I don't go to many neighborhood bars, but when I do, the only place that I'm guaranteed good food, reasonable prices, and friendly/down to Earth people is Bennys. The owner, bartenders, chef and even the security guards are nice.

When I first started going it was awesome! The owner is a really nice person and made his customers feel at home or like they were a part of a bar family. Since a little bit before the close down and change in employees over the last 2-3 years, it's gone downhill. The vibe is different, less welcoming and you get the feeling the staff (once again, not the owner) is only quick to service and be less annoyed with their personal friends in order to show off. It's sad but I miss the old benny's.

First time here, so far so good. Can't give it a five star just yet, have to visit a few more times. But as for now I have no complaints. Place is clean, atmosphere is upbeat and comfortable, love the blended variety of music and its very likely I'll come again. Second time here and the atmosphere is still great. Celebrating Gladys's birthday with old and new friends, having a great time. Safe, clean, friendly atmosphere. Thank you Benny!

Everyone here was really nice especially one of the security guards he was really doing his job I noticed if someone would walk in the men's bathroom and be in for a bit to long he'd go in n make sure there was nothing fishy going on n make sure all was good They ID anyone that looked under age and checked everyone I didn't try the food but will next time my husband and I go again It was an overall pleasant experience I do recommend it
