Worst bar experience I have ever had ,!!! The bartender was completely TRANSPHOBIC. RUDE, and UNHYGENIC I asked for a beer with two cherries and a straw. He grabbed the cherries with his bear hand. I told that was gross and I would like another one. He said leave me alone I asked him why he said because I don't wana deal with people like you. I said excuse me I want to speak to who ever in charge, he said he was the owner and to go away. It wasnt untill i started telling a male friend of mine what he was doing to me that he decided to huff and puff and replace my drink ... THIS BAR IS NOT LBGT FRIENDLY ... Don't waste your time or your money !

I saw a show in the parking lot and it was pretty awesome. Was able to bring my dog and get a beer at the sametime. People there seemed generally nice. Punk rock metal kinda scene. Will definitely be going back.

The fact that this place is so praised is a consequence of New England's terrible nightlife. The bartenders are nice, but there isn't that much of an atmosphere, the place is not busy, nobody dances and I was told that there are no concerts anymore. The place is ok to go there with friends to have some drinks, but don't think you'll be meeting new people.

This bar is straight out of a Robert Rodriguez movie, a dive with lots of character. The kind of place your nan would flirty with a Hell's Angel. Amazing selection of beer and outstanding outdoor seating during the warm months. Billiards inside. Friendly to all patrons so long as you pay.

Good spot for a beer. They have some TVs playing sports and one with Futurama. They also have a decent selection of hard liquors available, including more than just one or tequilas. The Scurvy Dog is a non-descript, windowless, gray building with confusingly decorative Christmas tree lights illiuminating the back patio. A single pool table decorates the interior space. This place deserves five stars because of all the things I found right with it, but I didn't go looking for anything resembling 4 or less. Thanks to the Scurvy Dog for a little different venue to drink at.

Westside dive bar with an outdoor seating area/beer garden. Plenty of parking. Good drink prices. Pool table, small but tasty menu. This place is inhabited by punks, rockers, Goths, artists, musicians, you get the picture. Leave your sportcoat at home. Put on your Doc Martin's and that Misfits T-shirt and get some! Summertime outdoor concerts too!!
