If I could leave 0 stars I would. Service is TERRIBLE! I could go on for days. There was NOT one thing OKAY about this place. First, the waitress was super rude, second my soup had a HAIR in it. I couldn’t even make my order correctly because the music was too loud. The brought our food out at different time. I was done eating when they brought my daughter wings out and to top it off they got her bbq wings instead of mild ! And the lobster I ordered was more like a shrimp ! Terrible ! I hated everything about it ! This place shouldn’t even be running is an embarrassment!

The food was delicious! The music was good. I only heard spanish music. But too many wrong things for me to go back unfortunately. Out waiter was horrible, and I mean the worse. They are under staffed. Food was warm which rubbed me the wrong way. I asked for a dessert 23 minutes later she brought a different dessert and said that’s all the dessert they had at the time. Then she wasn’t happy cause I sent back the wrong dessert. The waitress service was so bad we had asked different servers for more drinks. The can do better if they had more servers really.

Came here with a few friends and it says you have to be 18 to get in and I drove an hour to get there but then was told you have to be 21 even though there was sign right behind him saying 18+ to enter which I thought was pretty weird.

Not a family oriented place, music is super loud, extremely loud plus is a hooka bar, there is no separate area for hooka smokers so if you are looking to have a good dinner with the family this is the wrong place and its a shame because it can be a great place for dinner and music, its like its run by high school students with no business mentality. Food tasted good tho.

I stopped into this place because I thought it was another place that had Taco Tuesday. This place, that was previously a bit of a dive bar, no longer had a liquor license, but is BYOB. The atmosphere was a little strange to me, but I liked it. The Tacos for $1 each were awesome. Lots of people were smoking hookahs, we didn't partake, but they also don't smell or stink. It was kind of cool. Lots of families were here having dinner. I look forward to trying their other foods based on the quality of the tacos. Stop in if you are in the mood to explore something different (and very reasonable).

Had a fly in my drink. I told a waitor who was walking by and he took my drink away but never brought back a new one. Not even a minute later, my husband also noticed a fly in his. We told our waitress assigned to us and she literally laughed. I'm sure as I ate my first taco I swallowed a fly or two. Flies everywhere. We ended up taking the rest of our food to go and ate in the car. Our visit lasted 5 minutes.

Maybe I’m weird but the bathroom was disappointing. If the bathroom looks like that then I get nervous of what’s or how’s the kitchen. Waiter was nice but but I do not like to call my waiter. So needs to keep checking up on her tables. Price is good. Average. What I had was tacos, it wasn’t hot at all and a mountain of cheese on top. Nova needs a little improvement!

Worst service I have ever gotten. We walked in I had to hunt down a waitress after seating ourselves and waiting on someone to come attend to us for 30 min. Once we finally got a waitress to take our order it took another 30 min to get our drinks and hooka which tasted absolutely disgusting. No one ever came back to ask if we needed anything. I tried to order food it took an hour so we got up and left. Overall not the best service or hooka. Atmosphere was good. Very relaxed and loud lol.

A place with great atmosphere and even better style, Nova is a nice place to relax with a group of people and have fun, it is a shame however that it lacks great service and food to make it really shine. The problem with the place is the unfortunate lack of quality serving. With a group of three in a moderately busy day it took more than 30 minutes to get drinks, I ordered Moscato and the other members of my party got soda and tequila. 30 minutes for drinks is insane especially when you get it after your food arrives. Next is the food itself, it's good and fills you up but you have to consider obviously this is more like bar food. The majority of it is good or fine but it's obvious other places have better options to eat. Service and food aside the way the place lights up at night is soothing and the do is very active. Overall then three stars as a place you would want to go sometimes but not something that really wants you to come back alot. Also I advise people to be cautious when they approach the area I'm general despite others views this place does have quite a few arguments and fights that happen outside and are very aggressive, not the safest place to be especially at night.

Stopped by on a whim to see what it was like. Atmosphere is super chill. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. The. Food. Was. Amazing. And they make their own sauces to top it off! Looks from the outside are deceiving. Kod friendly during the day with other little ones doing their thing at a table just over from their parents. No kids allowed after 7pm when it turns into the nightlife. Enjoyed it so much during the day, we might gander to see what it's like one night!

Food was horrible today, bread from the freezer on the kids cheeseburger was hard like a rock. My wife and I also ordered wings that hardly had any sauce and 2 red snappers dinners that tasted like it came from the Lehigh river. They gave us 50% discount on 1 nasty red snapper dinner that my wife didn’t eat but also added gratuity to the bill!!!! What kinda s%#t is that? I will not be coming back here ever and will not recommend this place. They will be going out of business soon because of the sh^#ty service and horrible food.

Food is good but service and cleanliness is terrible. Bathrooms smell terribly like urine that the smell comes out to the dining area and bathrooms are completely disgusting. There was a lipstick mark on my glass of water when handed to me, and the service is pretty terrible in many ways. Sucks I won’t go back even though the food is good.

I went for Taco Tuesday promo, each taco $1, but each order have to be 3. You can choose soft or hard. They have 3 options: steak, chicken and ground beef but you can't order a mix in the same order. A little complicated to make the order, but service was ok. I tried soft steak and hard ground beef. Steak is really good but unfortunately, for me, it was spicy and I specified that I can't eat anything spicy. The hard shell tasted like an old one, flavor was weird and it wasn't really crunchy. Good thing is the happy hour, I think it was from 5 to 7pm. Half price on certain drinks and beers. The ambient looks more like a lounge, the decoration with the lights looks great!

It's a new establishment so am guessing it's a work in progress. They seem to be short staffed, took forever to bring the food even the bill. Food was okay, was expecting more due to what was presented on the web. As of right now, no alcohol is being served which I think is cool. Place was clean, friendly staff. Will go back cuz I would like to try their mufungo :-)

The best Latin cuisine in Allentown.. the food was Amazing and the presentation was just like the pictures. The mofongo was so good and fesh. I love that the waiter spoke English and was very friendly.. I will definitely be returning.

We used to go here for taco Tuesday but it's been about a year. Anyway, I was so disappointed. The tacos were cold had no flavor and were dry. They used to serve it with guacamole, Pico and sour cream. Now it's extra. The seafood soup literally tasted like Campbell's vegetable soup with shrimp, Mussels and calamari thrown in it. I will never go here again...save your money. The service is horrible and it took a half an hour for our food to come out. Maybe the owner should hire better staff and a chef instead of all the lighted ceilings and wall fixtures. You can make the inside pretty all you want to but the food still sucks. Ijs

Food was awesome. However, they were severely understaffed and although the server was great he had too many other tasks (including hosting!). Drinks were great just took FOREVER to get refills. Would have drank more if we could have gotten the poor guys attention. Not his fault so still gave him a good tip. Maybe will go back on a less crowded night.

The absolute worse after hours club to go to!!!!!!!! First of all we get there and no one knows English and we ask what type of music do they play and they said a mixture of everything but all they played was Spanish music, the security guards there are nasty and rude and pushed me out the way when I told them I wanted to leave and they said no wait. My friends where the first ones to arrive at the bar and no one went to serve them the lady that was bar tending ignored them . When other people came she only spoke to them, and this is about 20 mins in. So when we left the bar someone else took our places there and she ran right up to them to Conversate smh. "No Bueno" and as where standing around all the Spanish people was looking at us in disgust like why are these black and white ppl here? So we felt out of place and pushed out way out the club since the security guards wouldn't let us out and we asked for out money back and they said no. Over all worse experience in my life I would never step foot there again, but if your Spanish and only listen to Spanish music and love when people give you dirty looks then that place is for you, horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!

Terrible foods. Calimari tasted like a cardboard. When waitress asked me how was my food, I told her that it was dry and inedible. She looked at me like I have five heads then walked away. Mozzarella sticks were cold. Steaks were chewy and overdone. Cold service. Blaring loud music. Entrees are way overpriced. Save your money and go elsewhere.
