Customer service was good. Gave a good tip to the waitress because she was awesome. But woke up with a hangover head ache from the so called grey goose I ordered. Beware of fake drinks.

The service was terrible! I waited 10 minutes for a refill while the servers congregated and talked over their dinners and my friend NEVER got his food he ordered! The hummus was awful as well as the burnt hookah. No thanks.....All set for a while I guess!

Jamra has been my go to bar for years. I couldn't ask for better service from my two favorite bartenders Bianca and Jackie. They always take care of me and all of my friends. I love the atmosphere that they create for the customers and all of my friends enjoy coming out with me. Jamra is hands down the best hookah lounge in RI. They're affordable and provide service with a smile. What more could you ask for?

I lived very close about a year ago, and I was here at least once a week(it's been about 9months since I've been) place is on the cozier side and has off street parking lot. I liked the decent food, good amount of hookah flavors, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. IMO the interior layout/seating could of been improved, but I've seen much worse

This place draws a college crowd mainly as it's located close to PC. I picked up food one night after work. I ordered a sandwich, which was pretty good, but a bit on the small side. Prices are decent.

Worst service I've ever had being here! Sat at the bar and you would think someone would be helping us constantly but are coals burnt out with no service for over 45 minutes. Had to flag down a bartender just to get our check. Only one girl was super helpful and she wasn't even our server. I loved coming her but since the fire the place has not been the same most likely won't be coming back!

absolutely ADORED this place! My summer coworkers and I met up here for some hookah and drinks and was totally worth while. Clean bar, great hookahs, and excellent service. The pitcher of margaritas are worth it, you won't regret it.
