic offerings compared to European carriers. They used to offer showers, but don't do that any more, which is a pity...
Clean and they are quick to clean up when a passenger leaves. Friendly, good food although a bit spicy for my taste. Lots of smiles.
