The terminal, itself, is quite accommodating, several bar/restaurants, with interesting, diversified food and drink selections. The main gates have, in addition to cellular charging terminals, high shelf tables, with electronic menus, for ordering from the restaurants. And, of course, excellent attention and service from the gate agents. But, of course, the Queen of the terminal is the United Club, itself. This is a particularly comfortable, and accommodating jewel. From the moment you walk in, the check in agents are extremely attentive. Moving in to the next agents, where you can get information and changes in your flights, if necessary, you'll find exceptional attention and service. On the way to the dining and bar area will be quiet rest areas with very comfortable seating and charging terminals. Then, there is the cyber center for use of your laptops. Finally, you arrive at the dining and bar area, with a selection of soup, salad, salami, cheeses, dips , breads, cookies, nuts, and trailmixes. There's also various coffee selections and fresh, fruit enhanced waters, and, of course, THE BAR. All "bar" drinks are gratis, and premiums are available for purchase. Their bloody Mary is fantastic, made with a special recipe, and, again, the service is exceptional. All in all, a terrific place to spend a long connection period.

Very quiet place, nice barwoman. But food is boring, bland, hardly anybody eats it, green leaves, carrots, etc. vegan delight... People go downstairs and eat chick-a-fil or Panda Express or other REAL people food places.

One of the worst United clubs at IAH, you can tell they treat Terminal B like an afterthought.

The restaurants in Terminal B were the best thing about catching a flight from there. The baggage check in attendents were the worst. Unfriendly, abrupt and only helpful when urgently asked. Huge difference from the baggage check in agents in Tulsa who were very friendly and helpful. Only giving three stars because they had a Whataburger, Chik-fil-a, and a Hard Rock Cafe in the terminal.

I have been coming to this club for 5 years and it keeps going down hill. It is the club for kids to run around and act like heathens. The cleanliness is kinda hit or miss, sometimes it is spotless but most of the time it is a mess. The food is ok but since they changed everything a few years ago it's almost not even worth paying the high price for a membership to come here. I would recommend if you have enough time to take the train to E terminal club because it has always been clean.

If you want or need a quiet place in the terminal to work or even just wait for boarding, these airline lounges are spacious and tucked away from the loud hustle of airport travelers. There are continental snacks and light fare, a private bar area, and of course, a designated restroom. The chairs are comfortable and each have several charging ports. There is a business center complete with a wireless printer. I just found my new favorite place at the airport!

This lounge is pretty nice. They have nice seats and tablesm. They also have an open bar. They normally have a full meal out. It's not the best food but it's good enough. They have friendly staff and generally take care of you. Overall I enjoyed this lounge but I've definitely been to some nicer ones.

Comfortable and private enough. I was grateful for the tasty, hot soup, but the pimento cheese spread should be avoided. All in all a good lounge.

This is one of my favorite locations to visit. I like how they have separate rooms. I wish they had a bigger bathroom. The food was perfect for what I needed during my layover. The staff was friendly. During this visit I was there just before closing. I did not feel rushed to leave and I appreciated that. Seats were comfortable and the business center seemed up-to-date.

Very nice United club in terminal B. I had little expectations of this club because terminal B seems to be the United Express terminal where plane fly to small places, which usually mean that the club is small and not very good. But this one is an exception. The club is decently sized, lots of private spaces and the food option is on par with all the other United clubs. I like this club and will return soon.

It's a nice place. I think the self scan for entry is a sign that the fron reception staff may be on the way out.. a person at the desk there that doesn't greet or verify you seems odd. The new norm.

United's update of the Club was long overdue. But the results are excellent even at the smaller sites. Good and presentation thereof is much better. I just had a very good beef vegitable soup, the veggies were crisp and cold.

The lounge is basically just a large room with one buffet line. There is a hallway type room next to the room, which is just filled with seats. I would not sit in the lounge for more than 2 hours.

The United Club at Terminal B, definitely had a bit of a dates feel to it with several smaller rooms off to the side of the main hallway with the bar at the back of the club. As a Delta flyer, it reminded me of some of the older Sky Clubs actually from around 8 years ago. That being said, it's a clean club and the furniture all looked pretty new. Service was good and wasn't crowded at all! United is still getting there to bring up some of the good amenities, but I can't complain about what was available and it was consistent with the offerings in the other United Clubs at IAH that same day.

Limited seating with a view. View is of car and bus pickup or drop-off, not for those that want to watch for planes. The lounge is a standard United lounge; good snacks and bar. Lounge have several separate mini-lounges and a business center type area (private booths / tables). Only giving 3 stars because of the lack of any airport / plane view.

Pleasant and attentive staff. The food was ok, snacky. The coffee machine was fun. The places to sit are kind of odd. They are in 4s, and most individuals are so spread out that they kinda of take all 4 spots, making it hard to find a seat. Also, you're still at the airport, so it can only be so good.

I didn't get to relax and enjoy it too much as I was needing to find a place to stay and get rebook due to a missed flight and weather issues. That said, it was a nice place to be to take care of that rather than out in the middle of the terminal and the staff was very helpful and getting me rebooked!
