Went three times and left three times. All they care about is bottle service tables. Good luck getting a seat at the bar because no one sits at the tables. I have had better food at McDonald's.

Great place with great drinks, but during happy hour they charge 18 percent gratuity. It's not an issue, but for someone who walks in and orders a drink without looking at the menu with that clause....... you should probably inform the customer. Otherwise, a great place to grab a drink and lounge. :)

Horrible. Bartender was friendly but that's only good thing about the place. Extremely overpriced. $7 for Coors Light. I went early evening and the place was not very busy, however the music was all hard core rap. They offer hookah which is disgusting, left when someone nearby ordered that. Also, they automatically add 18% tip to your check (some places do that for large parties, this place does it for someone sitting at the bar ordering 1 drink). If you are looking for a low key place to have a drink, look elsewhere.

For a Tuesday night happy hour the music was too loud for the amount of people in the bar and certainly was not the type of music I was expecting for dinner. Initial service was slow to take our order but the food certainly came out quickly once we did order. Appetizers were good as was my burger. The wife’s spicy sushi was less spicy than the white rice it was made from. Dessert should have been left in the kitchen. Once the bill was sorted out since we had a groupon there was an automatic 18% tip for 2 of us. No need for us to ever go back here.

Great atmosphere, hard to get seating on a Friday to dine. The food was good and service was friendly and fast. The music is great, the dance floor is tiny... maybe enough room for 10 people. And the bathroom attendant kept telling customers she needed money for her rent, it was a very awkward way to get tips. Will definitely go back despite the cons.

I don’t write a lot of reviews unless I’m extremely impressed or extremely upset with an experience. I have to say I was very thrilled and happy with my experience here on Friday (May 11th) night. I was celebrating my graduation party with my friends and we couldn’t decide on where to go. We chose Bleu Martini because we know the DJ will be good. And let me tell you they did not disappoint! The manger recognized how large of a party we were and offered us a seating area with no required minimum. Now granted we spent quite a bit of course but we definitely appreciated the gesture. The music was fantastic, our server was attentive and prompt, the hookah was awesome and the bouncers were too too cool and awesome! Even gave us a couple of minutes to finish our drinks when they closed down. You never know what to expect when you go out, and I’m very very happy we picked Bleu Martini! Thank you for making my night epic. Don’t think I’ve danced that much in quite a while. We barely sat down the whole night! Thank you to your entire staff! Well done! I’ll certainly be back!

Terrible. Why they even let people keep coming in when they have no seating or standing available is beyond me. The staff is standoffish and uninformative. You just kind of wonder from one awkward spot to the next in there. If you're looking to show someone how fast you can waste your money for a really poor experience then this is the place for you.

How hard is it to get a decent plate of crispy (non slimy) wings and a beer. Not hard at all at the Bleu.... the food is good, the DJ is magnetic and the lighting is the best. I like the energy there. Haven't been to happy hour yet but I need to make it there soon. Me and my woman love hanging out in this spot. Been there quite a few times.

Stay away! Food was so bad I became sick, mash potatoes are clearly out of a box. My wife gnocchis were bad she couldn’t make it pass the second spoon full. Customer service was also terrible I received better from a McDonald’s and that is sad to say. Stay far from this place if you are considering it for restaurant week.

Went here for restuarant week and my experience was overall eh. The food was not horrible but also not the best considering the price. Now I saw that they had hookah and a wide selection of drinks so it may be better for those things rather than the food. On the plus side, the waitress was nice and I liked the calm, cool atmosphere.

The website says #1 Upscale Lounge in Philadelphia. They need to take that LIE down! This is beyond bottom of the barrel. I attended for restaurant week with my significant other. I picked this place over another based off of a recommendation and I was entirely disappointed. To start by saying, they were clearly unprepared for restuarant week! If you can't take the heat, get the heck out the kitchen!! I guess their kitchen staff was overwhelmed by the volume of people?? Because it took HOURS for us to get our food. Our salads took 45 minutes to get to the table but, the killer was we ordered appetizers and got the salads first. After waiting that long for a bag tossed salad with wilted lettuce, it took another 30 minutes for 2 out of 4 appetizers to come out. Apparently they forgot to cook our other 2. Then another 35 minutes for our actual entrees. I got the "glazed" salmon and rice and it tasted like a fish tank. Absolutely bland and the rice was tasteless as well. My boyfriend got the pesto gnocchi and it was also bland. The cheesecake tasted like it was pre frozen then thawed out. Disgusting. Once the bouncer arrived and the DJ came, their alleged dress code went right out of the window. We saw people in hoodies and timberland boots, which was stated "not allowed". If everything else wasn't terrible enough, the women's restroom was absolutely shocking. Tons of cheap perfume lined up on the bathroom sink, along with hair glue bottles! It was absolute ratchetry!! I am a REAL reviewer. Thanks to all the misguided ones on here saying how nice this place was. They're clearly paid..

This place plays great Hip Hop music. I absolutely loved the music choices. They turned the lights down and turned on a blue light which makes the place a bit more cozy. Their booth seats are comfortable too. I enjoyed my food. I ordered Cajun Salmon with mashed potatoes and veggies. It was pretty good. I came during happy hour so my Jolly Rancher Martini's were only 5 each and, to me, they were strong. My only complaint is that my waitress was a bit laxed. She helped the women at the table beside me way more than she helped me. I mean, she was nice and friendly, but she didn't earn the 18% gratuity that is included in the check. I got a bit hot after my first Martini and asked her for water that I have yet to receive. Yes, I'm writing the review as I'm sitting inside of the establishment and she still hasn't given me the water.

Honestly, this was a pretty unpleasant experience for me. The burger and fries I ordered were good, but the service was "meh" at best -- somewhat spacey and inattentive despite the fact that the place wasn't busy. The atmosphere was nice, but the bottled ciders I ordered came lukewarm -- yuck. All of this would be fine except for the bathroom attendant -- dear lord! She was telling women they weren't allowed to pee unless they gave her money (and enforcing this rule by stepping in the way of the stalls). Then she went on a racist rant about white people not tipping her (I'm white but don't look it). I tipped her, but only because I desperately needed to pee and get away from that uncomfortable situation. How amazingly unprofessional in a bar and restaurant that seems to be trying really hard to be upscale. I won't say it was a terrible experience, but the only positive thing was the food. Everything else needed some serious Bar Rescue action.

The only good thing that seperates this particular hookah lounge/bar from the rest is the location. Right in the heart of old city. Which is the only reason to the high priced cover charge and menu. For the many years this hookah lounge/bar has been opened to the public one would think the revenue would pay for an upgraded space by this time (at the very least a new bathroom). There is hope for this space if not there are plenty of competitions on the rise not too far that are not to stuck up to take music requests.

Seated right away, came early in evening. Had dinner on Groupon. We ordered what we wanted. Some food items were great others were not or basic and mediocre. The ambience I thought was tacky or overdone and there was rap music playing while we are eating our expensive meal. For eating a high priced meal felt awkwardly inappropriate. The service felt ghetto or unqualified. In the end, The check didn't incorporate that we used 2 $50 vouchers and it became a debate to finish our meal. We ended up paying more and then getting free dessert. They tried to be accommodating with fixing the check.

Had my birthday celebration here in January 2019. The prices for sections are ridiculous because of the small space you have. The customer service is mediocre, I've had better. The food was good and cooked properly but the wait for the food was extremely long. I wouldn't go back but my celebration turned out great regardless of those few things.

Went for restaurant week Here’s my review: Service- extremely slow and the waitress was very inattentive. She never came over to ask if we needed anything else or was everything okay. It was dead at 5 pm on a Friday night and it was so slow. The appetizers came out fast but the entree took forever even though it was dead. Food: some of it taste like it came straight out of a box and the rest of the food was bland. This is more of a night life spot- hip hop music being played. They automatically charge you 18% gratuity even the the service sucked. The most I would have paid is 15% for poor service

Asked for a different one, they didn't have that either and then got a run down of the rest of the beer they didn't have that was on their menu. I was going to eat there, but decided to leave. I went during restaurant week and I regret doing so. Everything except the wings and Caesar salad tasted bad. We ordered the filet mignon with mashed potato as well as the salmon with rice. The steak was not filet mignon, it was a big piece of sirloin that had a weird taste. The mashed potato had box mash see thru consistency, no taste. The salmon had a strong fishy taste. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Celebrated my birthday here since my original plan was to go next door to Cuba Libre but due to their overrated dress code we were able to get in and definitely enjoyed the music! It was a little ridiculous that we got charged a $20 fee because my boyfriend was wearing his polo hoodie because it was so cold out made me not want to go in but we made the best of out it. The crowd was popping and was pretty packed but we all had fun.

Its supposed to be a resturant/lounge but it's a club at night with two Cramped, overcrowded, overpriced place that think they're upscale but not even close. All sorts of sketchy things happen. If you were there earlier eating, drinking or smoking hookah, you would be asked to vacate your seat at 9:30pm unless you buy a bottle which is $300. Seats wpuld probably give you back problems. Patrons can get really rowdy & uncontrollable. Toilets are disgusting most days but on the plus, they have good music & you meet a diverse crowd here. Drinks are cut so I'll say pregame properly or prepare to pay $300 for a bottle

I ordered 2 drinks (which were horrible ),then the check came and they took it upon themselves to add gratuity 18%without even mentioning it. $24 . The bartenders charge what they want, 2 other customers come in their drinks came to $18 the girls told them they only had $11 the bartender said ok.. Sad!!! Will never go back again to the Armenian place

My opinion may be a little biased considering I am in my 40's and my husband and I went on a late Saturday night. BAD IDEA! If you are looking for a mature crowd, and a more relaxed environment, this is not the place. The crowd was very young, a a little rowdy, the drink prices are RIDICULOUS, and the overall service is not even mediocre.

This was a pretty neat spot in the city. I went on a Wednesday night with my girlfriend for hookah. The place was calm and clean, the waitress was nice, and the food was delicious. However some of the items were slightly overpriced and at the end there were some discrepancies on our bill, the waitress was nice about it and removed all the extra charges. Overall I had a pleasant experience and very delicious food.
