Had a great time at the concert. Had drinks and appetizers. Bartender Sara was fantastic, entertaining and mad a mean cocktail. She made the wait before the show memorable. Thanks Sara!
I haven't eaten there yet, but I hear that the food is excellent! The reason why I like this place is because I work next door at Mable's B.B.Q. so I am frequently associating with their staff and they are the greatest people that you could meet. Plus they have some great concerts there as well!
This is a great place for any foodie that also wants a great cocktail and groovy environment to consume it. The nacho appetizer was amazing and the yardbird chicken sandwich was juicy and delicious. There was also great souvenir is the …
This place is a great location for concert viewing. The only downside is that it isn't as open as I would prefer, so you have to get right into it to see the performance. Although the balcony seats are fantastic for the right show!
Food was excellent. Just make sure you get the correct beer. I ordered 2 different beers and neither were correct. However, service was top notch.
Food was amazing, service was on point. I had the voodoo shrimp and my husband had the country fried steak. We loved it.
Such a wonderfully sized, intimate venue.
When did it become okay to openly smoke pot inside a concert hall? I have a job that does random drug testing. At the Badfish concert there were several people openly smoking and passing a joint around up in the balcony area. I understand pot is becoming legal in many states, but it is still illegal to smoke in Ohio, and I understand people enjoy a joint and a show, but I'd like to enjoy the show also. Sorry House of Blues I can't attend any more concerts there. My job is much more important to me than spending 50.00 to get high off your other concert goers.
One of the places on my bucket list along with other land Mark's in Cleveland's House of Blues was definitely one of my favorite places, on my visit to Cleveland.
Amazing show! Also, this is such an odd and interesting venue
Last year my son called the day before St. Patty's day to ask about reserving a room the next day so he could propose to his now fiance. They were so accommodating, and made their day even more special. So how fitting to go back to visit during their bachelor and bachelorette parties. Amazing place, with beautiful decor!
Always a fun time. Everyone we have been to anyway!
Staff was good atmosphere inside and out is good but the show stopper is the food man it's good give it a try
Not enough seating not very spacious over all the event was nice.
Joan and cathy at House of Blues listening to Prognation and Zygrt Aug 23, 2019
House of Blues never disappoints. From high profile names to local aspiring artists! Great food, great vibes, and great people. House of Blues in Cleveland is not only one of the best of its kind. Its really one of the best around entirely. Never had a bad time there ! not once.
Ate there before the All-Star game...Jambalaya was awesome
Loved my experience here so much! The atmosphere and the people here are awesome and the concert was amazing!! I highly recommend you attend a good choiced concert at this location, you'll certainly enjoy it, hopefully as much as I did!
We came here for a concert and paid for the VIP experience (prepay for meals, eat the meals, and get seated early.). The food in the restaurant was better than average, the only gripe I'd have was with the venue. The waiting area for the VIPs wasn't well organized - they had us in front of doors people actively needed to use, there wasn't any easy way to get band merch in the venue without leaving, and the venue was a bit more cramped than expected though the show we saw was excellent. Some more organization would be appreciated but otherwise it was a good time.
Had a great time! The bartender at the front was a lot of fun. Prince tribute band did a great job! We also ate at the restraunt and definitely have to tell everyone to try the voodoo shrimp and nachos! You wont be disappointed!
This place is a great location for concert viewing. The only downside is that it isn't as open as I would prefer, so you have to get right into it to see the performance. Although the balcony seats are fantastic for the right show!
Good place for live music. If you get a seat upstairs don't get an aisle seat on the first couple of rows in the left or right sections. The railing that faces each aisle rises another couple of feet partially blocking the view of the stage. And for such a small venue the music is LOUD. Carry earplugs.
The house of blues is a very intimate mid size venue, depending on the show it can range from a good to great venue. The pit area gets congested and hard to navigate in comparison to the agora. The seated balcony is very intimate but very much separated from the energy of the pit.
Great venue as always. Good food and drinks and pleasant staff. Would recommend a visit!
Not my favorite place for concerts. But if you have to go and see your favorite band, it's not bad.
Love the concerts here but lately the vocal sound (when they are talking) is so low you can not understand them. This happened on several different shows.
Great area love it, always has awesome sound. It's kinda' small but makes up for it in awesome. It's smaller so that means you can be closer to your favourite band. They have a area that you can go upstairs for normally VIP. and the standing room. The food next door is good, and they have a cool little shop. They hand out water at points too if you are thirsty for free, which is a small thing but nice. Most places I have been don't do that.
Ambiance like none other...great staff
Nice venue despite being small. Good food for a good price. The vibe was perfect And the service was good despite only being 2 bartenders.
Really cool to take the back way in, standing room only, but super cozy with your favorite bands. Definitely a place to go see if you want an intimate experience!
I wish I had 3 days to read everything and take it all in! They just added the items for the 2019 inductees so that was great to see. The BEST part was the video in the theater. It was as if you were live and in concert! Never enough space to do justice for all the inductees.
Nice venue, drinks are VERY pricey. $9 for a glass of wine.
Food was great at restaurant but $11 warm beer at concert.
Greeted with an attitude and was seated quickly but were quickly forgotten. Sat at the table for almost 20 minutes and never saw anyone from the staff to even take a drink order or bring water. The place wasn't full and there were several empty tables. We asked the folks next to us how long it took to get served and they said over 45 minutes. After that I knew it was time to leave. As I walked out I told the rude greeter that we never had anyone show up at the table and with his snotty voice asked me, what table was that, I told him to ask the person who sat us. Never said sorry or had any remorse for the lack of service. Will avoid that place for life.
Hot food, cold beverages, and live music......makes a fun night. Place was busy as soccer and the baseball game ended about same time however friendly staff were able to seat us. Had the Cadillac margarita.....delicious! Food and drinks were on point all night. Definitely a good stop especially when live music is in the restaurant.
We went to see Here Come the Mummies. They were great but the warm up record spinner was not. What seemed like hours he played the same song. Looked like he was changing records but he wasn't.
Drinks were pricey. People were nice. Help was lacking collective bargaining?
Grateful night every 1st Friday with Dupree's Dead Band in the Foundation Room is one of my favorite things at House Of Blues!
Loved my first visit, I will definitely go again when in the area. Staff was excellent, drinks and food to my standard.
Food was great! Always have a good time when I'm in downtown Cleveland
Music sounds great, standing room by the stage is tight but when you came away from the stage the walking area was good. The staff does try to rush you out the building right after the show is over kinda rudely. If it's cold outside and people are sweaty and waiting for Uber's they should be a bit more patient.
Food a d atmosphere were excellent
The concert venue at House of Blues Cleveland is what still lets Cleveland keep its title as the home of rock and roll. As much as I love big arena concerts at the Quicken Loans Arena or Blossom, I see more quality concerts at House of Blues than anywhere else in town. From country to rap to rock, they have it all. If you haven't seen a concert here yet, you're missing out.
This place will forever have a good rep for me! First of all, the place is awesome! Good selection of beer and mixed drinks are decent! Just recently added Monday Night Dj sets are AMAZING! I went to see Mira from Lady tron mix it up, and it was a night to remember! Nicole and Krysta are the nicest people and you need people like that to make a place great!
Recent visit to see Belle and Sebastian with openers Men I Trust (who were AMAZING). Stopped in to the restaurant for dinner first - pleasantly surprised to have a really good meal. Nachos (suggested by server) were quite good, as was the fried chicken sandwich. Service was efficient and friendly, and out drinks were empty for only moments before another cold beer was brought to us. We asked for a specific table which I know screws up the server rotation - at no point did we feel that we inconvenienced anyone and this request was happily accommodated. Server asked if we were there to see the concert, and when he found out we had VIP tickets he quickly brought the individual responsible for coordinating this to our table. We were provided our passes and given information about how to get to the venue from the restaurant. The concert venue was intimate, with good-not-great acoustics. VIP section comfortable with outstanding service. Restroom facilities were clean enough, but why the creepy attendant? (Personal pet peeve - I can't stand someone handing me a towel or shilling candy or cologne) I am someone who looks askance at chain restaurants or places like this, preferring independent clubs and restaurants, but the professional manner of all staff, the quality of the food, and the fair prices will likely cause me to strongly considering another evening at House of Blues. Excellent experience!
Love concerts here, small venue, great ambience.
peculiar venue. the sound and view are great if you're up front in the pit or in seats upstairs. the venue is loaded with spots that have bad views and sounds. the drinks are the most expensive as any venue in town I usually buy zero beers so I save $. it's the only venue clean enough to poop at
Didn’t care much for the food but that waitress named Autumn is a total babe. Five stars.
This is my favorite venue! Everytime I see Hellyeah perform its here!!!! The environment and people are amazing. We are all one big family!
Great location for a concert! We did the dinner package with our show. Our server Autumn was great! The VIP hostess brought us to our table and our cocktail waitress took care of us all night! Our show was amazing! It was so nice to be so close to the stage!
Went to a concert here a while back; great place. The staff and security were on point, the only reason they get 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because they didn’t accept Canadian credit cards; the bartender said the system wasn’t accepting them...... thankfully I had enough cash on me for drinks.
Nice vibrant location. Great live entertainment. The staff was friendly but the service was not up to par. I wouldn’t recommend this place late in the evening maybe they have better service in the afternoon the appetizers were great but the dinner was disappointing.
Food was good but a bittt pricey. Will still come back.
Always fun wedding venue this time GREAT
Very cool venue. Lots of access to bars. Sound could have been a bit better. Was on the cusp of being too loud to hear the instruments clearly.
Jamey Johnson was amazing tonight! Great venue.. Eat at the restaurant to get early access to the venue!
I made reservations online so we could grab a bite before the Songs & Stories show with Art Alexakis and company last Thursday. We were seated immediately towards the back, and had a great server. My husband ordered a beer. I had the Beast of Bourbon when I should have stuck with beer or wine. It was Knob Creek made with maple syrup and chocolate bitters, which sounded good on the menu, but was way too sweet. I finished it because they charge $13.
One of my favorite venues to go to... have been there several times and I love the location to the hotel I stay at which is about 1 minute away
Love the House of Blues. A great view of stage from anywhere.
Nice place to see a show, although not the nicest looking venue. It's not historic or ornate, just a very dull concert hall with great sound. The ceilings look like something u would see in a factory and the art painted on the walls is juvenile at best. Needs a facelift. The Masonic is right down the road and much nicer I was told by the staff.
Honestly, we came here Friday August 2. Best service. Came back Sunday, August 4th at 9pm after a hilarities show for a few drinks and maybe an app on the patio (which was dead). The hostess (darker lady with black hair) looked like she was having a terrible day. Just miserable. Ignored us at the beginning an gave pure attitude, even rolled her eyes when she started acknowledging us. She told us we can’t sit on the patio. I asked why we can’t sit on the patio, there’s no one on it... we planned to have some drinks and get an app or two. She said because were not getting a meal, we can’t sit on the patio. How does this make sense? I literally told her we wanted to have drinks and split some appetizers. She was purposely being difficult because she was miserable. We went to zocalo and they happy served us on their patio.
All ages bring the kids for family fun !!
Service is always excellent even when they have a full house. Nothing but enjoyable experiences here. Bring your appetite because portions are filling. Atmosphere is similar to a place in Columbus I loved.
Had a great lunch there today. Our server was attentive, and food was good. My friend even received a discount for her military service!
Went to a wedding reception here and everything was excellent.
Great venue for hosting a Rock Hall Legend!
Good food, live music, what else can you want? It was a little more expensive than I would have thought but it was overall very good so I'd say it was worth it.
Mothers day gospel brunch is so fun! Buffet was good, music was great!!! Parking was easy. Can I get an amen!?!
Staff was extremely nice, clean for a concert venue. Cool small place to see a band perform.
Just seen the talk of the town play there and they were great had a blast
90s night - so fun!
Other than the parking ticket I got for parking in the street for a little over 2 hrs HOB was great. Great venue Great food. Nice people. That Arena Rock Show killed it that night. Definitely will be back.
A great gospel brunch for Mother's Day food was good I had a great time
It was really good. It was also my 1st time there. While I liked my food and got great service, I feel like it was a little overpriced for the portion of food compared to the cost.
Great place for a concert. Not a bad seat in the house. Usually general admission. Lots of great bands go through here.
ENJOYED ourselves! They ran out of food for the Eric B and Rakim Concert but the Staff was COOL as hell. We can't wait to go back.
The food overall is great and it come super quick after order. It's a bit pricey and the sides cost alot more than it should.
Super friendly staff. Tour is in the works for you of you ask and if there is no concert going on. Phenomenal history and incredible detail. So cool band history.
Came here from Pittsburgh to see Metric and July Talk, and had a great time. The venue is the perfect size, the views seemed good no matter where I was standing, as well as the acoustics.
It's a bit pricey but the food was excellent and the staff are very friendly and the band was great! ProgNation!
Loved it the place was awesome. Loved the consert. But it was hot as hell inside
This place is awesome!! Great music, great food, great staff!!
I see 5-10 shows here a year and after last nights I think I've finally had enough. Shows are oversold and too crowded for the actual space. If you get stuck back by the bar you won't be able to see the stage or here anything except the loud people talking at the bar. I get it, it's a concert and stuff is gonna be loud and not everyone gets front row but I have suffered through some truly terrible crowds here. At a sold out Andrew Bird show (where you expect mild and respectful patrons) the bar crowd was so loud multiple people were asking groups to quiet down just so we could hear the artist. Last month I saw an electronic show, think loud and bassy and there was literally a group screaming over the music, how is that even possible? On top of all that the sound system and acoustics are just bad. The ceiling below the balcony is too low. The bar is fine and usually has really fast service so I'll give them that. If you don't mind loud obnoxious suburban teenagers then this place is for you. At this point it is more worth it to spend hundreds of extra dollars and travel to Detroit, Pittsburgh or Columbus to see a tour. And to all the artists that have had to put up with the god awful crowds at this place, we're very sorry but Cleveland just isn't a music City and we don't deserve you. Oh and I'm still bitter about the live Nation takeover in 2006.
Had a real good time at a brew festival. Fun environment and a lot of good beer. We paid $40+service fee per ticket and it gave us more drink samples then we could use. We ended up giving almost half of them to a random person. I'd definitely check out other events here.
Great place to see a show. Buy dinner and get into show early.
I wish they had more handicap accessible seating that wasn't so hard to get to
My first concert ever and it was amazing. They could do something along the street so that people don't have to stand outside in the cold but other than that it was a great venue!
Seems like the customers are ALL one big HAPPY family !!!
We saw the Chris Robinson Brotherhood on Saturday night, and we really liked the House of Blues venue. We had reserved seats in the balcony which were comfortable, and it was nice having a second set of bar/food areas upstairs for that. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional. We were glad there was a coat check (because we walked there on a very chilly night), but be forewarned that they charge $5 per item for it.
Great band and food and service on point.
Once in a lifetime moments! If your a fan of music then this is a MUST visit! Put it on your bucket list and make the trek.
It was just nice being an iconic place like House of Blues very awesome really really awesome
Place for art events. It’s big nice place where lot of music concerts will be happen. Went for raw artist event
Food wasn’t very good. My cousin ordered a wedge salad and it’s bizarre. How do you clean a romaine wedge? Gross.
HOB has changed the interior since I last visited but that's a great thing. I had a blast attending Grungefest.
Just wish there was more seating, but the music was great.
I went to the Raw Artists show and although the show itself was fun, the venue for it was so small. I could barely maneuver my way around to see the artists. And the drinks were overly expensive. 2 glasses of Pepsi and a small can of Twisted Tea cost me $16... what the hell?!
It was a great venue. The sound was excellent and no ringing ears the next day. Coat check was available. Proximity to the stage was great, we could get nice and close.
Best venue in Cleveland. Beautiful inside. Good food, cold beer. Always a good time.
Awesome venue. Great food. Fantastic entertainment for everyone. Friendly staff. All in all a great place to go
This was one of the best places I've ever eaten!
I can only comment on the venue because I have not tried the food. I like that they have a smaller floor space as well as stadium seating above. I like all the funky artwork on the walls. I wish they would get rid of the projector screen showing ads before the show. Good sound.
One of my favorite venues in Cleveland! Didn't realize it was so big and had different bars. The Foundation room is worth it and apparently there is another bar above it that I haven't had the chance to make it to yet.
Another phenomenal show! Been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Five stars, will be back again and again. Actually saw my first show here. <3
Good place good food will always go there
Great venue with service for drinks and food during the concerts.
First time coming to this venue for Marianas Trench and my wife and I are disappointed in the venue. We had "VIP" passes and were not treated like VIPs at all. The venue did not follow with what their email said that they sent out. They made everyone wait outside while there was a storm so we all got soaked and there was a wind advisory. The workers had attitudes. Not a good experience. Being from the Detroit area, the venues in Detroit are much better service wise. Will probably not be back. Also, the email asked for VIPs to be there AT 4 for check in. We got there at 4 exactly and there was a line outside, we assumed were the VIPs waiting to get in. After 40 minutes of standing there, my wife started asking other people of they were VIPs and they weren't. There were no signs posted, no staff outside checking for VIPs. My wife missed her meet and greet with the band and I had to sit there and watch her fall to disappointment over a band she waited nine years to see and meet. We walked inside, where there was one staff member who told us to go to the back room where they were already doing g photo ops at 4:40. After we were done we told the coordinator what happened and she said, "we ushered all of the VIPs in at 3:45. The email said 4 and my wife and I walked to there. There should have been signs or something for anyone who got there at the time stated in the email. My wife was crushed. Absolutely unprofessional. There was no Q and A as stated either. After 3p more minutes of photo ops, we were asked to wait outside in the rain until our, "early entry," which was at 6:47, 13 minutes before the show, we were soaked and cold. My wife stayed up all night planning her outfit, and creating a mask for this show, as I'm sure many other fans did, to pay extra money to be treated so poorly was a joke. During the photo OP, she wanted to tell them one thing and the woman rushed her through and out and the band member hardly had the time to thank her, the band was very sweet, and the concert itself amazing, but the venue and treatment was very, very poor. 10/10 would not reccomend. She chose this venue, because of its history, when we could have gone to the Fillmore. I guess that was a mistake.
I dined for business with my coworker. He had a steak salad which was superb. Steak was cooked exacty as ordered. Juicy, tender, and medium rare. (As all steak should be) I ordered a Fried Chicken sandwich, best I’ve ever had. Very tender, moist, and butter basted for extreme flavor. Came with a house sauce on it which was fantastic. Fries were requested to be well done and they were. Our server did a great job by checking in quite often and spending a few minutes getting to know us even. Would dine again gladly!
Good food good music -family & friends
This venue was amazing for a more personal show!
The House of Blues is a fantastic Venue, and the food is great. Not to mention, you can get a soda for $5, and you get free refills all night!
Amazing mixture of American BBQ and New Orleans cuisine. The food was amazing and so was the staff! Stephanie made my 30th birthday dinner one I won't soon forget!
The food is excellent. Great atmosphere and service.
Art of all kinds gathers here, a beautiful place of expression.
Great venue for the size. If you're familiar with Pittsburgh it's basically setup like a smaller version of Stage AE.
Great place not only for concerts but private events also
Great restaurant with amazing food and great service. The live venue was not what I expected! A real dump. Check out the patio if you're there. You won't forget it. I promise!!
We had pretty poor service when we went to see Black Label Society. It took our server 20 minutes after we placed our beer order (during happy hour) for him to come back and tell us they had sold out. Then another 10-15 minutes for him to come back with our other beer that we ordered, all during happy hour. The voodoo shrimp was good, and my friend’s jambalaya was good, but my burger was very lackluster. Lettuce was wilted, it was all very dry, and didn’t come with any condiments. Not sure if I’d go back there to try my luck.
Love this venue for shows! They also have improved the food tremendously so it's a great option for a pre-show bite too. Definitely check out their Sounds of Summer Happy Hour that features a DJ in addition to deals on food and drinks. You must get the spicy fried popcorn shrimp if you do - it's only on their Happy Hour menu and it's so so good!
Saw the Gospel Brunch last year. Music was excellent, as was to food.
Great atmosphere, great food, great service, all at a great price!
Great sound, great layout. I like that they have an upper balcony.
Neat smaller venue for a great night of music. The food in the restaurant was awesome and our waiter, Sam, was tentative and very helpful with recommending what to try.
Great venue to see up in coming artists up close. For shows that have a lot of young kids I'd highly recommend upgrading your tickets to VIP at the VIP desk inside the entrance before you enter the main stage room. Gives you more space and a table to comfortably enjoy the concert. For our show is was $50 on top of our general price ticket but was worth it to not be squished by the teen/college crowd
Accommodating and amazing! So intimate and comfortable ❣️
Good venue for trade show events.
Good food, good service, great beer selection.
Neat venue! Saw Carly Rae Jepsen. The food and drink is limited and expensive. The concert was great. It is tight quarters and with everyone singing along, the sound of the performer got lost.
REALLY neat venue, I loved the architecture and stage. It is quiet small, however and you have to buy VIP tickets to get halfway close to the front of the seating area. The first half of the seating area is for VIP tickets, so keep that in mind. Also there was no option to include drinks with tickets, which would have been nice since they are the weakest drinks in Cleveland. The bartender might have been new, but was only pouring half shots into mixed drinks. You can however get 16oz cans relatively cheap, and I suggest this as the way to go opposed to the mixed drinks.
Nice venue for shows been there many times always had a blast
Great place to see a show. No bad angles or obstructions. Lots of bar space for quick service. I've been there twice, would go back in a second, and I live 2hours away!
Food, drink, and show. Can't go wrong with this place. I drove 350 miles because I like the venue so much.
We went to do dinner and a show afterwards, a work friend was in one of the bands. Basically you have a restaurant with a somewhat intimate performance area for live music acts. They execute the concept very well and it's one of the best places in the city to get up close and personal with the artists in a way that you just can't get in the larger venues. The food was a mix of staples; burgers, brisket and ribs and such. Portions were generous and the many staff and servers were polite and professional. Shout out to Mike who really made my darling Bride and I feel special by escorting us the 'back' way thru the restaurant to the stage area, VERY cool! If you've ever seen the good fellas scene where Henry and his date enter the night club you get the idea. Great Friday night date night destination. Highly recommend.
I had a bad 1st experience. I had won tickets on Q92 to see Echo Smith. I got there had to wait in line for 3 hours mind u my ankles retain water so it was painful to stand to the point I had to actually sit on the ground. Thank god I had someone with me to help up. We finally get in an had to stand another hour and 45 min so everyone could get pics and everything. When it started I was dang near crying, I was in so much pain. So I went up and said excuse me sir I am in VIP section can u tell me where I can sit my legs are in so much pain and are filled with water. He said your standing in VIP section. And practically laughed in my face. I had the worse experience of my life. Needless to say I don't care if the tickets are free again I will not go. The people are rude as hell.
Great venue! Very up close and personal performances from well known or up-and-coming artists.
Concert goers are separated by two levels and metal railings. Sound quality is well below average. There seems to be no air flow or proper temperature control. This is a terrible live music venue.
Pros: Intimate, best light setup I've seen in a venue its size, decent acoustics, good food selection and price. Cons: The venue was oversold, some seats are available but they're massively overpriced for the kinds of acts the house of blues generally attracts and are behind the general admissions area.
I absolutely love this venue One of my favorite venues plays great bands. The set up is amazing! Saw Hatebreed and Brothers at arms and many other bands. I recommend this business
Excellent sightlines. Good sound
Wave Magnetik was Awesome.Truly enjoyed him and the other 2 D.J's
When I knew there would be an event on E. 4th street, House of Blues was a sure location to visit. The staff was welcoming (as usual), friendly (recognizing me), entertaining (by association), and situated with stage performances happening on almost a nightly basis. I stopped in for a drink to support time there, and worked my way upstairs for a superior experience, fitted with televisions and luxury seating, and an upper level for top-floor dining and an outdoor patio that offers a top-notch view of the nightlife alley connecting Euclid and Prospect Avenues. The Operations team was direct in their fine-tuned approach to accommodate my expression-deficit, which became apparent through a turn-based communications approach with others in attendance; the man was in the right place at the right time, optionally fortifying the Foundation housing the highly-loved HOB brand. Returning to this location is one of my favorite actions!
Great venue. Not a bad seat in the house.
The atmosphere is excellent! Tons of folk art on the walls, which are also painted. Food and beverages are reasonable, lots of nearby parking. Concert hall is intimate and acoustics are excellent.
Multiple levels of great displays. The variety of artifacts are amazing. My personal favorite was the Jimi Hendrix exhibit. They displayed many of his most well known & iconic outfits, his hand written lyric sheets & even drawings he did as a child! Great attractions for all ages & those who love rock & roll!
We had a Great time and the Show was a Sellout. Natalie Stovall was Awesome and My Cousin's Band, Jamey Johnson, brought the House Down with Their single, 'In Color'
Had a great time, VIP host in the lobby who took care of us was wonderful!! Female Bartender in Foundation Room needs a little instruction on interaction with the guests. My friend ordered a beer as I was at the Beerlist in a darkened room she was more concerned with getting my credit card to secure a Tab instead of getting my friends beer and maybe going over the list with me asking my likes and dislikes. I frequently went to the foundation room when it was private and the level of service was completely different. Much better!! I mean I spent $300 for tickets to the show, I'm not going to skip out on a $5 beer my friend ordered!! Exercise some customer service, damm!!
Love coming here for all the concerts. Drinks are a bit expensive but still worth it
Great Service, food is fresh and hot with good menu options.
Awesome venue. Love attending shows here!! The great thing is you can arrive early for dinner or drinks in the restaurant and get early access to the show
Great concert venue. You feel like you are part of the show. There is not a bad spot in the house. If you pick up your tickets from the box office they will give you a coupon for their resturant which is top notch.
Great venue. Small and intimate setting. Sound is a little poor near the back of the floor.
We had a blast!!! Andy Grammar was worth the wait!!!! However standing room only and 150$ vip kinda wasn't fun but Andy was worth my feet hurting for a couple days!! We are ate at the restaurant too. It was pretty good!!! The fries were gross though!
Awesome food, good service and awesome decor. Loved it.
Good location with parking near...stuff friendly, but ifound that the concert that we attended was not live.
Nice venue to have dinner, then see a show. The only issue is that the workers didn't all seem aware of the dinner package that I had purchased, and the actual time of the performance.
Went there for a bite to eat before the MLB All Star game. Great atmosphere, good food, and reasonable prices. Lots of drinks to choose from.
We went to an event there on a Saturday and it was great. They have several large rooms with unique decorations and stages for musicians. The food was soulful and delicious and the staff was friendly.
What a place, there restaurant has great food.
