I come all the way from New York just to visit this place! Hands down one of the best places for great food, music and hookah! The service is also amazing, everyone is super super sweet, especially the owners!

I came into south beach on a Saturday and it was packed. Krystal was the bartender and greeted me and my friend promptly despite how busy it was. She was very friendly, suggested the most popular drinks and they were fantastic. The food kind of took a long time, understandably, but she always checked in with us so we weren’t left in the dark wondering about the food. The food and drinks were great and the service was fantastic. I had a great first experience at south beach

I was not impressed at all, the waiter was disorganize and food took forever to arrive upon arrival the rice and beans was cold as to the chicken being burning hot. Don’t think I will ever go back

waitress hesitated and took her time and after about 2 minutes she got up To finally attend to us( while she was in the corner smoking hookah looking at us ) and when she decided to come the first thing she decided to say was the kitchen was closed, rudely. I’ve been here multiple times the other waiters/ waitresses I’ve had here in the past were great. She puts a bad face to the place i actually enjoyed it there.

Uuuuum. If you're going to use a cheap dj, have him use Spotify instead! The music had no coordination. Looooong pauses between songs and the food took over an hour to be served...NO THANK YOU!

Restaurant empty and still food took forever. Waitress refiled water once in an hour, took 30 minutes to get take empty food plates back and still had to pay 12% of automatic gratuity fee.

The hookah was good and we got a nice seat in the corner. The waitress was attentive. No complaints there. When we walked in the music was good, (rap). But as soon as we sat down the music changed to Spanish and we if didn't already order the hookah we would have left. Nothing against Spanish music but wasn't in the mood for that.

Awful service and not great food. Our server did not come over enough and acknowledge us, and all of our food came out at different times. She sat around in the back of the room while we waited for a long time to put orders in or order more. When she came over she was always rude and just dropped the bill on our table. She was clearly bothered and mad then she started talking about us to another server because we gave her 4 cards to pay with for our party of 10! I get a big party is tough and Saturdays are busy but there was no effort or good attitude, I'm never going back. Just awful. (Her name was Flor)

Had the pleasure to pass by when Chef Ninja was in town. Sushi was out of this world! Tight place but felt comfortable while eating, good atmosphere and great service and comfortable pricing. That DJ though.. tisk tisk cutting off songs halfway..

The FOOD!!!! Everything else seriously don’t matter. Everything else can be bad because their food compensate for everything! YUM YUM YUM I went there with 2 friends for the weekend they were having Dominican Ninja chef guest. The service was great! The girl explained us everything, made recommendations and was there when we needed her. It has more like a club bar because it turns into it at night - I heard. The bathrooms are clean and the vibe overall is neat. They have outdoor seating in the summer which is a plus. There’s parking on the street which might be though to find.

You know the night was cool enough that I could have given them 3 stars but the moment it was time to pay and get out of there everything went left. Came with my sister and brother and they charged our card several times until the card finally got declined when they should have stopped after the first time it didn't go through because their machine was offline. so there were several hold on the account for over 200 and they said they didn't get their money. Well how we suppose to pay after you got all our money to pay you on hold. Now they asking for license information because supposedly the money won't go through and even though we was skeptical about that we still have them that information and when we ask for a copy of our receipt that becomes another issue they tell us to take a picture of the receipt of the transaction declined and we had to argue for them to give us the original receipt. It was so embarrassing Soooo yeah never again!!!

We was celebrating my friend birthday on Saturday .we have drinks and we ordered some food we waited to long to eat and each plate came one after another we eat solo I was the last to eat my food someone took my plate gave to other table .like the music and good atmosphere but they have to be more professional in serving food we will like to eat together

Flavorless food, it appeared to be frozen. Watered down drinks damn near alcohol free because there's so much ice in your cup and hella ice in the picture they serve the drink in. Poor customer service and i mean super poor. Attitude wasn't the best the cost of the food was a joke. And the hooka appeared to be good but i don't smoke. Overall ill rate them a 1 out of a 5. By the way no parking a super downfall.
