My husband and I had such a relaxing time here. The costumer service was on top. Tons of places to sit and relax. The variety of food and drinks was great. The club was very clean and tidy. Easy to find your way around. I would suggest labeling the soups you have with ingredients in them for those who have special dietary needs or allergies. I don’t think the same person that keeps up with the food bar should be cleaning the bathroom either, it’s just disgusting!! I would also recommend that they shouldn’t be closing up areas until after club is closed, it makes costumers feel very rushed.

Great staff (front desk and lounge) quality of food is OK but not the variety. Same old Broccoli cheese, BBQ meat balls, Been soup , salad bar with usual items. Compared to locations in ATL this is very basic.

This is my home club. I love it. They recently upgraded all the furniture and it is MUCH nicer. I always try to stop in when I fly to and from Memphis. Cindy is great. She takes care of me any time I want to get an earlier flight or reroute any changes for last minute meetings that come up.

I was denied entrance because I didn’t have my Delta Sky Card present, even though it was saved to the app and I had a picture of it. I know this is the policy but I believe true customer service provides a work around and I believe Delta should have alternative methods to access the club. Delta usually provides excellent service but this made an already very emotionally difficult trip even more challenging.

My experience at the milwaukee skyclub was excellent, the staff they have working there was very kind and helpful and made sure everything was stocked and cleaned to our needs. The bartender was very fast and neat and a great conversationalist. I will definetly be recommending this club to others and cant wait for my next trip. Thank you skyclub team you guys were great!!

If you fly Delta regularly, you are nuts if you don't join the Delta Sky Club. You get your money back in free food, and can escape from the high stress jetway crowd. And if your flights gets delayed or canceled, the Sky Room staff helps you with options.

INCREDIBLE! Based on a service standpoint this club is amazing, the people working at the club are excellent. I used to travel to memphis every week for about 3 years... and dealt with some horrific travel disruptions. The group there always remembered me and helped me during bad weather and missed flights. they always gave excellent service. They've won the Delta Sky Club award for service, and it shows. The club itself is pretty standard and gets quite busy on thursdays (consultants and businessmen) -Delta Diamond Member

Good stop for a keto bite to eat at Seattle. Right next to the gate for me connecting Delta Flight. I'm from Wisconsin, so cheese curds are a near everyday part of my life. It was nice to see them at SeaTac.

A little pissed I bought an executive membership and now they tell us in Jan u can only use it if u are flying Delta. That was why I got it as I could use it when I wasn't on Delta. Fly Delta when ever I can but guess no reason to buy the executive plan anymore. BAD DECISION DELTA!! Just taking more away from the consumers seems every year it's something new from the airline industry

Stopped in at the Sky Club in Memphis. The two ladies at the front desk gave me a warm and courteous welcome as I entered and directed me to the lounge where they were serving a soup and BBQ. Complimentary, self-serve beverages (wine, spirits, soda, juices, water and coffee) on hand. Adequate seating to be had with an overall very relaxing atmosphere. Had a very frustrating time once I hit Atlanta (all due to my being tired and not paying attention) and I can honestly say that Delta Sky Club was a godsend. Smaller but still very much a nice quiet place to sit and have a drink and decompress before heading back out into the chaos of the terminal gate.

I was flying out of Memphis with Delta a few weeks ago and decided to stop by this lounge for the first time. It is a very comfortable lounge, with friendly, helpful staff and a good amount of standard lounge items (juice, coffee, fruit, hot/cold cereal, etc.).

Great place, awesome staff! Totally worth it if you have the team before your flight. Great service and really nice place to relax before your flight. If you have the time it is worth it for sure. Get a Delta amex and get in for a cheaper rate, and you can quickly pay for the benifit in only a few flights.

Beautifully designed rooftop bar with great views. Drinks were good and I also really enjoyed the food (sushi rolls). The atmosphere is a good mix of relaxed and upscale. The service was very attentive, too. If you don't get a table you can sit in a cabana by the pool and enjoy the view. I especially enjoyed the crowd, everyone was friendly and well dressed. A great place to enjoy a drink during the sunset and meet people.

Terrible. They changed the access rules so you can't use when not traveling Delta. The staff at the desk were rude and enjoyed advising me that I could not gain entry. Delta are renowned for their customer service and they were greatly let down by the staff at this sky club. Will cancel my membership and try to avoid traveling with Delta.

Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport - is lucky to have one of the better Delta Airline Sky Clubs. I've been to bigger airports in bigger cities that don't have a club. As with most clubs, if you're not a member, a one day pass is very expensive. Last I heard it was $75. The food and drinks are free once you're inside. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi and newspapers. It is nice to get out of the airport crowd for a quiet place to get some work done or relax.
