REVIEWS OF The Wharf IN Rhode Island

My wife And I stopped here for lunch. I was hesitant to go here because of my previous trips during family events with the old folks. I agreed to try it when I found out it was under new management. I was presently surprised. No more smell of old grease as you get out of your car. The formerly dumpy restaurant was completely remodeled. The menu is from from the 21st century, not 1952. Service was flawless, and the food was delicious. I had a burger (just to be safe) and my wife had scallops. The signature cocktails were a nice touch.

Business adjusting to new ownership. Needs time to iron out wrinkles before we are ready to take it back to the 5 stars we've granted for years of fabulous dining. Location magnificent, easily handicapped accessible, wonderful interior, trainers working hard with new wait staff. Great hopes for the future!

Jessica Cardoso

Had a great first experience. We were seated right away (on a Thurs night), sat outside on the dock. Waitress was attentive. Prime rib was very good. Large portions, prices were reasonable. Overall a wonderful experience, will return.

Sherri Allen

Beautiful place, nicely redone

Michael Marshall

Excellent view and service and the food was very good. Their specials change and some have been spectacular.

Rhett Rutger

Went to lunch this afternoon and it was not a good experience. I ordered shrimp cocktail to split with my guest and the waitress put the dish on the table, but did not bring appetizer plates. I couldn't find her again to ask for plates so I had to get up and ask the hostess to find her to bring us plates. The waitress; Erin finally came and I asked for plates. She replied, "For what?". I don't know, maybe to eat on???? We then ate the shrimp that was not properly cleaned. Disgusting. The entrees came and my guest had linguine and clams. Ton of pasta, 4 clams. A complete rip off for $24. My entree was scallops BLT. The flavor was very good, but the scallops were full of sand, the bacon was soggy and undercooked as well as the rice was also undercooked. A complete waste of $70.00. I will not return.

Beautifully remodelled but plan on paying for it and your bread. Do not make any substitutions to you you meal it will not remotely resemble the description on the menu. Manager was rude after I told her I was disappointed in my meal But they did take $18 off the bill.

Peggy Schwartz

Complete renovation inside....beautiful blue grey tone wood floor makes it feel like an extension of the water right outside the wide windows. Slimmed down menu with very delicious dinners left. Prices are a bit higher but all in all they are worth it.

Paul Medeiros

The new owners did an amazing job rehabbing the restaurant. Absolutely stunning.

Gary Berkowitz

The Sunday brunch buffet is very good. It would be nice to see more gluten free options.

harry Pavluk

We waited for over an hour to get our main entree and it wasn't even hot, the waiter said they didn't schedule enough cooks for that particular day. My sons fish was overcooked and the stuffing for the stuffed shrimp was only bread crumbs and butter. Needless to say we won't be going back there.

Kimberly Lavoie

The renovations are absolutely beautiful with shades of blue, comfortable seating, and expansive windows, so all guests can appreciate the picturesque view. This afternoon, I had succulent crab cake appetizer and delicous salmon with a balasmic glaze. Excellent view, food, and friendly and professional service. Looking forward to more dining experiences this coming summer season.

Joseph F

Alfonse was a great waiter and the food was fantastic. We were a last minute party of 8 and they were wonderful to accommodate us!

Ann Burkhardt

Beautiful views, good service, tasty food.

melody laurel

We attended a brunch here. Great view great sevice. Hope to be back when I come back to this area for the British Invasion.

Carol Reuter

Arrived early hoping for a water view table and despite many open tables the hostess sat us in back corner They told us it was only for 6 people and we were 4. Right after that they sat 4 people there!!! Only explanation was the manager made that decision The meals were fair nothing special. I asked for a vegan option and it was terrible despite the chef offering to do it for me. Pasta and veggies with no flavor. Rhode Island has so many great restaurants wharf is no longer on the list!!! Too bad because location is super.

The setting is great! Service was excellent, the Bloody Mary deliciously spicy. The Lobster roll was very good. Lots of lobster, so I did not eat the roll. I love french fries, but rarely eat them anymore. They tasted fishy. I suspect the oil needed to be changed, or they fry them in the same oil as the clams and oysters. That made me sad.

Mindy Authelet

Beautiful updated space! Food was amazing!

Elizabeth Mzian

Went here for lunch sunday afternoon after hearing amazing reviews from the new renovations.. the new building looks incredible but beware of hostess... I came in and waited to be acknowledged,, but the girl was too busy texting on her phone to notice me and my husband. She didn't bother to look up. I then asked if we seat ourselves.. "No, i'll be right with you" rolled her eyes, and continued doing whatever she was doing, waited for the other nicer hostess to come and seat us. couldn't believe this experience from the face of the restaurant... too bad because food was delicious as well as service.

New owners did a fantastic job remodeling the place. Floor to ceiling windows looking at the water and the food was spectacular. We cant wait to go again!

laurie schopf

We walked in and sat our selves at a table at the bar. We arrived at 7:01. Bartender had 6 people at the bar that already had their food, a runner brought food to the bar while we were waiting. Bartender never greeted us, we walked out at 7:19. Not super busy. Work in the industry and would fire that bartender on the spot. We walked out, it is 7:24, have a drink at a restaurant down the st already and we were warmly welcomed. Shame on you.

Ruben Munoz

Great atmosphere. Amazing service

Phyllis Manchester

New owner..new menu. New dining room setup..sadly moved the dining room seating away from the waterfront windows. Now the bar occupies some of that space and hightop tables (which we don't find comfortable) have a couple of choice windows. They did enlarge the windows to floor to ceiling. Found the menu expensive..almost all entrees over $20+, and only 3 sandwiches to choose from (including lobster rolls). We ordered littlenecks (raw) 1/2 dozen we're $9, chowder ($7) & crabcakes ($12). The crabcakes had a nice presentation. We also ordered a dessert to share ($9). Overall, don't think we'll be back. It's a shame, as the old Wharf Tavern was a favorite of ours to go to sit by the water. Used to go there every NYE too.

Joanne Franceschi

My father-in-law, husband and I ate lunch here the other afternoon. The setting is nice and the table was comfortable and the waitress was pleasant. My only concern was we informed the staff that the coleslaw did not taste right. They went back and also agreed with us. We all had it with our meals and they did not replace it with fresh coleslaw or compensate us for the lost portion. They also put it in with the to-go meal that we ordered. The lunch cost $115 plus tip and we were upset that this was not handled properly.

Steven Bogle

Newly appointed so everything is new, nice and bright. Quite noisy and tables are too close together, made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. One out of the two meals we ordered was good, not a good percentage. We may give it a second go since they are new and are still working out the kinks.

Ralph Mace

The location of this place is great, right on the water with tons of parking. There were do few people that the wait staff was very attentive. Unfortunately, the food was lackluster. My scampi was garlicky but the shrimp and pasta were swimming in way too much sauce and unlike most places I wasn't given a choice of the type of pasta.

Wendy St Pierre

Great location, great food, great service

Joseph Kalen

Everything that I tried on the brunch buffet was great.

Hi JIANG

Bad management and rude staff service

Ginny Moye

Great food, beautiful space, did a great job with our event, really lovely staff

PJ Gifford

Pull up with your boat! Great location, newly renovated with a great bar that overlooks the river approaching Warren. There are lots of tables with a view of the water and tables outside in the dock also. They are building a roof deck too... can't wait to see it! The drunken littlenecks dish should come with a straw the broth is so good... Get extra bread to dunk!

Kristine Caton

The new owners of the wharf have got it right....everything from the decor, to the staff (shout out to ManagerNancy, an absolute doll!) To the new kitchen/wait staff/Chef. We have been twice since they re-opened in April(?) In the beginning they were crazy busy but everything seemed to run smooth....we sat at one of the giant tables, enjoyed a cocktail and met some really nice people, also waiting to dine. This time it was busy but we went earlier and were able to dine al fresco. So glad we did....the sunset view was amazing on the water and the boats were fascinating to watch. Caesar salads were on point and the gazpacho was delicious(havent had gazpacho since the 80's when my mom used to make it and let me tell you...WAY better!(sorry mom

Allan Deveaux

We've been going here for nearly 30 years. Great restaurant on the water. Great baked stuffed shrimp!

Nick Pereira

Over priced, food was ok.

Ann Gardner

Just had a fantastic dinner at The Wharf. Gina took great care of us. Food was delicious and we saved room to share some desserts. The renovations have made better use of the space with great views and better separation between the bar and dining. Highly recommended eating here.

Rock Jocelyn

Baked haddock was outstanding. They had fresh summer veggies as well. They provided a nice private space for functions as well. We really appreciated the exceptional attentiveness of the staff

Kristen Mattiace

Fabulous! The Wharf has done a fantastic job of transforming into a beautiful remodel, with an updated vibe in Warren while maintaining the hometown family feel. Hosts Tara and Sarah warmly welcomed us as if they had known us forever. We then enjoyed a delicious meal, I ordered the salmon which was cooked perfectly! The manager Tayla, came to check on how things were and was personable with a lovely demeanor and kindness. From the time we arrived until the time we left everyone and everything was beyond our expectations! Bravo! Don’t miss this gem in downtown Warren on the water!

Atif Saadi

Great location, fresh fish and good service

Barbara Wordell

Karen Dauer

Great food. Great views. Helpful staff

Cynthia Schiedler

We went to celebrate my mother birthday and made reservations on Monday night. The place was not packed, and yet took us a while to get our drinks, we were rushed..and our meals couldn’t even go to the right people , but we just play pass the plate and salads ..lol the filet was undercook and we asked if they could cook it a little longer as it was more blood on the plate then there were any thing else

Shane

Great renovated modern Resturant. Came on our 60’ boat. Tied up no problem. Food was great. Staff was great. Cappuccino was great.

Ginny Lynch

Renovated space and updated menu. Food atmosphere, service were all outstanding!!!!

Bruce Richardson

I went here for their Sunday Brunch. Oh my. Omelets to order, prime rib and the usual fixin's. Great assortment of fresh fruit and cold smoked salmon. They only have one omelet station so you'll have to order it and a waitress will bring it to your table. I also ordered a cocktail from a waitress and it arrived quickly. There's also a assortment of drink choices, fresh juices and coffee are included in the brunch price (not cocktails) and everything tasted good.

Colin Brown

Staff was very efficient! Excellent food! Nice atmosphere!

bobby dattilo

Great atmosphere. Nicely renovated. Unfortunately both times my wife and I have gone out to eat they ran out of some items on the menu. Portions where small considering price.

Lauri Papsadore

The new and improved Wharf Tavern. Food presentation quality and service!

Thomas Best

Great location on the water, great menu and food/drinks, great service. Recently renovated and is far superior to the earlier version.

Todd Osbaldeston

Charles Mailloux

Service was awesome, food was delicious and great atmosphere. We would Highly recommend it.

Rick Freitas

This place did an amazing job with a dinner party of 50 (80th). Great food, staff, and amazing views from the banquet room. Thanks for making it a special day! 7/1/2017.

Ken S.

My wife and I were excited to experience the Wharf Tavern for the first time. The place is nicely renovated and food was good. Server was friendly. Our food took a long time for only two people (salad and fish & chips), and others who came after us were served entree before us. Even our server was concerned and wanted to do something for us for the wait. The manager, Nancy, didn’t come over to apologize or explain anything. We sought her out, and she didn’t want to give us the time of day. Her attitude was poor, unprofessional and we want her to know she lost very loyal people. All we wanted was some courtesy and explanation. Looking forward to Trafford’s reopening. Will tell others to avoid Wharf Tavern, and new owners, please retrain your management to be professional.

Paul Beaudoin

Food was very good, service was good. Night ended when an old bald waiter was giving a clearly new waitress a hard time in front of the guests in restaurant.

Hugh Lamb

The food was phenomenal day was perfect and look at this boat

Peter silvia

Great experience, good food beautiful location

Patrick OBrien

Amazing views and you have to try the table side Gazpacho!

Karlyn Muzik

Amazing quality seafood! Wow. Best oysters, amazing scallops, ridiculous lobster roll. Unbelievable

Normand Serejczyk

Very pricey no bread soup or salad with meal soup $8 extra salad $8 extra asked for asparagus instead of broccoli $5 extra brought Cake for graduation $1 to cut $1 for each slice be some one has to pay for remodel food is just ok $ 40 or more each meal with salad or soup if you get appetizer it's costly won't go back again

Nancy Pereira

Gorgeous renovations! The views are absolutely stunning! Would highly reccomend for a small shower or a small wedding. Service and food were phenomenal!

Michael Donegan

Great place to bring a large party for games and awesome beer. There was a large birthday party here when we visited, and I have to say it's the perfect spot for a party. Awesome!!

Ken Alegria

New owners, positive change. Great seafood at relatively reasonable prices. On the water with ample boat docks on the Warren River. Event capacity for 150.

ccnne171 ccnne171

The service in this restaurant is terrible waited 40 minutes for food never got was told three times food was coming never came. When I complained to waitress where's the food she sent over floor manager and ask me if I would like to cancel my order was never treated so poorly in a restaurant as this one never going again

Pat Sobaka

Fresh seafood, good food. This place does not really stand out as fantastic, but friendly staff and overall good experience.

Melanie Howe

Wow! We were here 2 years ago for brunch and returned via boat for late lunch. What a remodel of this restaurant! Very nice interior and fresh innovative food choices. We were not able to dock at the restaurant, however, and had to grab a dock two doors down. We will return.

Derek Melven

MY wife and I hadn't been here for several years. The renovation are impressive, the outside seating was most welcome on a hot summer's day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We both ordered the same food: Gazpacho followed by Asian fish tacos. Both were delicious. The gazpacho was served in a bowl with a mound of finely chopped vegetables in the center surrounded by shrimp. Then the server poured the mildly spiced tomato broth into the bowl. Truly delicious! The Asian fish tacos had an amazing flavor and were served with hoisin sauce on the side. A very enjoyable lunch. The only drawback to the whole event was that, in common with many local restaurants, they insist on serving beers I've never heard of or some seasonal or flavored versions of beers I enjoy in their unadulterated forms.

Can Inci

It has a modern interior, nicely decorated, with a long bar and many high tables. I had a couple of drinks and they were great. Service is fast and friendly. Recommended.

Karen Preite

Food was fantastic. Good and friendly service. Great views.

deborah martin

First time here I liked it good waiter sat on water outside with friend had crab cakes and stuffed mushrooms both were excellent had Cobb salad with grilled chicken also good it was a beautiful afternoon

Bibi Morstein

Been going here my entire life. Nice setting on the water. Food is pretty good too.

phil Weiss weiss

Brand new place on the water in old building. Best lobster roll I ever had. Need I say more?

Craig P

Incredible transformation! Outstanding food, service, cocktails & of course setting!

Brian Allen

The food was average. The waitress was horrible. She had no personality and made us feel very rushed . The restaurant was not busy so i don't know why we needed to be rushed!! The atmosphere was ok but I would not go back to many good restaurants in RI to waste money on this place.

Danielle Martin

Had swordfish and it was delicious. Newly renovated and in a beautiful spot Outdoor dining available as well.

Mark Giusto

I was hoping for a turkey dinner, but they were out of turkey, so I went with the fish and chips. It was light and flaky, but not a lot of flavor. The view of the Warren River is spectacular. The restaurant will be renovated soon, and the bar will run the entire length of the south facing windows.

Rita Hansen

Little necks in broth with toast was superb! Paired it with a glass of cabernet sauvignon!

Jay F

The menu changed a lot since the last visit. Service was friendly and fast but drink orders were not correct. Was not nearly as impressed as the last time with the food. The outside seating is awesome.

Bill Mack

Fantastic. Jet skied up to The Wharf and had a fantastic lunch out on the deck. Perfect weather, perfect service. What a blast. Will defiantly return. The fish and chips as well as lobster rolls are a must.

Bradc Gibson

Friday lunch was busy. Noise levels are high. Food was good. Prices high. Wharf views fair.

Denise Kolarik

Remodeled with new interior and plenty of light. The food and service is excellent

Tracy Jamieson

Went for lunch, sat outside. Great service from Kayla, and prices were very good. Will be back this week probably!

Dottie VanderPyl

Lunch was awesome. Went with friends and we all had something different. Food was excellent. Our waitress was very helpful. Will definitely go again

Michelle Mcdonald

The renovation is beautiful!

Elena Langdon Fortier

On the plus side: beautiful outdoor seating area, with a nice view of the water and boats. On the minus side, however, the food was underwhelming at best (lobster rolls, which seemed overcooked and too pricey for the amount of lobster) and the service was seriously lacking. The waitress literally let out a huge sigh when I tried to help her with hot plates - I don't know what she wanted, but sighing so loudly made me feel quite bad and I was trying to help. She also took forever to serve us and then to take the card for payment.

Glenn Civic

Beautifully redone, great buffet at a wedding reception. Check it out!

Tonya 1028

Pricy but good food. Nice location right on the water.

Freddy Melo

Great atmosphere

Debbie Scott

We had a fabulous time at the renovated Wharf Tavern. The service and food was terrific.

Maurice Marcoux

I thought this was the greatest presentation of a lazy man Lobster it was delicious I recommend this place to anybody and everybody

Cindy Halpen

Great experience. Great location.

Jay Olson

Food was good atmosphere as well... But the person clearing the table dumped melted butter on my mother in law's shoulder....

Tom Jalbert

Fantastic Thanksgiving Buffet. I ate so much. I went home fully satisfied and immediatly fell asleep

Joann L

Went for lunch the food and service was excellent!!

David McFadden

Food was good. Views are nice.

Rene Droese

We had a great time. They accommodated our group of 40. We we're in the newly renovated upstairs. View was great.

Renee Cavanaugh

Food was good and the atmosphere great. The view of water was incredible.

Ken Boostrom

The wharf is located right on the water in Warren and very close to several other popular bars. It has a large parking lot so you can drive your car there. They have an interior bar and plenty of room to sit but there seems to be a limited amount of draft beers. Just so you know. I haven’t had a chance to eat my way through the menu but what I did have was one well cooked and brought over to me by the smiling bartender. Everyone was really nice it was a very busy day everyone looked happy I’d go there again.

Michelle Denault

Great refurbish! Lovely restaurant on the water in Warren. Try the calamari! It was incredibly tender and delicious. Lobster roll has plentiful lobster. Asian tacos are crisp and obsession worthy, but note that they have wasabi crema on them which is not in the menu description.

Justin Loew

Great outdoor seating, great staff, apps/entrees good.

Crystal Hosking

We went on a Sunday night around 7pm. I was looking for a place to go that would be open moderately late (it was a last minute "let's go out to eat" decision) and that was by the water. It was only after we were already on the road that I saw that some people had left some bad reviews. We decided to go anyways and see for ourselves. After dining here, though, I have no idea what these bad reviews were about! We had a great time and thought everything was great. There was plenty of parking, they have their own huge lot, and we were able to sit outside to eat and watch the sun set. Our server was super attentive and very friendly. I thought pricing was moderate and was pretty consistent with other seafood restaurants I've been to that are right on the water. We ordered a couple glasses of wine and got them quickly. Same with the lobster bisque, which was melt in your mouth delicious. I ordered the fried clam plate and it was a ton of food! Equally delicious. The location was great and we won't hesitate coming back again soon!

Patrick Meehan

Good food and nice drink selection. A bit overpriced on the food, but tough to beat the location on a nice summer day.

John Nanavati

Being in the water and watching the sunset was wonderful. We had the lobster roll, stuffed shrimp, and the fried calamari. It was all excellent. The lobster roll was probably the best that I’ve had. I also enjoyed the cool as a cucumber drink. Refreshing. The meal was not cheap; so don’t come when you’re on a tight budget. I tend to prefer little hole in the wall restaurants because i don’t commonly feel that my meals are worth the price at more expensive restaurants. This was an exception. I feel that the environment, service, and quality of food all were all worth the price we paid.

Thomas Flaherty

Fantastic lunch - beautiful setting on the water

Lenny Beasley

Love it great food

Josep Gaboriault

I had a great baked scrod dish. Unfortunately, and things like this usually only happen to me. But my wife's first order of the salmon plate came with a long hair in the sauce. They gave her another order when we showed the waiter. Then her ice water glass had a big crack in it. So we asked for another ice water glass, and they got it for her. Unfortunately that glass had more cracks than the first one. HAPPY EASTER.

Janet Rausch

Have been going to the Wharf Tavern for years. Son's rehearsal dinner was there, birthday parties, anniversaries, church functions, etc. Two friends and I went last week and the renovations are lovely. You are to be commended. We sat next to very friendly people and, though the dining room was very loud, we enjoyed the company of these two people...and others around us. However, that's where the compliments end. FIRST: We began by having been told by a "not too nice hostess" that despite our reservations we would have to wait for our table. Reservations were for 6, we were seated by 7. Suggestion: "Have a drink on the deck". She told us though, that we had to get our drinks at the bar first and then take them outside. (That was difficult for me because I have a difficult time with balance. ) No waitresses out on the deck she said...too bad because there were a lot of people out there and the line at the bar was long!! .When the bar bill came, it was 34.oo with 4.00 for "rocks"!!!!! Didn't notice until I got home. Showed it to everyone and they too were in shock! SECONDLYY: Once we were seated, waitress with very little personality, asked us for our order and my friend asked if we could have bread. "That will be 2.00 for two pieces," she said. Again , I was aghast!!!! So my friend said, "Well there's three of us, better bring us 4 pieces".. Which she did for 4.00 more!!! !!!! THIRDLY: Our meals came. I had baked stuffed shrimp which were good. However, no salad before, and the potatoes tasted ok, but there were only a few of very small pieces cut up. And, the brocclerini was RAW! When I got home I said to myself, Never Again!!!! And my total bill, was 75.00 ! (Two of us chipped in for our friend's birthday). I am soooo disappointed and don't like writing a poor review because it is a beautiful restaurant, beautiful setting, where the food was ALWAYS so good. I am a loyal patron, am 75 years old , and have had the pleasure of some very fine dining in my life, with the Wharf Tavern right up there at the top of my list. Change is good, change is necessary, but not when your quality of service suffers. When your food is served with just "something amiss", is not the way it used to be, not served as nicely or with friendly waitresses, you have a real concern. I personally will not return.

Steve Gareri

Chicken soup was awesome!!! Can't beat the views and food and service was on point. Great for date night or surprise the wife on a nice night out.

Carolyn Pereira

Just found out they reopened. The people that own the cove bought it. Nice beachy feel inside, yet elegant. We sat outside. To me, service had a bit to be desired. Waitress claims they had a couple of big parties and we're shorthanded. Not the best impression to make on a new customer. Food was excellent.

Melissa Miller

Loved it. Went for my birthday with my sister

Joe Rebello

Had the seafood paella the mussels were bad,did replace them with more littlenecks buy that time they came I was pretty much done,Sandy did like the bake stuff shrimp, drinks a bit exspensive,a slice of cake 9 dollars a bit much, not in a hurry to go back there.

Debu Tante

After reno has proven difficult to get in. Hostesses are 12 years old and love to tell you no. No seats. No outside tables. Wait times are ridiculous. We sat on the water and it was beautiful, but the food was just ok. Really disappointed. The old Wharf had better food and nicer staff. Long time to wait for the reno to be completed to be let down. We might be back to give you a second chance. I did enjoy the cotton candy.

STEVE KANELOS

Good food with reasonable prices for a fine dining establishment.

Robert Mongeon

Consistently excellent!

ashley patrice

Wonderful waterside dining. Love what they did with the place

Terry Blanco

This was the first time we had gone to the restaurant. We took our father for Father's Day. Our waitress was Samantha. She was horrible. She never told us the specials for the day. We ordered off the menu and my father was very disappointed with the swordfish. One of the specials on the menu was fried clams. We over heard the waitress at the next table give the specials to her table but we already started eating our meal. They do not give bread with the meal this is an additional charge of $2.00 for garlic bread. They charge for each soda individually. I felt that our waitress was not attentive at all to our table. All other waitstaff were very attentive. At the end of our meal she asked if there was anything else we wanted. We had to ask for the desert tray since this was not offered by her but all other tables this was brought out right after their dinner. I just felt we were rushed by her and for the amount of money we dropped for lunch we should of had better service and portions could of been a but larger.

Donna Mallozzi

Very lovely tavern, went to my nieces college graduation party there. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Beautiful scenery of the boats passing by the water

christine oshaughnessy

We had dinner at the Wharf Tavern this week with our extended family (including 4 young children). The dinners were all perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and the staff could not have been more attentive and pleasant! The owner even took the time to stop by our table to make sure everyone was enjoying everything. That was impressive because it was a very busy night there. The service was spectacular. The Gazpacho was fantastic...not to be missed. The Calamari was hands down the best we have ever had anywhere, and the Jamaican Chicken Tenders were unforgettable. The views at the Wharf Tavern are stupendous and the outdoor candlelight dining beside the water looked very romantic...We will try that next time when we do not have children with us. We absolutely loved this restaurant!

Laurie Heupel

wonderful service and staff. Food was wonderful.

Gary Janelle

Excellent location, service and food!

Kevin Duclos

Asian fish tacos were tasty, nice view of the water. Highly recommend

Linda Martino

For the prices the food should be better. Great ambiance, but food not equal.

Lotus Blossom

We arrived for a late lunch at 2:55 pm and the waiter immediately swapped out the lunch for a dinner menu with much higher prices. The view is nice, food is okay - nothing memorable - but the server kept rushing us. I mean, REALLY pushing us and attempting to remove our plates before we had finished. It was nowhere near closing time and there was only one other table of customers in the restaurant. An expensive lunch. Not sure I'll be back.

Kim Clarke

Beautiful! The food is delicious! Best Sangria i've ever had.

Samantha Frazer

New renovations are amazing. Really fun atmosphere with a great menu. Had the baked stuffed lobster, mussels, and calamari. Best baked stuffed lobster I’ve ever had! Cute decor and attention to detail. Could not be more on the water the views are unbelievable.

amy putrino

Great food. Excellent service

Patricia Souza

Been going to the Wharf Tavern sporadically for years and have had the pleasure of our parents anniversary parties there twice. Food has always been good, everything has always been very nice. Today was also very good, great baked stuffed shrimp, great prime rib dinner. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the staff is new and they have not worked out the kinks yet. But you can see they are trying very hard to please!

Jeff FitzGerald

Arrived today for lunch which we enjoyed on the outside patio. Food and service were fine. I am, however, surprised by charges on our bill which were neither identified nor explained when ordering. Each of us ordered a drink before dinner and I later ordered two diet cokes. Our waitperson failed to explain additional charges for “on the rocks” and for a Bloody Mary nor did he indicate that there is a charge for each soft drink. Not happy about this and even less happy that I just noticed these fees when I checked the credit card receipt. I’ll be calling the restaurant management and sure hope I don’t have to deal with the rude manager!!

Candy DeGrenier

I was there for a baby shower. Very nice time. Food was delicious and great view.

Jenna Mitchell

Service took forever. Scallops were good but fries were cold. Took 1hr an a half to get to dinners

Kelly O'Rourke

Food and service was great, Matt was our server and was very attentive and friendly. My first visit with my mom and sisters. Will definitely go back!

Steve Mccann

New menu and beautiful renovation. The Wharf is exceptional.

JoAnn Durette

Nice location on the water. Hardworking staff. The food was very good. No low carb options. Even the salads have to be modified to reduce carbs.

Logan Schauer

The staff was super friendly and efficient. Food was just okay. Views were stunning. Coffee and dessert was delicious. The banquet room upstairs is large enough to fit more people than we expected.

Everything was great except that bathrooms dont have changing stations! We arrived with an infant and had to change her diaper in our car in a 90 degree weather. Not okay!

Donald Groft

Everything was great except the seating for two. It is shoulder to shoulder with the couple n.v next to you . Sit at the bar for the best view.

Robin Miller

Very good food, some items a bit heavy on salt. Great views.
