Red Lobster is Red Lobster and this one is no different than any other I have been in. 3 stars were given on this visit due to the following and I think that might be on the high side. Biscuits were rushed and soggy, the waiter was very polite though they seemed to under staffed for a weekend which led to longer waits for refills, the bill and change. The supervisor was reprimanding the wait staff on the floor and none of them seemed to know which tables they were responsible for. This made for a less than ideal dining experience and definitely not what one would expect for such a high priced meal.

We’ve visited the Rapid Red Lobster twice recently for dinner and were disappointed both times. Last night I got the ultimate meal with a loaded baked potatoe and soup. The crab was over cooked. The shrimp was over cooked. The rice was soaking in oil. The “loaded” potato was dry. Hubby got the lobster steak special. Paid extra for the steak upgrade to a center cut. It was tough. The lobster was soaking in a flavorless oil. We only had water. Our bill, not including tip, was was 81$ Our previous experience was similar. :( I used to love red lobster. :(

For a chain restaurant this one does a good job. I am not a seafood fan but my family loves the stuff. I think it's still a little bit too expensive but considering the portions that everyone got they were happy. It is not a place that we will frequent regularly but for special occasions it's a good place to go.

I've visited this establishment a few times and I have to say, they have great service. On my last visit they took a lobster out of the tank to show my two young boys. The food is always top notch. If they are busy, which is not uncommon, you might have a little wait for your food, but it is still hot. The manager tries to check up on each table at least once. Definitely a go to place but pricey.

Decent seafood but a bit pricey for what you get. Lunch for 2 with appetizer and tip was about $70 (No lobster or steak) I didn't feel like I ate a $70 meal. I'm talking quality not quantity, the portions were fine.

Our server (I think Duane) was fabulous! Every quirky little request I made was spot on perfect! We were out for our anniversary and he made my dinner out absolutely perfect! The restaurant was a little cold and he moved us to a warmer table - and made sure we never waited or wanted for a thing. The man was busy too! Good food. Typical chain atmosphere. Top Notch Service!!

Very fast not a lot of personal. Red lobster didn't have the red shrimp sooo whatever and some of my meal must have been given to someone else. So I had to wait for the shrimp.

Haven’t been here in years. Got a supreme seafood platter, I forget what it was called- huge lobster, shrimp, crab, bunch of stuff- to go. I waited a while but they were pretty busy. The bar-lady was really nice! Got my food and it was hot so A+ on that! Everything was great, tasted excellent, was warm when I got home, all around awesome. Whenever I have money to blow again I’m coming back lol!

I had the king crab wasn't what I expected hardly any crab meat in the legs but it's been awhile since I ate crab and forgot that's just the way it is.. My better half.had snow crab and she loved it.this is what I'll have the next time.. Lots of crab meat . Just can't believe they charge for corn on the cob.. I mean it's corn... Really.. It's corn.. Considering the price the food was okay. I would recommend the dragon broccoli, you will be suprised. The server was inattentive, and not just our server, but several other tables we saw. Had to wait 20 minutes for the server to come back to take our order, and this was a Monday at 4 with maybe 10 other tables in the whole restaurant (only 1 other in his section) . At one point we heard the manager in an argument with a table in the next section. Probably won't go back to this Red Lobster again. I can get better service with decent food for this price point many other places.
