You must have seen that it reaches an feddbacks average is really high, and it's founded on a high number of opinions, so we can think that the evaluation is very faithful. If people have bothered to give their opinion when they are satisfied, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to write opinions when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Night Club is included in the category of Hookah bar.
A bit pricey, but super chill and great hookah
Great atmosphere
Great hooka bar. Lots of flavors and really good service. If you are around on a Monday night they have karaoke which is a great mix!
Nicht gut :( shisha nichts besonderes unfreundliche Bedingung und regeln wie eine shisha pro std dann neue und so weiter
Very attentive waitresses, good drinks, and reasonably priced hookahs. Good atmosphere. My favorite hookah place.
Menus. Not priced.so they charge u OUTRAGES prices..and they water down there drinks.. but the security at door was very pro. His name is carmin
The orginal and the best! The have a great assorment of flavors and a great waitstaff.
The place to go if you want a great experience at a hookah bar. Very cozy hookahs were perfect. Staff was amazing and the drinks were delish
I haven't been there in about 2 years and decided to take my sister. It was just like I remember great services and nicw environment
Great place for a hangout. The service is worth beyond 5 stars. They offer one of the best hookah in the Providence area as well as Lebanese food. Check out their patio in the back in the summers, great spot with really nice music and a chill atmosphere. The place is run by amazing people who really make the experience even better. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.
The vibes here are great! My favorite is the big fish bowl with swedish fish at the bottom. The food downstairs is delicious too! The service is amazing, especially the owner.
Great place to relax for a drink and a Hookah. Been going for years. One of the best places in Rhode Island.
Really great Hookah lounge.. chill spot.. Did not know the owner was my server until the security told me. He was so humble and welcoming also very accommodating. I will definitely recommenced to anyone in the area and will be back when I am back in Providence!!!!
Been visiting for 10 years or more. Very fun. Great for a first date if they're into hookah. Also great for meeting people and groups of friends.
Bubblegum watermelon kiwi
A decent Hookah place with two floors. I went for hookah and a few drinks on Saturday day night with my buddy. Theres more of the younger crowd that visits especially with the colleges that surround it. The music is decent. They play more of EDM mixes that might get a bit too much at times but it's not overdone. The service and hookah were passable. I ordered the lemon mint and it tasted good but it got a bit harsh at times. Overall, a good Hookah bar to go to if you're trying to stay within the area of Thayer street.
Love the ambience, very chill, laid back, pleasant staff. Good pricing. A little of a wait time on busy nights, but definetely worth it.
love the place, the environment and the wait staff. They have great falvors for hukka and some interesting cocktails. Right next to the Brown capmus too.
Great owner who loves her place. Everything here is authentic and made with love....yes,including the excellent shisha.
Byblos burger is the best!
Sweet places to bring the woes. It's boolin
Staff was great
I have been here a few times now, An I absolutely Love it. The place is wonderful, the food is very very very good. And the drinks are amazing. The Hookah is even better, my favorite peaches an cream. The young girls that work there are amazing. Courtney is spectacular, she really knows what she's doing, and is very very very very nice. I can't throw enough very's in there. I give Byblos a rating higher than they go. IT'S WONDERFULL!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great Ambience. Great Hukkah
My boyfriend and I love coming here!
Great atmosphere and hookah. But too expensive and the food was not as good as last time I was there. Sadly our waitress was not very friendly at all. I wouldn't mind paying for quality, sadly I don't feel we got this the last time.
expensive
Came here with my best friend randomly one night. The drinks are amazing and the hookah here is by far my favorite!
They changed their business hours from 3 to 5pm FYI. They didn't update hrs online. Great hookah lounge though!
Nice chill place, but when it's time to close they litterally kick you out. It feels a bit awkward
BAD AND EXPENSIVE
Simply terrible,I would never ever recommend any one to visit that place.Very poor customer service ,where I was sitting with my friend ,every time we had to close the toilet door which was just the infront of us.we could not even smoke properly and it was the premium
The hookah took a couple of tries to get right. By then the sheesha was burnt. Nice place, just not my favorite.
Nice little spot. Moderately priced hookahs...I Haven't tried all hookah flavors they offer, but what I have tried, has been really good. drinks are a little on the pricey side, but are also very well mixed/made. IMO crowd can be a little pretentious at times, but the atmosphere and service makes up for it
Meh. Service is slow. Not what I thought it would be.
Laidback hookah
Great hookahs. Great service
Great place! Nick is the best!!!
Not what expected .. Although, everyone was very nice.
It's a hookah bar
Very good ambience
Good, chill hookah spot.
Drinks are watered down and overly sweet. I told the bartender nicely about my drink and she told me to buy another drink and for my Partner to drink it. RUDE! Hookah was so wack! They love to rush!!
First of all the hookah here is the worst and the “mezza” finger food is disgusting (save your money and head to the dozen wonderful hookah lounges in providence) but I used to like the place because of the “privacy” BUT I went there last night, Owner was extremely rude- somethings never change. Ive been going here for years and stopped because of rude management, their couches and tables and decor have been the same for 10+ years- gross seating. We decided to head there yesterday, at the door downstairs they always check your Id and make sure you are over 21 and give you a wrist band. I made my way up and told the owner I need a table for two- she says “just two” in a very annoyed manner, then her following question was ARE YOU OVER 21? In a very rude derogatory way, obviously I was, you had 3 security people at the door that did their job and put the band on my wrist (but ill take it as a compliment, I look way older so thats a first), I said “yes” then shes like well where is your other person- again in a rude way. He was parking. Is he over 21? At this point I know she was just being annoyed with the fact that we are only two people and she clearly wanted more....she leaves. The whole left side of the place was completely empty, tables empty- couches everything. She comes back looks me up and down and says “YOURE GOING TO SIT AT THE BAR”- again in a rude way, I said no I need a couch, mind you they have seating in the other room too near the bathroom and downstairs and her response was “no I have reservations” there wasn’t anything on the tables to say reserved. I said you have half of your whole lounge reserved she goes “yes” I mean even if she was polite and treated me as a customers coming TO PAY HER, I wouldn’t mind but from the get go she was rude and was just making excuses at this point. Never again will I waste my money here- I learned my lesson years ago but I thought things might be different now
Wasn't attended to at all.
Had a great hostess, and had a great vibe with fun music
Awesome music and nice place to grab drinks and hookha
Great place to come for shisha! Lovely friendly staff, many different flavours, fab music.
Great location. Pricey smoke. Friendly service.
Friendly waiters and great music
Service is below zero. I mean it. Went there with my friend and waited for our order for more than half an hour. When they brought the food, they did bring napkins with it then it took us ages to get the server. Then we ordered water and the server forgot to bring it. Again, we asked for a mouth piece and she forgot again. Disaster! Also, THE MUSIC IS FREAKING LAUD, TOO. SUPPOSED TO BE A PLACE TO CHILL OUT.
So for starters the place plays very boring music. Sometimes even the same songs. The manager there is extremely rude a snotty. She forced one of my friends to go home simply because he didn’t have a copy of his ID on him because he just came from work around the corner and lives in north providence. Although he has multiple pictures of it she refused to allow him to just sit there by us. By the time he would’ve went home and came back the place would’ve been closed and although he specifically stated he was just there to sit she refused to allow him because she wanted him to be able to purchase drinks even though he stated he wasn’t going to be getting any drinks. When asked for the manager she replied “ I am the manager” with a very rude attitude and stood there until he got up and left. It ruined the mood of the night. Also, THEY INCLUDE THE TIP AT THE END OF YOUR BILL. If you have a party of 5 or more they automatically include the tip. Which I believe is wrong because leaving a tip is a curtesy and a gratitude. It is a choice. I hope the OWNER sees this and has a word with his employee because me and my friends will never come here again or recommend it to anyone. If anything go to Mazaj on Federal Hill or even Nara. Oh and she’s a blonde, a little thick, and a little older looking.
Bad hookah
I have been coming here for years and this place introduced me to hookah! It has definitely changed. They used to play Middle Eastern music thus it had a unique feel. It is still decorated beautifully and has a decent hookah selection. They play more pop type music now but it's not horrible. They still carry rose water and that is hard to come by. I only gave four out of five because the last time I was there, they did not provide an extra coal. Every other hookah bar does and Byblos charges a bit over average.
This place failed my expectations from what I've heard about it. I thought I was gonna have a great time good food an drinks. But instead I got told to wait outside in the snow for 5 minutes even though there were seats down stairs an upstairs available. Then once we got inside it took them 15 minutes to greet us an ask if we wanted to order then proceeds to tell us they can't make any drinks that have ; soda, or juices in them. So we got our drink an it tastes funny. Then we asked for food an they say kitchen left early. An then it came time to pay an they charged full price which came to 28$ for 3 drinks that where made wrong with substitutes for soda or juice.
Solid and enjoying the vibe. The music was phenomenal
Fantastic owners. Love their signature hookah combos. They even helped mh buddy find his lost apartment key. Great place to hang out and blow smoke or even have a party.
Horrible place to hang out unless you want a nicotine adiction to go with your appetizers. The staff there can hardly hide their contempt for their own clientele. I guess they think it's funny to make nicotine addicts out of Brown and RISD students. Forget about sitting at a table unless you are in a large group, they don't waste their time on groups of 3 or 4. The sheesha (tobacco) itself is decent... but it is "unwashed" tobacco, unlike what you'd find in a real middle-eastern hookah bar. That means it has full nicotine content and is that much more addictive. Way overpriced, too... double what Hookah should cost. Furthermore they place the Hookah on the tables, which is a serious breach of Hookah etiquette. Grating music, horrible tasting appetizers, and a staff of liars. I asked where they got their hookahs, and they told me they are "imported" because american-made hookahs are of poor quality. What hogwash, they use cheap plastic hookahs available from numerous USA based web sites... the model of hookah they use is the cheapest, and is only imported in the sense that it is surely made in China. They will even claim to be one of the first hookah bars... are College Hill's students really that sheltered? There are tons of hookah bars across the country... Byblos is nothing special. I wish they'd get busted for selling tobacco to minors, which quite obviously happens based on the crowd I saw there the two times I went. I can't think of a worse place to start hanging out unless you are a total fool. The food is some of the worst on Thayer Street, almost inedible.
We went here as a group of 6, where only 2 of us wanted to smoke a hookah and the rest just wanted to drink and accompany our friends. The problem was that they kept insisting that because there is 6 of us, we need to get 3 hookahs and when we tried to explain that only 2 of us will actually be smoking, the owner treated us really rude, and just walked away while we were still speaking. I totally understand that lounges would want to limit the number of people sharing one hookah, but trying to force us into getting 3 hookahs when only 2 of our group wanted to smoke is way out of line. So we left and went to another place.
Very Good atmosphere to simmer down for hookah and to enjoy a drink or two
Perfect for girls night or celebrate my girls bday
One of my favorite hookah bars in the area. Small hookahs, and they're a bit pricey but the service is great and the atmosphere is pretty good. Good selection of flavors and mixes. My only complaint is sometimes they don't light the coals completely when bringing your hookah out.
So enjoyed it my boyfriend first time and it was a hit deff a new hangout for us
music is dead whack. wanted to rip my ears out on god. hookah was good tho
The owner for this place is annoying she have to respect the customer!!
