Update - I was asked to call to speak to someone about our experience and have done so THREE TIMES, but have yet to hear back. Disappointing to say the least.
Paid for a bachelorette package and was told by a Pelham East staff member that our table was given away due to a flaw in the online booking system (i.e. a VIP package can also be booked at the same time as a bachelorette package even though they both require the same table, etc. If both systems aren't checked when the parties arrive, whoever arrives first gets the table. He literally showed us the “app” on his phone to explain the issue so I saw it with my own eyes and commented that the fact that we bought tickets last month was the reason this was missed. We were prepared and they, clearly, weren’t). Though the staff was originally apologetic and admitted their mistake (“we messed up, we gave away your table and we’re going to rectify it”), the "owner" later recanted and said we'd bought the wrong tickets and refused to refund us as a result, even though we sat in a table that would have been free otherwise and we paid for VIP (we had e-mails from Liz stating otherwise and explaining what was included in our package, etc.) The “owner” and Manager repeatedly came to the table to interrupt the party and pull multiple people away to discuss the issue which FURTHER RUINED THE NIGHT. When asked what table the people sitting in the VIP section had purchased to allow them to sit there (since we’d purchased the most expensive package on their recommendation), we did not receive a response. Terrible service, terrible place and TERRIBLE management. Have been often but will never return.
