A Fathers Day I finally enjoyed with my family. Candace was phenomenal and made sure we were fully accommodated. Never had an empty drink on the table the Chicken Bourbon burger was a great alternative for me. She took the time to even read the small print my wife and I were unable to see to ensure we were recieving exactly what we wanted.

If I could not give any stars for this review I wouldn’t. As someone who lives in the area and visits bar Louie frequently, I was extremely disappointed with the mistreatment I experienced. Last night a group of my friends and myself decided to grab our last drink at Bar Louie. When we sat down at the male bartender said to us “you know you’re really cutting it close by showing up right now” I asked if they had last call and he ignored me with the question “what do you want?” Myself and two girlfriends ordered the same drink. We were told we could not pay separately since they were trying to close. Our significant others walked in and right away, again the male bartender says “ we already had last call I’m not making you drinks”. They asked for beers. The bartender poured the beers and again would not let anyone pay separately. After about 5 minutes we were told to take our drinks and leave. When questioned if we were even allowed to walk into the casino with beer glasses we were told “yes we just need you to get out”. To top everything off as we were exiting another female bartender very sarcastically waved us off and said “byyyeee” making all of us feel unwanted and I welcomed. Lastly we were stopped by security as soon as we walked out and told we were not allowed to walk around with drinks, leaving us to discard our beverages. As someone who owns a restaurant I fully understand the frustrations with guest showing up before closing time. The difference between my business and the experience I had at Bar Louie was my staff would never treat any customer that way regardless of what time they showed up and we always welcome any last minute business. I am deeply saddened by this experience and will no longer suggest the establishment when I host out of town guest.

Came in for a blind date. Tammy made excellent recommendations for our meals and as always, I had a great experience. I was a little disappointed that the bartenders didn't seem to be working as a team. When Tammy was busy with other guests, we didn't really have anyone else interact with us or offer fresh drinks. Tammy more than made up for that though with excellent service!

I stopped by to hear the band and they kicked me out because I bought a beer at Breakers. I was told that it was company policy not to allow "outside alcohol", even if it was purchased in the casino??? So much for getting good service at Bar Louie. It's a real shame, I like the place otherwise.

Myself and a few friends went out last night for drinks and an appetizer, usually we sit at the bar but this time we sat at a table. Our waitress Courtney was great, she was able to provide great service and still joke around with us to make us feel like we were regulars even though we had never been there before. Food was very good except I ordered a burger with fries onions. Did not get fried onions asked server for them and mustard. Walked away came back and practically threw the mustard. Came back 5 minutes later handed me a plate and ran away. It was a plate of deep fried onion petals. I when he came back about 7 minutes later I asked him what that was and he said it was what they serve here as fried onions . Service was the worst service I have had in years. It will take a while before

We always have a great time here. The food is great even if it is a bit pricey. For a casino restaurant it's not a huge surprise. The staff is always very friendly, they have great drink options and a fun atmosphere. It's always very clean and the service is pretty quick even when they're busy, which they almost always are! Great place for a night out with friends or a cozy dinner with your SO. Highly recommend!

Prices are extremely high. Service is slow . Music is so loud you can't hear yourself think let alone anyone talking. Only thing I like about this place is that it's in the casino and there are a lot of good looking women but you better be caking to get a number... everyone is stuck up.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever encountered. Waited an hour and a half for 2 sandwiches and our server never even checked on us or apologized. Also got charged $ $8.00 for a non alcoholic drink which was not a huge deal but it seemed expensive for a club soda with cherry juice. Service was horrible. Thos was our first time there. We were very dissatisfied. We know things get crazy on the weekends but for our server to not at least check on us or apologize for the wait time is unacceptable

Candace really is a Diva like her shirt says. She made the night unforgettable and entertaining. The wait was not what we expected but she timed the food perfectly between our app and main course. Food is portioned so well that its hard to even think about desert but we took her advice there is always room for liquid desert. S'mores martinis made us all finally feel that little bit of warmth of summer we have all been searching for. Hoping to have her again tomorrow.

My husband and I came in for lunch on 12/22/18 and our server Chris was very welcoming and helpful. We had some questions on the menu and he was quick to answer. Great live music at this bar Louie, and being in a casino it's a great atmosphere. Drinks were decent food was great. Good size portions and prices were not too bad. Loved the loaded tots and chip combos. Heard the sliders were also equally good. Good bar food and less formal atmosphere compared to other places at Mohegan sun.

My wife and i just got our phones charged in the hotel. If i was able to write a review earlier i would have. Candace was our waitress and she was incredible can not say the same for some rude customers who i witnessed whistling to get to her as she was helping my family and i with questions we had reguarding food and an allergy. She addressed our questions and even went back to check and make sure my wife would not become ill due to a tomato allergy. She took her time and even suggested some great shots for our group since it was our last night and funds were low she told us about a diva that was great tasting and affordable. She presented our food to us and made sure to check multiple times to see how things were. Seeing as she was the only server there at the time i appreciate all she had did for myself and my family. Keep up the positivity bar louie and keep that waitress she deserves a raise or some recognition for her actions.

Went here one night for the first time to have a few drinks after work. My bartender Courtney took care of me for the night and she was the definition of hospitality. When I go to the casino I want hospitality experts but don't usually expect it in my home town but she was the perfect mix of incredibly friendly and sociable and professional. She recommended great drinks and made them flawlessly as well as kept engaged throughout the whole night. I went for a few drinks but stayed at least an extra hour because she made such a great experience. If I will have that kind of experience when I go there I will begin to become a frequent flyer.

Very disappointed with our visit last evening. There was literally only our table of 8 and 1 other table. Waitress was not attentive at all. After she delivered our food she never came back once. We had to get up and go to her for check. Food was just ok nothing to rave about. Not sure I would choose Bar Louie again on my visit to mohegan.

Atmosphere is great, our server was great, food was great. (I got the bourbon burger, excellent! My only suggestion for an area of improvement is the music level. I was there to have a business lunch and with not a lot of people in the restaurant the music level was pretty high. So maybe turn it down a little for the weekday lunch crowd? Aside from that, I will definitely be going back and recommend you go also.

Getting pricey for the quality of their food and drinks. Ordered a beer. . regular size and the bartender brought a large. He apologized and said he would only charge for the regular size, but when the bill came it was for the large one. He didn't adjust the cost. We use to go at least once a week, but now every couple months.

So I love to come over and eat and have drinks . Well forever I always bought the shrimp tempura I always loved it and probably had it dozens of times and more. Well I was sick and haven't been able to to get there for a while . This time my shrimp were breaded not tempura . And tiny one tiny and then one half the size they used to be. Not good . I didn't complain there , but was disappointed .I would rather you keep the product I love and charge me more than give me something I don't really want. Very disappointed at the bar in plains , pa. . Money is not the problem but your product is.

Had dinner at Bar Louies at Mohegan Sun Casino in Wilkes Barre tonight. Was lucky to score a good table and had 2 great girls waiting on us all night. It just so happens they were sisters. Tessa and Amelia Kelley. Both beautiful and charming and very attentive. They knew the menu by heart and suggested the impossible burger. A veggie burger only available at limited venues. It looked and tasted like real beef! I highly recommend it! The food was great and the service was fantastic. Our waitresses were working the room all night but always were checking up on us to make sure we were well stocked with food and drinks. If you go try and sit in these two heart breakers section. They'll take good care of you. Great live music too. Cool place to hang and party.

Atomsphere was great on a busy fathers day along with Candace who makes an amazing Diva and Strawberry Sangria. The food suggested was delicious as well as our drinks. Candace gave us an experience to remember. She was spot on and made us feel welcomed even though the place was packed. Wish we were able to make reservations for the 4 of us the next time we were in so we can have Candace again. Only thing I would change is the fact smaller reservations can't be made.

After over 35 minutes, 5 people got their food while of course mine didnt come. I was assured it was coming out in a minute. 20 mins later my husband had to go ask where my food was and for someone to come take the order of the now 3 new people. The food was terrible and blah.

First time we ever got a table was last night for my wife's birthday. Yes it was close to midnight but she didn't order anything extravagant. I'm guessing the waitress assumed we were young and broke. She came to the table exactly once with no personality at all other than miserable. Stupid assumption! Cost you the tip and I don't think we have EVER done that, we tip extremely well but she was ignorant. Other times the place has been fairly decent. The drinks get expensive fast but its a casino!

Keith was the most amazing waiter ever. We came to bar louie to celebrate my sister bachelorette party. He took care of all our drinks with Nikki and our order. Made sure evdrything was okay multiply time. We was super jice and professional alone with Nikki. Fantastic service!!!

We came to bar louie with our friends before we went to the show Friday night. The place was packed by 5:15. I highly recommend making reservations because our party was sat and taken care of pretty quickly. The host Jane was phenomenal. Our server Meghan did a great job being attentive and friendly. We appreciated that she separated checks for us. We had a great time and we met the new manager. We will be back next month for date night. Kudos to the staff!

Had Candace this evening and she was incredible. Very suggestive and positive attitude even while myself and 3 friends witnessed a table treating her terrible she came back over to us positive and willing to help with any questions. We even got a few divo shots i think they are called and they were excellent bigger then any shot i have had for a great price. Overall highly enjoyed our first experience here on our last night from Jersey. Thank you for teaching your staff to maintain a positive attitude and not carey the negative to other customers.

Great burgers, and tater tots - loaded and regular! It's a big open space, but when you're sitting in a booth it actually seems kind of cozy. And there's usually some kind of a deal going on, whether it's for drinks or food. Check out Tuesday's - the aforementioned great burgers are on all kinds of sale!

Went there for the Dollar Burger special on Tuesday and was expecting some skimpy little convenient store thing but was very pleased to find a huge juicy burger in my plate! I really enjoyed it! Food service was a white slow though so they should do something about that. We were lucky a second very efficient waitress came by to ask why we had not been served yet. She had out food in about 15 minutes.

Tonight I was traveling for work and stopped in. The food was amazing and Megan took amazing care of me. It was really nice to truly enjoy dinner on road for once. Will be back next time I'm traveling and I'm making sure to request Megan!
