My wife and I were Jonesing for fried chicken, ordered carry out. I was early, staff was friendly and provided good service as I had a drink while waiting. Chicken, mac n cheese and fries were all delicious, can't wait to go there again.

Right down the street from other bars and restaurants you'll find this spot tucked back near some housing and other business. When you go inside you can tell it has some history and cool stories. It looks like it could almost be a dive bar sort of place but has a real interesting menu with plenty of delicious beers too. The food was pretty good when we went on a Monday night. We enjoyed a chicken wing special and then each got something interesting and different. My wife got to Winner Winner and liked her chicken, the French fries and loved their Mac and cheese which was the sea shell style noodles, some good cheese or cheeses and maybe a hint of bread crumbs for flavor and texture. Someone else got the hot chicken sandwich and fries and we're happy. I got the eggplant parmesan sandwich which was pretty good (maybe a little small) and fries and I was pleased with that. Probably an expected challenge was biting into it at times and not pulling all of the eggplant out of it. I will definitely go back again for both food and drink and sample more of the menu. It's a pretty spacious area and I totally like the laid back bar atmosphere they have going on. Oh and the staff seemed to know the regulars and was accommodating and funny with us which we all enjoyed.

Good place for a quick bite or a few drinks. Off the beaten path. The food is decent and fairly cheap, very relaxed atmosphere. Attracts a middle-aged crowd mostly. If you’re here with a guy named McClure, he will always be served the fries, no matter who ordered them ;)

2.5 I got the hot chicken breast. I really don't really love when fried chicken is boneless and skinless. The hot wasn't super hot just heavy on the smokey taste. The pickle was probably my favorite part. Skip the mac and cheese, it was inedible. The fries were nothing special. Liked the coleslaw. Food took forever and it wasnt super crowded or anything.

I love this bar it's my kind of place, every bar maid is great . I like to go on Thursday. Great food everyone needs to go there just once, and you will keep coming back. The neighborhood is cleaning up.and the bar, has unique art work and photos hanging everywhere you have to see for yourself.
