The Mrs. and I agree the best pub food we've had in ages. Black & blue burger w/onion rings as well as a Cape Cod rueben. Unbelievable sandwiches and no condiments needed for anything. Well done Wood River Inn! Having a well rounded beer selection gives it another reason to definitely stop when in the area. Enjoy we did!

Service is great. Food is just okay. Been multiple times and have never been blown away by any meal I have had there. Why I will never go back happened recently. I was charged $7 for a side of bacon when a whole breakfast there costs $8. Especially since the food is so mediocre. As such, this place is no longer worthy of my business.

The food was average to poor. I had their seafood sampler with scallops, shrimp and cod with baked potato and broccoli. Broccoli was over cooked. My wife had a bean burger which was like a hockey puck. Her salad was fine. Service and cocktails were good.

I went here tonight with my family and close friends. It was my first time and it was PHENOMENAL! Our server (Tammy) was awesome! She did everything she could to make the night enjoyable and she succeeded! The food was great! My wife didn't even have a complaint and that's rare...over all it was a great experience! Will definitely be going back!

Love this place! Great food and fantastic beer selection. Beer you won't normally find, let alone in a small town like Wyoming. The food is great. I went to a beer dinner here once and the food that time was out of this world. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

Great food, reasonable prices, and lots of beer on tap. Those that love local, or craft, beers need to search no further! Their selection is endless. There is also a good sized dining room for families with kids that want to be a bit away from the chatter at the bar area. Friendly staff!

We stopped unexpectedly on a trip when our brakes ceased operation. We were referred to Washington County auto for repair (Amazing and Awesome) who refrrred is to the inn for lunch while they made the magic happen on Friday afternoon Labor Day weekend In the car. We walked to the inn and had a very good lunch. Pub atmosphere, big menu, friendly service. We ordered club sandwiches with sweet potato Fries. Very generous amount of fresh filling, Crispy bacon and crispy fries. It appears to be the local casual spot with live music and open mike. They had homemade desserts, one of which we ordered, a tollhouse cookie pie Sunday with ive cream and whipped cream. Very good not excessively sweet. They had an Italian Lemon Dessert which sounded great and cinnamon Ice cream with cinnamon sugar crisps to go with. All in all a day that could have been a nightmare was actually quite nice. Friendly little town with nice people! Where can I review Washington County Auto? Awesome!!!

Small quaint place in the middle of no where! Service was friendly and attended to quickly. Place was somewhat busy for the middle of the day. Good size portions and cold slaw was fresh! This is how you can determine if a local mom and pop restaurant is good - by their cold slaw :)

No complaints on the service... Nice atmosphere and clean. But the food wasn't that good. I had baked scrod with Ritz cracker breading, well hardly any breading wasn't very tasteful fish was swimming in butter. Clam strips my friend had, had hardly any clams mostly breading. My 11 year old son had the best meal " chicken wings "

Food tastes great but not too much variety. It is a nice looking place but QUITE loud. Not much parking but that's because the place is small. It is right next to the main road so traffic can also be a bit of a disturbance to anyone who hates the sound of cars/motorcycles driving by. Also there is an apartment right above so sometimes you hear a vacuum going off above your head. I will say it is near the Wood River Dam (hence the name Wood River Inn) and so it is nice to take a walk across the street to see it.

I live some distance from this place, but I don't mind the drive to it. This place is set up very nicely and you will be comfortable in it's atmosphere. I love their baked scrod, it is the best over any place I've been in Rhode Island or in other states as well. Very reasonable prices!!! Great food and a bar as well if you need a "drink".

This is a great place to eat. It's a great place for drinks. It's a great place to see a band. There's a good wait staff and good bartenders. If you like bluegrass, check out the Sunday bluegrass bands. I have been there maybe 25 times now and I always enjoyed it.

Excellent service, with fantastic food and drinks. The "overflow" room was a bit noisy because of a large group of young girls, and the room seems to amplify sound. So sit elsewhere if it's busy and you don't like it loud. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Will be back!!
