Love this place, chill and open vibe. When you order a citrus drink (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit) they are FRESH SQUEEZED and the herbs are FRESHLY PICKED. No sugar or additives. Love it! Great selection of Bend micro brews as well.

I ordered drinks for.my friends and we went out to smoke and then we came back to our table and our drinks were gone and people.took out table. I talked to the staff and they denied that it was their issue. This bar has ZERO integrity and they don't take responsibility for their actions. No one should EVER go there unless they want to get ripped off or drugged. WORST BAR IN BEND!!!

I travel for work and love karaoke. This places was awesome. Bartenders were amazing and patrons we're friendly, but not overly so. Great spot to grab a drink, some food, and karaoke to your hearts content. Thursday night is karaoke night!!!

This place has the most underrated happy hour in Bend. I used to live here and love the burgers. Get the pretzel bun. It won't disappoint you. The pizza is great too. Most people think Astro is just a club but the food is great. I came back for a vacation recently and had to do happy hour here like old times. Craig was the bartender and he was outstanding. Thanks Craig and Astro for enhancing my trip back here.

I've only been here once and found it to be the rudest establishment in Bend Oregon. I was first asked that I tip extra on dollar drink night by a female bartender named Mindy. I thought this was an odd question and unprofessional to beg for money, but I didn't hesitate to tip her two dollars anyway. Upon returning to the counter, I asked what the card minimum was and Mindy responded rudely that it was ten dollars. I asked if this would still apply because I had already spent ten dollars in there. She quickly snapped at me and told me she was done serving me for no reason while I remained calm and collected throughout her anger. My friends tried to ask what the deal was and she couldn't provide a valid answer. The next thing I know, there is security surrounding me and accusing me of being in the wrong. I left the building furious and confused. I will never be paying this business another cent at any point in my life and I recommend who's ever reading this doesn't either.

We went to the Astro lounge on a random occasion for their great happy hour and have since been going about twice a week. Every time we’ve had Tiffany she provides friendly service and stiff drinks. The bouncer named Guy also became one of our favorite bar staff to encounter in Bend. All around, the place has a great vibe with great drinks and great workers. I definitely recommend this place for a daily happy hour or an eventful weekend night.

Over all food was good. Drinks were good. Late nite food menu starts a little early in my opinion though. Noisy younger crowd. Do not recommend for 28+ crowd unless you like the chaos that comes with the younger generation. Overall atmosphere was great though.

We had some of the best cocktails ever! Tiffany was our bartender, and was fantastic. There were salsa dance lessons going on (it was a Thursday) which created a super fun environment. Definitely recommend, and will be back next time we are in town!

OK beer selection but slightly disappointing for how much Bend is known for their Beer brewing and consumption. Didn't have food so I can't comment on that but the menu had some great sounding dishes. This rating is based solely on the lack of beer choices considering the location of the bar.

I know this as the dance bar in Bend and I really never had tried the food. On a lark I decided to stop in during happy hour and got a western burger... Oh my god. I fell in love on the first bite. I have had world class burgers from all over and this was THE best tasting burger I havr ever had. They were skimpy with the fries but my god who cares with a diamond like that on your plate.

Astro bar is an awesome place. First night we went they had open mic with some great local talent. The second night we went it was a fun night to people watch. The bartender Criag was there both nights and was very attentive and friendly. He made our experience there one to remember and definitely come back whenever we are in town. This place is a home run!

If I could leave -5 stars I would. The staff and a man that claimed to be the "owner" were obnoxiously rude. The first night that we showed up, the "owner" was eating chicken wings at the front door while checking IDs. We made light of the fact that he was licking his fingers clean and he replied in a very snarky tone that "we didn't have to come in". We elected at that point to keep moving down the street and found a great bar to go to instead. The next night we thought we would give it another shot and that is when things got even worse. We were asked for our ID once inside by the owner right in front of the female bartender. 30 seconds later the bartender asked us for our ID again. We attempted to make a joke about us just getting ID checked and she replied with yet another snarky remark of "we don't have to serve you". We awkwardly laughed and gave over our IDs. We didn't feel the need to leave a tip based on her service. She responded to our 0 dollar tip by telling the manger to cut us off from being served any more drinks for the rest of the night. We explained to him what happened and he laughed in our face and replied with "I have to support my bar staff". We calmly finished our drinks and on our way out tried to order one drink. The male bartender asked for our ID for the third time since we'd been there and we handed it over no issue. He was going back to grab ingredients to start making our drink when the female bartender whispered something to him. He came back and told us we were cut off. I asked why, and he replied that we were "drunk and aggressive". We had had one drink that evening. We explained the situation and yet again we were laughed out of the establishment. I have never been so disrespected in an establishment or failed so miserably by upper management. It was a classic "mean girl" situation in which the owner supported and even contributed to. I will never return.

Fun bar, we had a good time from out of town. Only downside was that they lost my debit card, told me they had no track record of my tab despite my spelling my name and checking multiple times. Pretty darn inconvenient since I was 2700 miles from home and leaving the next day. I had to leave without it. Sure enough they had some track of my tab because a 10.00 charge showed up on my bank statement. Still, it was a fun place.

Ordered a club soda and a ginger ale for my friend and me because we were winding down for the night. I was charged 9.00 for the two non alcoholic beverages, I decided not to tip because I didn't agree with the price and I had already left tips that night and then they added a 20% tip without my consent.

Went on Thursday night and it was pretty busy, they only had one bartender, so I can kind of understand her frustration, but she was AWFUL to deal with. We got ignored for 20 minutes when we know she clearly saw us. Refused to serve is food, because she was "too busy", and charged 10 dollars for some soda. Maybe if it were a different bartender, the experience would have been different.

I only go here on Tuesday night for $1 well drinks from 10 p.m. to midnight. Dance floors a bit small and music is very limited. Good for locals though.
